everything was fine, only complaint from me was mattress to soft and maybe needing a change.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and willing to help. I can't wait to return, everything met our expectations!

April 27, 2012 about 15 of us checked in from several states to see my daughter graduate from UNF. The hotel was near full for the event. We were told by the mgr. that the water would be turned off from 1:00PM to 3:00PM due to a leak. JUST WHEN EVERYONE WAS CLEANING UP FOR THE 4PM CEREMONIES!!!! My ex was so upset she cried in the lobby. The mgr was […] rude but agreed to not turn the water off. Later that night my girlfriend was awoken by a terrible smell. We followed it to the door area. A drunken girl threw up on our door around midnight and it leaked under the door into the room. The front desk informed us they knew of it, but no one was on duty all night to clean it. As we left around 11AM Saturday they were finally trying to clean it up. My son, daughter and your own security guard all saw the girl come stumbling in at midnight; however the front desk person tried to imply WE were the culprits. Customer service training is in order here. I would stay here again, understanding this was just a combination of unfortunate circumstances and bad timing. 더 보기

Our stay was excellent! Only 1/2 mile from the beach and was very easy to get to. The only think it needed was an exhaust fan in bathroom, other than that the room was very nice. I liked that the shower was separate from the tub and I want a tub like that at my house...very roomy.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were roomy & comfy. Staff was very friendly. A few blocks from the beach but lovely walk.

Great room... Convienient to almost everything at the beach without much driving. I would recommend asking someone to take the motion sensor off the A/C, otherwise it turns off when you are not in the room and also at night...

I did not initially like the location. I had a view of a gas station. However, the hotel was nice, staff was great and 3 minutes from the beach over shadowed that. I'd go back for sure.

I booked for one night with three friends. The woman at the concierge desk was friendly. She explained everything and also let us check in at 11:30 instead of three since the room was ready. Great hotel. On the blvd and close to everything. Staff was great. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Probably the best one I've ever had inluded with the room. Will stay again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was okay. Theycould do better than pre made egg omelets. Tje rest of the offerings were okay for a free breakfast. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable. They had free wi fi and agood size tv. there was a desk with ample room to work. The hotel was conveniently located […] near the Mayo Clinic which is why we were there. Downtown Jacksonville is about 15 minutes away. There were plenty of good restaurants and shopping close to the hotel. Overall it is a good place to stay if you are looking for a bargain hotel with good amnities. We would stay there again. 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay - nothing too fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Free parking, free Internet, and free breakfast are always great! I would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was nice, close to beach, great breakfast, and easy walk around to everything. The only bad thing is that prior to check out time, house keeper came and open our door and there was my granddaughter who is 14 yrs old dressing. Check out time was not for another two hours, so I dont know if she was in a hurry or what, but I was very upset about […] that. I could see if we were late in checking out calling or even knocking on the door but she did neither. Upgraded room. Bathroom is one I'd like to have in my own house! Offers all upgrades including IPOD station, microwave, DVD player are just the not standards in a room. A lot of nice details from wide rooms, lighting, shower separate from bath, quality bed and beddings. Could use a TP upgrade from narrow sandpaper and more pressure from the shower head. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The front desk staff were above & beyond. The rooms were super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Extra secure facility with on duty security guard after dark & you had to insert your key card to access the elevators. The breakfast was really hot, fresh and tasty too. Our family had a wonderful stay! The kids had bunk beds in their own "kid room" with a flat screen TV while my husband and I had a king size bed. The bathroom was large and the room extremely clean. it's not on the beach, the HI express moved away from beach but within the beach limits....not real happy with that once i got there, but i will check closer next time before booking, otherwise fabulous hotel, very nice people and worth the money although the beach involved a drive

Absolutely loved this hotel. Best of the 3 we stayed in on our vcacation.

I stayed there because it was close to my parents' place and it was a good price. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad either.

We were there for a week and every shift had really nice and helpful staff. The room was quiet and we really liked the breakfast options.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was newer and was very clean and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!

hotel centrally located - facilities updated, clean & modern - beds are the most comfortable of all - breakfast was varied and good. will certainly stay there again when in the area. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the stay, hotel was very convenient for our needs, clean and well staffed by very helpful, nice employees. The room was as advertised and comfortable. Gave the neighborhood a 4 only because of the proximity of residential area right next door. Residents of close houses could see right into the hotel windows, so a little taller privacy fence […] might be in order. But all and all, this hotel met our expectations and exceeded some. I enjoyed my stay. Very nice and friendly staff who help immediately. My problem was the a/c. It took about 24 hours for it to get comfortable in the room. Then it sounded like some kind of whirling dervish coffee percolator. I had a hard time sleeping with it on but turning it off in August wasn't an option. I hated to complain because they'd already […] come to my room to fix the tv and give me great suggestions of where to eat. I didn't want to seem really needy or overly picky. From the front desk to the coffee(served all day long fresh and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable good quality linens and great bathroom shower was sweet. Checkout was a brezze. Will be back and tell all of my friends about your hotel.

Who would ever think Holiday Inn Express could be this great?! Josh at the front desk was absolutely amazing -- working out adjoining rooms at the last minute, recommending a florist, providing written directions, even checking on an arriving flight for us. I almost didn't stay at this hotel because of the star rating, but I was traveling with friends […] and wanted to keep pricing down. What a deal!
