I was truely disappointed by this hotel. Its facilities are in bad shape and the service was aweful!! Just two insights on the service: - It took me 45 minutes to find someone to deliver a Coca Cola to the beach - I was asked at the reception whether I had anything from the minibar. I said I need to reconsider and finally mentioned 6 items. Asked whether […] that's all I said "yes, definitely". Nevertheless, the receptionist made a "hidden phone call" to then tell me while paying my bill that I actually also had peanuts for ca. 3$. First, I didn't! Second, I never experienced a so called luxury hotel chasing after its guests to make sure the 3$ peanuts are charged appropriately This was definitely the worst five star hotel I've ever been to! I took a different hoten in Aqaba for the second part of my stay and truely enjoyed it - for pretty much the same price! 더 보기

As a Jewish American I had my fears but this was one of the nicest hotels in a fascinating town extremely friendly to all tourists.

Vi hadde et flott døgn på hotellet. Skuffelsen var at vi hadde bestilt 1 rom for 3 voksne personer. Den 3.sengen var en ekstra seng som ble satt inn og den var uten overmadrass og derfor så hard at det var umulig å få sove der. Hotell i særklasse hva angår service og god standard. Rett og slett storkoste meg fra ankomst til avreise. Anbefaler på det varmeste clubrom.

hyggelig betjening over alt. bra strand, men dårlige korallrev i nærheten. Man er helt avhengig av å dra på båttur for å få oppleve dette. Det var for oss en nedtur. Ellers var oppholdet topp med Petra som høydepunkt samt shopping i basarene til hyggelige priser.

We arrived on the 9´th of April and stayed for one week. We are globetrotters and have visited a lot of exclusive hotels all over the world. I will claime that Intercontinental Aqaba is the best hotelexperience ever. Thanks for the warm welcome! Thanks to the nice phillipina waitreses and thanks to all of you for letting our 12 year daughter feeling […] like a princess this week. The food at the hotel restaurants was superb. InterContinental er et kjempe fint hotell med privat strand, resturanter, en flink frisør, spa og noen butikker. Servicen er kjempe bra, og de som jobber der er kjempe hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det er rent og pent der. Hotellet ligger veldig fint til, man kan gå til resturanter osv. det er veldig koselig å gå ute om kveldene. Men man kan også bare ta […] en taxi, det koster ikke mye. InterContinental er et kjempe fint hotell som jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste. 더 보기

良く手入れが行き届いており、従業員も親切。 部屋からは海が見え、対岸のイスラエル・エイラートの夜景もキレイに見えた。 バスタブはシャワールームと分かれて広々として おり、くつろげる。 エクストラ・ベッドを使用したので、3人では 少し狭く感じたが特に問題は無かった。
