Everything was great! The only inconvience we experienced was, "why does motels have such small trash cans in the rooms". A person who travels with small children and handicapable people has extra items to throw away and we always need to buy garage bags to take care of the extra trash. It was a cold stormy February night but my poodles were sleeping safely in our room while my daughter laughed and played herself silly in the indoor pool. When I finally dragged her out of the pool we grabbed some local fast food and then collapsed in wonderfully soft beds. I am writing because I based my decision to stay on other reviews. I was totally satisfied with the entire hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. Right off the interstate. Nothing bad to say.

Not bad...the only bad thing about this place is that even the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We had our baby with us and the smell was just so strong. We had to switch room and then the second room was better but it still smelled.

The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative we would say is the pool is VERY small, any more than 10 people in it is pretty close quarters. The surrounding area is pretty good, there are several places to eat and gas stations. Only minutes to downtown and 35 miles to the Smoky mountains. The […] free breakfast was also very nice with a decent selection from freshly made pancakes and biscuits and gravy, veggie omlets, ham to bagels and cold cereal much better than most hotels. 더 보기

The area around the place is a bit dead, but the spot was convenient for us. The breakfast provided is more varied than just muffins and bagels. The place is clean and the staff is polite.

The shower drain was clogged and the water accumulated in the bottom of the tub while taking a shower which was gross. I informed the front desk the next morning and they said it would be taken care of immediately. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great!

Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Had a wonderful experience

The room that we reserved was a non-smoking room with two queen beds. When we arrived, the only room that they had left was a king bed in a smoking room. That was not going to work. After trying to figure out another option, someone called in and cancelled their reservation which opened up a non-smoking room with a king. We made this work. I'm not sure […] why this wasn't offered to us in the first place, or why they did not reserve our room for us. The room itself was very nice, as was the rest of the hotel. However, there was no parking spots left, so we had to park in the street along the end of the building. 더 보기

The room had a moldy smell to it. It was quiet. Not very many restaurant choices nearby. We would probably choose a different location.

The beds are great for a good nights sleep.Easy access to and from the expressway. Nice amenities for the value, should be rated as 3 stars.

I always stay at a Holiday Inn Express, they are clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, fitness and business center.

Awesome hotel but the heated pool was definitely not heated.

Hotel was very comfortable. Easy to access from hwy. Excellent staff.
