enjoyed the hotel. great customer experience from the clerk. Forgot his name but he is a student at U C Davis. will recommend to others for a hotel stay.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint is that it is advertised as a "Napa Valley" hotel when it is about 20 miles from the nearest winery. Also there is nothing else located with at least 2-3 freeway exits from the hotel. Movies, dining, shopping were all about 3 exits or 15 minutes away. Plus we could hear loud cricket noises all night […] long as we were surrounded by fields. Upon walking into the room I was completely blown away. This room was not what I expected. It blew my mind times 1000. I furnishings were very nice, the kitchenette was clean and spacious. we enjoyed our stay. except that it would have been nice to see the cleaning crew at least once during our 3 night stay.

If you have to be centrally located between Walnut Creek, Vallejo and Vacaville, this is a good place. HOWEVER, there is nothing to do and no close (within 3 miles) good restaurants. The hotel itself is very well kept and the staff were great.

Great hotel for road warrior or family. So nice to have hot dinner (Mon- Thurs). Very comfy bed!

Went to visit friends in Fairfield and enjoyed the hotel and the convienece to oakland, sacramento, and san fran.

great attention to detail and a great deal on room rate as well. Only suggestion would be to get softer, smaller pillows as these were very big and firm.

My friend and I stayed here two nights at the end of September for a weekend in Napa Valley. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff friendly. professional, and welcoming. We were very satisfied with this hotel, less expensive than Napa hotels and not so far!

Our room was upgraded to a suite--pleasant surprise that compensated for a location farther from Napa than we would have liked. One maintenance issue--an exterior door did not respond to the card-key and the explanation that service had been requested was small comfort. Very spacious rooms which I was not expecting but the queen beds seemed more like full sizes so that was the only disappointing factor. Everything was very clean and the full breakfast was really nice.

We stayed here last weekend while visiting relatives in Napa. It's not that far away and saved us quite a bit over a hotel in Napa during the high season. Last year we stayed in the Homestead Suites right next door and the Staybridge is much nicer. The staff, the lobby, the breakfast are all a step up. The rooms are pretty comparable. The Staybridge Suites was a beautiful clean hotel. It was pretty expensive for a simple hotel, but we were specifically looking for a hotel with an actual breakfast buffet not continental breakfast. The "breakfast" at the Staybridge Suites was digusting, disappointing, cold, small, and probably violated several health codes. Room temp-cold eggs which […] were obviously the artificial liquid since there was a lovely pool in the bottom of the pan. The meat accompinament to the "eggs" was microwaved lunchmeat. Watermelon. no other fruit, and bagels with a toaster that didn't work. That pretty much sums up the breakfast buffet which we paid an extra at least $40 for. Everything else about the hotel was great, but unfortunately we were looking so forward to the breakfast that this really really just turned me off. Our choice of the Staybridge Suites Fairfield was based on the proximity to Napa and the many positive reviews that we read. We found the people at the front desk very cordial and helpful, the room well equipped and maintained, and the location for our purposes very good. The one area that could have been improved during our stay would be the timely […] replacement of food items and utensils during the breakfast time period. Convenient to Napa Valley, fairly clean, but bed was not comfortable...sink holes. We got down for breakfast 20 minutes prior to when breakfast was scheduled to end, but the food was gone and the only thing that they would replenish -- and only we we and others asked -- was plain bread. We stayed in a 1 BR King Suite, which was very comfortable. My only complaints are that the front desk told us the movies were available for 24 hours after purchase, but when we went to finish our movie the next morning, no such luck...we paid $17 for half a movie with no refund. Also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. They were out of coffee (!), […] out of syrup, the eggs seemed to be "instant" or reconstituted, and on and on...but, then again, it was a free breakfast, so not a big deal. The staff and hotel are great. The continental breakfast is beyond belief! It was huge and hot! Would definitely stay here again.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating ....we were expecting this location to be easy to locate, but, it was'nt. We kept calling for directions and when we finally arrived in the Bruno hotel they asked us if we wanted a beer. They just gave us two beers . Very clean and roomy. This is designed as an extended stay hotel, with in-room kitchen, fridge, etc. We only stayed one night. The rooms were nicely appointed, the bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Would definitely stay again.

We came back from Napa to find our room had not been cleaned...beds not made...towels not refreshed. Only later did we see a message card in the room that said we had to request room service. I resent having to request that my room be cleaned and refreshed. This was the only negative...but a fairly big one for us.

My wife is an expert in choosing a good hotel, yet we always hold our breath waiting to see if all works out. This was a great choice. Business Park provides quick access off freeway and good security as it would be obvious for shady characters to be near parking lot. Shopping center across boulevard, convenience without congestion. Management was extremely […] accomodating to our wishes of a very quiet room, even when booked to capacity. Staff meets your every need in a timely manner. Bed was very comfortable. Really, this is a lovely hotel. Clean. Quiet. Comfy. Just the internet is dead slow...unusably slow. I couldn't even check my email on it until 11:30 at night. Even then, it was loading at a snails pace. If you dont care about the 'net...then this place is great. If you want to load a map or check your email from the WiFi, get a different hotel.

We absolutely loved our recent stay. The rooms were clean and large enough to accommodate a family of four w/two very active kids. They offered complimentary breakfast that included hot foods (waffles, sausage etc.) and a complimentary dinner (varies each night). The staff went out of their way to help us. The location had access to many fast food places […] and was near the I-80. But the best part of all was the in-door pool and hot tub. The area is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and we loved it!!! The pool is very young kid friendly and our 2 year old loved the hot tub! This was our best hotel stay in years! 더 보기

Very comfortable hotel situated in great location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property sits off the highway so there is no road noise but convient to a variety of places to eat , shop and play.Our one complaint was the week`end breakfast does not start until 7 so if you are trying to leave for something early plan to eat elsewhere.

STAFF WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING TOWARDS MY 6 MONTH OLD BABY.

Honestly, you can't be more comfortable for a long business trip. And if you're visiting in the area with a group of friends or family, this is the place to stay. Plenty of room, all the conveniences of home and everything is included.

This hotel is very well located, only 20 minutes to Napa and 40 minutes to Sonoma. The room was extremely comfortable (great bed!) and had a small kitchen. Everyone we spoke to at the front desk was very friendly.

About 15 minutes from downtown Napa, the suites at this hotel are very roomy. Loved the free breakfast, which is among the best I have ever had at a hotel. WiFi was very fast. Room was clean and everything still felt new. Friendly staff, adequate pool, hot tub, fitness area...I can think of no downsides.

Great hotel! Clean and soooo comfortable..we slept for 12 hours! The bed was that comfortable.....we would totally stay there again next time we visit napa.

Went to Napa and stayed at Staybridge - suites are spacious and include kitchen and living area. Complementary continental breakfast was standard (cold cereal, make-your-own-waffles, hot oatmeal, eggs and ham). Only concern was that there were a group of teens hanging outside the side entrance and wandering through the halls. The king suite was very clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities of home. Great price and comfort in the Napa Valley. I would definitely recommend to other travelers and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This newer hotel is wonderful. Its really not near anything but for a business trip its perfect. We drove into Napa from here which took less than an hour though. The hotel is clean and service was great. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. Our standard room was huge with a kitchen and living area.
