미국 가족여행 중에 LAD 야구 야간경기를 보고 다음날 레고랜드 가려고 LA-레고랜드 중간에 있는 숙소로 골랐던 호텔/모텔인데 기대 이상의 상태(방, 아침식사, 친절도 등)에 온 가족이 모두 만족했었습니다. 다음에 또 갈 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 들러보고 싶었던 곳입니다.

Very pleasant... staff cordial & helpful. Within walking distance of restaurants & shopping mall, but tucked away; quiet & beautifully landscaped. Dated, "quaint" but very clean & well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was polite. That sums up the service. The bed was stiff as a board, and the linens were so thin I had to check twice to make sure there was actually a sheet on the bed. The customer service at registration was non-existent!!! I've never encountered such rudeness with checking into a hotel, especially one that was already paid for in full. The staff at Laguna Hills Lodge went above and beyond to assure our comfort. Not only are the grounds and pool meticulously maintained, but our room was spacious and clean. The Room was very clean and room service was excellent and breakfast was good but the coin-operated laundry and dryer are only 2 to serve 121 rooms which was pathetic and one of them was out of order ,in addition the pool was dirty .we complained about the laundry and the pool ,they apologized and cleaned the pool once after the complain but did nothing […] about the laundry .Their response to the complain really made us think twice before we refer anyone to the hotel or come back again. 더 보기

We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years and have always been very happy with our stays. The staff are always courteious and helpful. We think it is a great value and particularly enjoy having a refrigerator, microwave oven and safe. The included breakfast, although not hot, has adequate choices of breakfat items.

I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. The only problem I had was when we checked in.. The gentlemen that checked us in wasn't the friendliest.. Once we got in the room we were happy. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Was nice to have breakfast there in the morning but wished they had a waffle machine, then it would be tops.. […] I would definitely go there again on my return to Laguna Hills. The Laguna Hills Lodge served our needs for this trip, with a couple of caveats. The beds were just passable - I did OK, but it was very uncomfortable for my wife. Secondly, the walls/ceilings did nothing to dampen sound. It was not a huge issue - no late night partying etc. - but a bit annoying to hear everyone's conversations. My husband and I loved the fact that it was so quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. So we got a great nights sleep. The rooms have been adequately updated, but I hope they continue the update to the hallways and some features in the rooms.

Great location, right in the middle of town next to the City Hall. Close to restaurants, shops and highway yet hotel setting is tranquil, relaxing and quiet. Location was decent. Next to Laguna hills mall which is the mall time forgot! The rooms were old but at least clean. The whole place needs a update! Inside the rooms the decor was from the 60's or 70's and the AC machine was really loud! Tip, if asked garden view...it doesn't matter! I paid extra for garden view and the garden was a joke!

Stayed here again as the location is convenient to visiting relatives. This is not the first time that one of the front desk staff was appalling. Three groups of people were checking in at 2:45 (check in is at 3) all of a sudden I heard one of the front desk agents tell a gentleman who had been checking in, " You know Sir, it's ONLY 2:45. Check in is […] NOT TIL 3,." (15 minutes early? seriously you are giving him attitude for that? I have stayed in many other hotels, sometimes checking in at noon if a room is available) " You don't have to be rude!" She proceeded to turn her back on him, give a audible snort. Meanwhile this man was standing there with two children, and I was not far away from him, I am sure I would have heard him being rude. My jaw DROPPED as did my families. This is not the first time I have witnessed completely unprofessional behavior here. Unacceptable in my days of customer SERVICE. The place okay, the location convenient, but wow, if I had a choice I would not stay here just because of the staff. I have stayed at worse hotels with 1000 times better customer service. 더 보기

I'm always nervous trying to book a hotel in a place I've never been and am very picky about a place being clean, but I felt that the reviews were consistent enough that this would work for us. It was a great choice. It was clean, comfortable, and customer service was top notch.
