I honestly can't remember much of anything about this hotel, so I guess it must have been okay. It is close to the Interstate, so it's convenient, and I don't recall any problems.

Hotel staff was unfriendly and unwilling to provide basic hospitality (breakfast room attendant watching TV instead of assisting patrons). Hotel management was indifferent to customer problems. Additional note: While they have a good fitness room, it's only open from 9 AM to 9 PM, hours which aren't convenient to most travelers. It's a decent place for the money. There was a large gap under my door so who knows what kinds of creatures could have wondered in through the night. It's nice that it's directly off the highway but the area just didn't seem very nice/safe. If you're just passing through and need a hot shower and a place to sleep then this is good enough. The bed was […] really comfortable and they had nice flatscreen tv's in the rooms. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. There's a gas station right beside it so I fueled up there before heading on my way. The lady at the front desk wasn't very nice when I checked in that night but when I left in the morning there was a manager and another worker both at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the people friendly but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I hate that smell and because of this I won't stay here again. Now if that doesn't bother you it's perfect.

I was booked in a band to play in Republic and rather than drive home to Webb City, I decided to spend the day in Springfield and be relaxed the next day. By booking a room in Springfield, I enjoyed my stay and the booking. The staff was great and the room was just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay everything was very nice and shopping was close by. Very clean and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The only down side was the room was a little small with a king sized bed in it, but we would stay there again!

I know this has nothing to do with the "comfort" of the room but the green walls killed the feel of the whole room! Really bad choice of color!

Had a very pleasant stay. Close to restaraunts and shopping. Hotel is on one of the main streets in Springfield. Friendly service and very clean rooms.Would definitely recommend to friends and family

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed the steps going up was not safe gunk was on rail going up there was an ac leaking all over the walk way the elevator was out dated with rust all over and finally the room itself what can I say there was a slope in the floor the room was very small with an iron board that couldnt be used and an iron […] that wouldn't stop leaking this is far far from being a 2 star 더 보기

From the beginning it was apparent that our stay here was going to be bad. The hotel was extremely hard to find even using our GPS. The front desk clerk was rude and eating dinner while checking us in stating "she's gotta eat too". Our room was tiny with hardly enough room to get around in. The temperature of the water fluctuated between extremes of […] hot and cold. We prepaid for our room through Hotels.com, but upon checkout we had been charged for the room again! The front desk was really rude about it and simply said it was fine and would drop off out of our bank with no further explanation as to how it happened or apology that it happened. This stay was one of the most terrible stays I have ever had in a hotel of any star rating and I will never stay at another Days Inn again because of it. 더 보기

very noisy until 2 am. Not from interstate it was from parking lot. alot of air around the doors. Lady at front desk not very friendly.

The hotel itself was very unimpressive and not as comfortable as the pictures looked. It wasn't awful it is just not what I was hoping. The staff was great though and the girl that checked me in was awesome! She is probably the biggest reason that I would not be opposed to staying there again.

Motel was not fancy but inexpensive and clean, great location to freeway and access to many of Springfields attractions. Complimentary Home Made Waffels for breakfast were really yummy.

only one complaint, the wi fi did not work very well.

Hotel was nice, room clean, good location. Only problem was with the room key card, had to get it reset every one of the 4 nights we stayed there..

They put a small microwave in the room and called it a suite.

The receptionist was rude. The color of the paint made the hotel feel like it could have been rented by the hour. The water was cold. Out of 150 rooms, only 6 of them were filled. Thought it was going to be a lot nicer than it was. had to roll up a bath towel to lay under the front door to keep the freezing draft out. Set the heat as high as I could and it was still cold...especially in the bathroom. Room was tiny, painted avocado green and smelled even though it was a non-smoking room. Easy to find, clean, no disappointment

The service was great. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. More than what I expect, especially for what I paid.

Just a short time after I continued on my road trip, I received a call from their office telling me they found my glasses (which I had not yet realized were missing!). I provided an address where they could mail my glasses, which they promptly did. Room was not updated as stated. The phone in the room had caked dust between the #. The first night a truck was starting their engine over and over at 11:00 at night. The front desk said they would move me but could not to the person. I ask if they even knew if the person was a guest. The response was call 911. For the price, this was a great deal! Customer service was good. Room was clean and comfortable, I didnt expect micorwave and fridge for the price. Nice suprise. Room was small though, but no biggie for us.

Granted this was a smoking room, but the rooms smell was awful!! Not to mention the bathroom was dirty and in desperate need of renovation. then to top it off, half the T.V. channels offered were not even available!! we left the accomodations after only 4 hours, 3 of those were not even spent there. the hotel still charged us a complete nights stay. […] I will never return to that dump again!!!!! 더 보기

Overall the hotel was not bad and it did as intended, it provide my wife, 2yr old and me a place to stay for a few days. However, the room was entirlely too small for our purpose and was like living in a closet. It was alright for a single traveler but was unacceptible for a family, or even a couple.

we found this motel room to be comparable to others we have stayed in at various locations. We were impressed with the area where the continental breakfast was served. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a king suite. Living room + bedroom. Couch was a little too firm, bathroom very small, and no guest laundry, but overall satisfied with the room. I'll be back.

the location was great because you are close to the highway,restraunts and a gas station. the only problems i found was the floor was not vaccumed, the bed spread had a hole in it, the tv color was off.

Stayed here 3 nights for the Street Machine Nationals. I chose this Motel, because it has a big parking lot and we needed room for our car hauler. The place worked for me because it was just a couple of car guys who just wanted a place to sleep at night. The overall stay was pleasant. The room was small, but clean. The hotel has been remodeled. but […] they must of got a huge discount on Sea Foam Green, wouldn't of been my first choice. Room did have a nice Flat screen and a few premium channels. The bathroom was real small with the smallest toilets I've seen in a long time. A large person might have some difficult time with the small bathroom. Overall it was fairly clean and it fit my needs, but I probably wouldn't of chose it, if my whole family would of been with me. You can find much nicer for a few dollars more a night in Springfield. They also use somekind of flower smelling air freshner in their AC units, because I had to wash all my clothes when I got home, to get rid of the smell. 더 보기

Overnight stay while on road trip. Continental breakfast included waffles. Building could make some improvements (like the elevator) but all in all this was a nice place and would stay again if in the area. Close to State Fairgrounds.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great and for an older hotel it was clean, fresh and the bedding was good quality and very comfortable. It had newer TV, fridge and microwave. I was very impressed.

room not clean, take dirty towels and washcloths but not give clean ones back. Bathroom area not clean. did not replace coffee when we used it up or gave us cups when they could see we have been using them (come on) you trashed the used one's-REALLY

The main problem that I had was when I took a shower. The room that we were in had a very slow draining tub so by the time I finished with my 10 minutes I had water covering my feet. That was uncomfortable for me.

We really liked the Waffle House next door. Food was close and the hotel was not too far from the Wilson's Creek Cival War Battlefield. Also closer to Joplin was the George Washington Carver National Monument and it was also great. We bases at the hotel for cool and comfort b

Conveniently located not far off I-44 There is a Waffle House right next door, if you didn't want to travel far to get breakfast or lunch or even dinner, you don't have to get back in your car & go any where else. The people at the front desk were quite nice. The rooms were clean. The motel was quite old and rundown. I was not able to get my internet to connect in my room during the evening hours. The walls were oddly colored.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a little small, but very nicely done, with comfortable furniture.

August 5th, 2011. This place was a dump, only thing that was a plus was the free wifi and nice flat screen tv's. The place hasn't be repainted since the 1970's and had the ugliest pistachio colored walls. Hotels.com said checkout was noon, but when we got there checkout was at 11. We accidentally left two very sentimental items there. When we called […] the front desk, (thinking they would be helpful) the manager (BOB) became combative and began to raise his voice with my fiance. The staff that works there, all need to be drug tested, the house keepers look like they're hopped up on meth. This hotel wasn't too bad, and I only recommend it if you are only in town for a day or 2. The staff Alan, Ginger, and Timothy were very friendly, and worked well with me. The hotel is outdated, and the rooms were rather small. Once again I would only stay in this hotel for a day or 2.

The best part about this Days Inn is its price. However, if you don't read any more of the review, know this: there are other hotels in and around Springfield for a few dollars more a night that are FAR better than this one. I experienced no issues with the staff. I checked in an hour early and although I was cautioned that my room might not be ready, […] it was, and everything went smoothly. I was given a room on the 2nd floor which was accessible by an outdoor staircase. The staircase was in terrible condition--- the metal railings were rusted and the concrete was eroding. I got to my room and found it to be a bit small, but that didn't bother me very much. The bed was big and everything looked clean. What I immediately noticed, however, was that the room was humid. More humid than it was outdoors, which is quite the feat in Missouri in June. I wasn't planning on spending very much time in the room, so I let it slide and went about my day. When I came back in the evening, I headed directly to bed. Taking off the bedspread, I found that the blanket below had several cigarette burns in it, and a few of the pillows were lightly stained. This bothered me a bit, but I made do. In the middle of the night, I woke up to the sound of dripping. Given my limited detective skills at 3 a.m., I was only able to trace it to my air conditioner. Feeling no puddle beneath the device, I went back to bed. The sound continued throughout the morning, stopping sometime during the following day. It resumed again the next night. My last day at the hotel, I was looking for information on check-out times and found instead a binder containing information on all of the devices that guests routinely find broken or confusing to operate.
