Only ding from our stay is the pizza sauce and dried bits of pizza on the floor in the room. I wouldn't have brought it up here, but this is the only place they gave me to provide any written feedback. I guess they want everyone to know about it!

My husband and I decided to drive to Chattanooga with the kids (4 and 6) for spring break. This hotel was clean, quiet and affordable. The breakfast buffet was better than that of many other hotels we've visited. It was also pretty close the TN aquarium and Ruby Falls and there was a nice assortment of restaurants nearby. Stayed here with my wife and three kids (8, 6, and 4) for one night. The hotel and room were very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Living area was a little tight once we folded out the sofa bed. Free breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of fresh choices. Exercise room was a little small, but efficient and clean. This is a wonderful hotel - it fulfilled every promise we were expecting and then some! It was clean, affordable, had great service and amenities - overall we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area. Two thumbs up!!

This hotel was clean, comfy, and close to everything. The only thing I did not like was at 10:30 A.M. one of the staff members came to our room and asked if we were ready to leave (check out was not until 12:00 P.M.) and when we clarified that with that staff member they still acted like we should be leaving at that moment. Cookies and coffee at night. Amazing breakfast buffet. Comfy room and bed. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, the readiness of the staff to help us and the room. We have no complaints.

We chose this hotel based upon previous reviews. However, we were still blown away with the courtesy of the staff, quick response to a non-working TV remote and eagerness to accommodate us in any way they could do so. We were informed that we may or may not get a double bed room. We went during one of the most busiest times of the year and every room was booked. Our room was cramped. There wasn't much free space for 4 people. The bathroom is small and the door and toilet are too close together. Two of us had to sleep on the couch which folded out into a bed. Very pleasantly surprised regarding all aspects of this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding.

Excellent hotel and great place to stay

Everything was perfect, except for the BRICK Hard bed.

I have a lot of conferences in Chattanooga. my family and I always stay here. it is a nice place and close to the mall. the last time we stayed, they were doing some repair and new carpeting, the place smelled like carpet glue. We love the breakfast to go option because we are usually on the go in the mornings.

Very nice hotel and friendly service. I would stay again.

The Staybridge was close to both of our destinations - The Hamilton Place Mall and UT Chattanooga. Definitely will stay here again.

I think the experience would have been similar even if we had a smaller room--GREAT!

I stayed here with my daughter and my friend and we all agreed that this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at, and that includes some high-star places in New York. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient to everything we were doing in Chattanooga and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sundowner reception with free snacks […] and drinks was perfect start to our trip after driving. The pool welcomed us each night by being a perfect relaxing temperature. We did wish the hot tub had been working, but things break sometimes. Breakfast each morning was FABULOUS. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a two bedroom suite worked perfectly for us, and saved us from having to pay for separate rooms. I will definitely stay here again and again each time I come to Chattanooga, and will be on the lookout for Staybridge hotels in other cities. 더 보기

We had a minor challenge with the reservations there was a computer glich somewhere. The receptionist wa very good and kept apolozing for in inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Suites in Chattanooga. We had four people in our party and chose to stay in a 2-bedroom suite instead of paying more for two adjoining rooms in another hotel. It was totally worth it! It was great to have a kitchen and living area as well as two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. The suite was very […] clean and decorated nicely. The beds were amazingly comfortable and there was a flat-screen TV in each of the 3 rooms. The entire hotel was very nice and there were tons of great amenities. We didn't actually use the pool or workout room, but they looked really nice. Breakfast was good-- it included a nice variety of foods, like biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, and eggs, not just pastries and juice like some hotels. Fresh hot coffee was available in travel cups 24/7. The hotel was in a very convenient location to the interstate, the mall, and several restaurants and was only about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Hotel was great, roomy, 2 flat screen tvs. Breakfast buffet was good. Only suggestion would be to upgrade paper products. They were like sandpaper.

Spacious room, two flat screen tvs, wonderful bed. My only suggestion would be for an upgrade on their paper products. Tissues and toliet tissue was like sand paper.

From this point on this hotel will recieve all of my buiness when taking weekend getaways to chattanooga for all the excitement.

Our room was wonderful. We had 2 bedrooms with kitchen, living room and 2 baths. Great for our son to have his own room. The regular price was 5 times what we paid via hotels.com. Were we ever excited about that! Breakfast was good as well. Would highly recommend this room/hotel to others.

This was a nice motel with one big exception. You could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms like they were in your room. They did have an impressive breakfast, and it is very convenient to a major Mall and several restaurants. Just could not sleep well from the noise.

My family and I enjoyed staying here very much. My grandson was very excited about the indoor pool. It was a little way to the attractions we visited, but the comfort of the hotel was worth it. The breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. We had a king suite with a queen hide-a-bed. My son and grandson slept on the hide-a-bed and he said […] it was comfortable. Loved the hotel, and area.. clean town.. area new with alot of upscales shops within 5 mins drive, not just some place off an interstate... There was not enough food at breakfast. The staff was rushing around, but as soon as they got something refilled it was gone again. They need to be more prepared for the number of guests they have. We were very impressed with the room, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the pool, its not set up for kids. It was only 3'9" deep and not very entertainning for my 5 kids on vacation. Otherwise I loved the hotel, it looked and smelled very clean.
