Good value for money. Good breakfast. Only minutes from MRT.

The swimming pool is too too small and the water has some strange smell, so I didn't swim at all. The location is one MRT stop away from Silom Road, the main action venue for Songkran festival, so takes about 20 - 25 min on foot to go there.

arrive at the hotel late at night because of my flight. the staffs were helpful with everything from luggages to checking in. everything was quick. room was clean and has all I needed. 1 thing missing is an iron but they do have laundry services. location was great. taxis are easy to get and a block walk from subway train. maintainence is out standing, […] my room got make up everyday no matter how late you leave the room. pool is small but has a very nice view. stayed for 18 nights and very happy with this hotel. I'm going to look at this hotel first next time I plan to visit is the rate is still a bargain. 더 보기

Overpriced for what it offers. Though the breakfast was very decent and the complimentary internet was nice, for the price you pay, you can find a better in Bangkok.

Room a bit dated, but decent value. Good location near to MRT. Very good breakfast buffet.

Normally becouse the staff who's in the reception not inform me anything about the room and service which can get it in hotel also they not speak english perfectly and slowly to understand

Hotel is convenient located close (250 m) to the Bangkok subway station Lumpinee (shopping/dining near hotel is not great so you will use the subway). The hotel is opposite the Lumpinee Thai boxing stadium. Pinnacle rooms are quiet and clean on upper floor. Staff is friendly, nice breakfast buffet.

Reasonably priced,clean,close to underground rail for easy access to different parts of Bangkok

The hotel is old and needs a facelift.Carpeting should go...too much dirt from the street gets tracked into rooms. The location is not the best. Dirty with no sidewalks and to far from public transportation. The prstitutes should be stopped at the door.

Pinnacle Lumpinee is an ok hotel to stay at because of its location. Rooms are decent but pretty old by now. But the staff in the reception was lazy and not trustworthy. Esp one male receptionist fooled us when checking in. We had booked (and paid for) two superior rooms but he gave us one superior and one standard without saying anything. When we later […] compared the rooms we found out the truth! We confronted the reception with this and finally they compensated us with paying back the price difference. We didn't get any excuses from the management what so ever for this try to fool the guests. They said that the hotel was fully booked, but how could hotels.com then sell us superior rooms? Also we didn't get all breakfast vouchers and he didn't (the same guy) give them to us until we had told him several times to do it. He was too busy joking with his colleagues to do his work. Picture perfect, liar!!! Pictures are great when you visit Pinnacle Hotel's web site. It was a big disappointment. I chose to reserve an Executive room, however I found out there is no difference in between executive and standard double rooms. Only difference is floor levels. Fitness Center is a laughing matter, none of equipments work! The small fleas […] were crowing around in the bathroom in the morning, a small worm was swimming in the shower water. The hallway smelled bad, the front desk people were not professional, and they were lazy people. I will never go back to this hotel again. The reception staffs were not friendly and polite. The rooms have only one key, so if you want go outside you have to take the key out with you then electricity will turn off including air condition, when you come back to the room you would face to a bad smell of toilet and humid weather in your room for at least 15 minutes. Rooms were siple but clean.Sound Proof. Reservstion friendly but a big language problem, Most of the staff did not know english at all. Very few of them could speak english. Getting veg. food is a big challange. You have to break your head to convince the staff for you need.

The staff was not very friendly. The hotel needs some upgrades . The price was good but because the service is poor it is not with it.

就是订的时候价格还行，但是酒店其实不太好找，在一个巷子里，我后来还帮助了一个外国女生找到这个酒店，酒店wifi信号太差了，我只能去大堂上，还有回来大家小心点，最后打车回来，我被发生抢劫了，早餐每天都一样，味道一般般

Un bon accueil. Un petit déjeuner buffet copieux. á portée de pieds d´une station de métro. Très apprècié de la communauté gay.

Très bonne localisation, mais cet hôtel est un peu vieillot. Les chambres semblent dater des années 70. Le petit déjeuner est affligeant. A noter, un plus : une belle piscine au dernier étage.

Dette hotellet er et veldig bra hotell, med flotte rom og god service. Hvis man ser bort i fra det slitsomme turistkontoret som er i resepsjonen, de maste og gravde om alle stedene vi skulle til og likte ikke at vi klarte oss på egen hånd. Da vi hørte med dem hvor mye det kostet med taxi til flyplassen ga de oss en pris som var det dobbelte av det vi […] betalte når vi gikk på gata rett utenfor hotellet og stoppet første taxi. 真不知道为什么这么多人会选它 除了早餐自助还算能吃 找不到选择它的理由 位置离地铁很近 但离BTS远一些 步行过去 好走 酒店的设备陈旧 入住酒店办理手续的时候 竟然查了好久好久 不过客房的服务还好 很热情 其他就没什么了 总体来说 性价比不高
