Outside appeared dull but my room was a nice surprise. I will stay there again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Candlewood. It's in a great location and has a very friendly staff and nice rooms. You could stay here long-term as well, they have a full refrigerator in their rooms... They also allow my dog.

It was an ok hotel but they charged us twince for the room and trying to get it fixed they always told me they would call back but never did

When we got to our rooms, we had only been given one bed. The hotel staff worked tirelessly to fix the problem and when they couldn't the made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel!! The hotel manager, Crystal went above and beyond! VERY impressed with the service!!

Very noisy hallways all night long

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel I dont have anything bad to say and for the price it is great. very easy to find and not to far from the freeway. Will definatly stay there again

An extended stay hotel. Only real negatives were stairwell smells like smoke and the bed was very close to the wall making it nearly impossible for a second person to get in and out of bed without crawling in from the other side.

I have stayed at this hotel 22 times now for at least two nights each time. It feels like home. This hotel is very nice and great for a family. The one room suite has a sofa and two recliners. The sofa comes out to be a couch. Flat pannel tv's with DVD players in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is very nice and has all of the things you need […] (salt, pepper, sugar). The towels are thick and unlike anyother affordable hotel chain. The room price is terribly small for all of the things you get. High speed is really high speen. Donnell the night attendent is a very nice guy and talks with the guests while they sit in the lobby and watch television. This hotel allows you to check out movies and has a little mini store inside with icecream, milk, juice and many more items. Additionally.... FREE LAUNDRY! and a gym. Very well managed hotel. If you want to BBQ... no problem. Go on the padio and invite your guests. I don't think any hotel can top this one... even has a business center. Seriously, you simply can't go wrong here! 더 보기

The bed was much too hard!

We had a good stay here - free laundry - clean - but it seems like there are some long-term residents that made it seem a little strange.

I really like the Candlewood suites concept. They clean the rooms once a week, so no noisy cleaners in the halls at the crack of dawn. No need to put out the do not disturb sign or worry that your belongings are safe. If you want new linens, you can exchange at the front desk. Easy enough. The kitchen is furnished with a toaster and a few dishes/pans. […] I'd much rather have a kitchen than an extra bed to lay my suitcase on any stay. It is like a small studio apartment, brilliant design, even for a short stay it works well. Everything I thought I needed I found right away. Fabulous! Clean, comfortable, across the street from the mall. Excellent weekend get away or business stay. Can't beat the room accommodations for the price! And, they accept pets.

This is a nice place to stay and they accept pets. It was clean and comfortable. We got the room with a bedroom that was seperate from the rest of the room. It was a great place to relax and visit with family. It is close to the freeway and next to the mall which is nice! Rooms have a little kitchenette which was handy. Staff was very nice.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and friendly - will stay again and have already recommended to others.

I wasvery pleased with the hotel exceptional for the price. Had a fair breakfast. Not alot of choices but I didnt expect to have a breakfast said it wasnt included. Room was very nice, bed comfy and was very quiet. Would have no problem staying there again the next time were in Bosie.

When driving into the area, it was so so, but the room and clerks were more than just okay. Being over on business, the room was perfect for getting to the hwy, having a major mall across the street and restaurants down the block. The room had a kitchenette, dining table that gave more than enough room to eat and work on with my laptop, a reclining […] chair and bed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room seemed new. Was comfortable and clean. Able to get wireless service. Rate per internet was reasonable. Small issue with bathroom sink accessibility due to placement of door. Small issue with way in which bed was made up - blanket too low on bed. Regardless, would stay here again.

I really like this hotel..The location is perfect and the setup is awesome. It's like a studio apartment. The staff is always friendly too. They also have a nice grassy area for dogs. I will stay here again!

Stayed at candlewood for a conference and was very happy with the room quality, cleanliness and though I had found a gem. The walls are very thin and you could hear every footstep, door open and close and people talking above you, below you, to each side of you. It was a nightmare to sleep. The room was so much nicer than we expected for the price we paid. I really loved this place. Great staff, very comfortable accommodations. We will definitely. Go back--wish there was one near my home for our wedding guests to stay in.

delux hotel should be rated at least a 3 star.

We go to Boise quite often, and found the Candlewood Suites. This is the second time we've been there, and it is now our favorite place to stay. A suite which is clean and a good price. Can't beat it!

For the price, probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in! We will ALWAYS stay here now, when we're in Boise. And, the kitchenette was amazing, with everything furnished. Great bed, great bathroom, and everything clean to boot!

Very clean, great customer service, very comfortable and the hotel location perfect (next to the Boise Towne Square) FREE: Parking, breakfast, washer/dryer use, DVD rentals!!!

Well run, clean property with excellen customer service. Even though it is an "extended stay" property it is well managed.

Donnell, the front desk employee, was outstanding! He explained everything at check-in from the FREE in-house DVD movie rental system, to the honor system market (in the hotel), to the FREE continental breakfast. Great place to stay in Boise. Exercise room has 2 treadmills, which was very convenient. Room was quiet and well appointed. We cook our own breakfast due to dietary restrictions for both of us, and the kitchenette was very adequate. Bed was firm and comfortable.

The front staf we wndeeful. they all acted like we were welcome and made us feel like friends. They explained all the amenities and were wonderful the entire time. The only thing that wasgfood but not great was the bed and I thought it was just a touch too hard. Other than that it was a great stay. Thanks

NIce Hotel, Very Comfy, Enjoyed the Kitchen features. On a bad note, another guest had a dog that barked all night for 3 nights. Had to complain finally to get the dog to stop.

Very smooth checkin and out. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive to feedback. A side door access lock was broken allowing free access. This was my first time staying at this motel chain. It was very clean the location was good. It was great having the kitchen set up. We used the workout facility and laundry as well. I wish there was a king sized bed vs only a queen but it was very comfortable and the rate was good!

Everything on the honor system, well thought out room appointments. Comfortable. Bed too close to wall for two people. All else excellent. Huge value for the money.

This hotel was definitely a delight in which to stay. We were able to bring our dog and the hotel staff was helpful in pointing out a place for our dog to play and get some exercise. The room has a large refrigerator, dish washer, stove top, microwave, and cooking utensils. They have a super work-out room and a very nice breakfast.
