One of the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world. Very professional staff and services

Lovely hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Unfortunately housekeeping needs to due a better job as I stepped on a toenail clipping in the middle of the night. (And it was not ours.)

Love the hotel! The beds are amazing! Our tv went out one morning and mainteinence was very quick responding and fixing the issue. The only down side was the Parking fees but they are comparable with other hotels in the area.

Great location, within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and more. Marta station less than a block away.

Great location, excellent room service and great staff, but need more entertainment in the hotel. I wanted to spend time in the lobby and bar, but it was dead until new year eves and I was there 4 days. Great Gym, but 3 treadmills did not work. but still worked out.

Says on the website that the delux king suites were equiped with jetted bathtubs. Come to find out, they are not. So a total bust for my jacuzzi plans. My advice, go see your suite b4 you purchase...

Our stay at the Intercontinental was superb. We have no complaints. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff was more than welling to do whatever you need to make your stay wonderful. I truly loved it and feel it's the best place to stay in Buckhead. I'll definitely return on my next visit to the area. LAF

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the public areas are poorly laid out and congested. Also, the hotel restaurant appears to be closed for renovation, so all food and beverages are being served in the central atrium, which is not conducive to a relaxed experience. I also object to high-priced hotels who charge for Internet access: I can get it […] free at a budget motel, so why would I pay extra for it at a premium hotel? That's why I always carry my own wireless access hotspot or use a tethered cellphone. A fellow guest checking in at the same time as myself objected to the charge, and it certainly soured his view of the hotel. 더 보기

Stayed there to go to a game in the Dome. Convienant to Marta. Trying to get on Marta after the game is a nightmare. Took over an hour to catch a train and return to hotel. Will either catch a cab or not go next time.

The staff was helpful and more than accommodating. Pool is fab, gym is good, rooms are top rate.

great staff, friendly and professional. Valet parking service was prompt. There was never a long wait for my car, although they were very busy with people arriving for special functions. Loved the spa and food was outstanding. I was surprised that wi-fi was not free.

The staff and amenities were terrific.

My room was amazing - very elegant an the bed was extremely comfortable - normally don't sleep well in hotels but I slept like a baby all night. Thank you ,

We have stayed at the IC Buckhead multimple times now with our younger children. We have always felt welcome and pampered. The valet is the best and remember us when we visit (maybe once a year). Have stayed at other hotels in Atlanta before, but once we stayed at IC, we would not stay anywhere else. You cannot beat the service. We were celebrating our 12th anniversary and thought this hotel had the best bang for the buck. It was very nice, clean and finely decorated. However, we heard the building settling all night - loud pops and cracks that kept us up during the night. We didn't get much sleep. Also, we were told when we got there that there was no pay-per-view due to the […] installation of new TVs. We were disappointed because we were looking forward to watching a movie together in our room after dinner. Have stayed in many hotels in Buckhead, and have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Intercontinental. Both room and bathroom were spacious, bathroom (including tub) was very clean. Very comfortable bed, great customer service, enjoyed the breakfast buffett... only complaint is the pool area was a mess with towels on Sunday morning but we weren't […] going for a swim. Went for the weekend for a conference and was extremely happy with my stay. Very upscale and trendy. Nice piano music in the bar. Great restaurant. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again in any city.

Excellent stay. The spa was the highlight of the stay. My wife and I both received spa services and it was exquisite. In-room dining was delicious, but pricey.

Great location and amenities. I would (and have) recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta.

The lobby and the rooms were exquisitely designed, and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very much at home!

We wanted to eat at The Palm (good dinning experience) for a Christmas party and then walk upstairs and go to sleep, but the Westin had recieved a lot of bad reviews. I looked around and the Intercontinental was a 3 minute walk from The Palm. We ate dinner, walked to The Palm, and then went up to our room. She moved us up to the 14th floor on the corner, […] so we have a 180 degree view and watch the sun rise over our feet the next morning. The only disappointing thing about our stay was that my wife found your pillows extremely unconfortable. They were too thick and too firm for her. Given that there were I believe 6 pillows in our room, I would suggest that you amke them be of different types. Thick vs Thin, Downy vs Firm. beautifully appointed room. loved the separate shower and bath. friendly staff. parking was the only annoyance.

Great location; very good service; nice pool area for a hotel located in this area of Atlanta, GA. Convenient for shopping and great restaurants. Excellent value for cost.

I found the staff of the hotel to be gracious and eager to serve my needs. I also was quite impressed with the level of service in the hotel's restaurant, Au Pied de Cochon. Staff were quite patient in explaining the dishes; the food was incredibly good, and the staff remembered us from one meal to the next and went out of their way to provide excellent […] service. (One of the managers even bought me my morning coffee one day.) All in all, my experience with the hotel was great. All the staff were friendly and personable and the room far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will plan to stay here whenever I am in Atlanta; it is less than two blocks to the MARTA station which gives me access to all of Atlanta quickly and comfortably. 더 보기

This hotel is located in walking distance to the most fbulous sights and restraunts in Atlanta.

People were always pleasant and helpful. Close to several restaurants. Recommend self-park if you have a vehicle rather than valet. The pool was a welcome feature after a long day.
