Whenever we visit Manila, we stays at the Crowne Plaza, it's very convenience with shopping malls within walking distance and the price is reasonable. We always received excellent services from the staffs.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in April 2012. The hotel is amazing.....safe, secure.... in a business location. The hotel and rooms are 5 star! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! It is not in the shopping area which can be a problem but the hotel itself is terrific! Thanks~!

absolutely satisfied with the Hotel services and Staff. no complaints about the customer service. the only hassle is the pool which is shared with an adjoining hotel. it should have more gadgets/games like slides that will make it more attractive. Also being a facility for both hotels it should more bigger. thanks. till our next stay

I got a bed bug bite and my skin allergy lasted for 4 days!! Although the hotel room I stayed was big. So far everything was good but I really hate to say the bed was not that clean.

Rated the hotel 4/5. On checking in I requested for a quiet room far from the elevators and what I got was one closest to the elevators. After a 16 hour flight with hardly any sleep I did not object. I just needed a room to sleep but hated the noise of the guests coming and going the next 6 days of my stay.

I spent four nights in the executive suite and my wife and I had our wedding reception in the Emerald Room. The service was outstanding. The room service ribeye steak was one of the best I have ever eaten. The hotel is showing its age but it still in good shape. Great that it ajoins the mall where there are good places to shop and eat.

I chose this hotel for its allegedly convenient location, but we were disappointed. Before you even enter the lobby, you can tell they are trying to appeal to Westernized clientele; the whole area is certainly not oriented to the Orient. We did not even feel like we were in the Philippines anymore, but rather a commercial district in any big city anywhere […] else in the world. If you think it is normal for the average Filipino to wear a necktie or high heels, have business meetings, dine at expensive restaurants and shop at an upscale mall, then this may be the place for you. We, however, had to travel quite a bit away to find the REAL Philippines and Filipinos. For example, we saw no sari-sari or turo-turo anywhere in the area, even after an extensive walking tour of Pasig. Everything at the hotel felt overpriced, from the room to the breakfast to the $18 daily Internet access charge. When we were at the hotel, we spent most of our time going to the adjoining Robinsons mall for somewhat less expensive food and free Wi-Fi. We thought our room would be much nicer, but it was "just okay." Fortunately, it had a separate bathtub and shower; I used the shower because my girl, a skinny 5-foot tall Filipina, said "the tub is so small that only kids can fit in it." The swimming pool is shared with the neighboring Holiday Inn. We had a smoking room, but the vent did not clear the smoke from the air and none of the windows opened, so the room stayed hazy. Even on "fan only" setting, the ventilator blew cold air and my girl had to wear her long pajamas in September. The staff and housekeeping were accommodating and helpful with our needs. 더 보기
