"Perfect location"
Hotel is right across the street from the road the outlets are on! I stayed here with my 2 boys (9,6) to shop and visit Athens for the basketball game (GO DAWGS!)...the staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and quiet, and I will definitely return!

"Holiday Inn Express in Commerce, GA"
Went on a shopping trip with my mom and sister. Booked online relying on the Holiday Inn Express reputation, and this hotel did not let us down. Comfortable rooms, good A/C, free breakfast which was delicious, friendly staff, and nice overall feeling in the lobby and hotel. Very close to shopping. Felt safe and secure in the hotel and parking areas. […] Will definitely choose this hotel again on our next shopping trip. 더 보기
"Excellent stay"
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our party had three rooms and we had a great time. Everything was very quiet and nice.
"Double charged at this hotel"
Although I had already paid for this room before we checked in, upon leaving the hotel, I discovered that I had been charged again for the room when checking my account. When I contacted the hotel about this, I was told the manager would have to take care of it, and of course the manager was not in. When I called again the following day, the manager […] was still not in, and I was told she would not be back in until the end of the week. When I insisted that this matter had to be corrected immediately, I was told that they couldn't do anything about it until the manager returned. I called again the following day and after having a very heated discussion with the desk clerk, I was hung up on. I contacted hotels.com to ask for assistance with the matter, and they called the hotel directly. I am still waiting for the credit to show up in my account, but it was not until a third party got involved that some real action took place. I am totally done with this hotel chain after this episode. Further, there are no numbers listed to call corporate when having a complaint. 더 보기
