Great location; very good service; nice pool area for a hotel located in this area of Atlanta, GA. Convenient for shopping and great restaurants. Excellent value for cost.

I found the staff of the hotel to be gracious and eager to serve my needs. I also was quite impressed with the level of service in the hotel's restaurant, Au Pied de Cochon. Staff were quite patient in explaining the dishes; the food was incredibly good, and the staff remembered us from one meal to the next and went out of their way to provide excellent […] service. (One of the managers even bought me my morning coffee one day.) All in all, my experience with the hotel was great. All the staff were friendly and personable and the room far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will plan to stay here whenever I am in Atlanta; it is less than two blocks to the MARTA station which gives me access to all of Atlanta quickly and comfortably. 더 보기

This hotel is located in walking distance to the most fbulous sights and restraunts in Atlanta.

People were always pleasant and helpful. Close to several restaurants. Recommend self-park if you have a vehicle rather than valet. The pool was a welcome feature after a long day.

Outstanding in every area. The staff was super, check in and check out was fast and accurate. The room was as promised and expected. Room was very good size, clean, comfortable, numerous extras, the bathroom was outstanding. We stayed on Club level and the additional services and food were excellent. I stayed here 3 days everything was good, except you have to pay 20$ a day for parking and refregerator is very unconvenien, because the drinks are expensive and refregerator doesn't have room for you to use.

Our room was gorgeous and comfortable, with a bathroom that looked more like a luxury home than a hotel. Public areas of the hotel were also beautiful and perfectly maintained. Service was gracious and plentiful. We especially appreciated the complimentary limo service within 2 miles - and since the hotel is located in the heart of Buckhead, that included […] some of the world's best food, shopping, and entertainment. Only one negative moment the entire stay: in-room video checkout wasn't working, and it took 30 minutes in line to check out. But we'll be back! 더 보기

Outstanding Hotel, everyone is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel is open all night that is a plus for people who go out late night...

From the moment we arrived they made sure we were taken care of. From the recetion desk to the concierge, they knew us by name and let us know they were there to help us.

we got a great rate on hotel.com but by the time we checked out it had went up a bit. You have to pay for Parking,internet, and using the business center.There is not a continental breakfast unless you pay for a special membership.The staff was very accomidating and the room was great.Just plan on spending a little more.

この金額でハード面に関してはかなり満足だったが、ソフト面で問題あり。 チェックイン後も電話の回線が繋がっていなかったり、回線を繋ぐ様に頼みこれで大丈夫ですと言われたにも関わらず、その後も実際には使用中でもないのに外からの電話が入っているのにLINE　BUSYと言われて繋いでもらなかった。結局知人は10回以上掛けて、2時間以上使用中はおかしいので確認してくれとオペレーターに頼んだところ、接続されていなかった事が判明。私用電話ならいいが、ビジネスに関わることなら大問題だと抗議したが”システムの不備で誰のせいでもない”言う始末。 その他部屋の雰囲気や近隣への送迎サービスは◎。 マネージャーの横柄な対応とは逆にフロント、ベルの従業員の方々は落ち着いているが、とてもフレンドリーでした。 アトランタ空港からは電車で35分運が良ければ一本で着きます。　大抵は5points […] 駅で乗換えが必要な様です。 더 보기
