Other than a slightly smaller room than I would have preferred, I had a good stay. For business, the Internet works great, the gym is reasonable, and they even have Bloomberg. Location is also excellent-- right on a major thoroughfare and close (walking) to some great restaurants.

Upon arrival I was informed that there was no lunch, dinner or room service. Moreover, the room was old, had no drawers for clothes and the air conditioner worked poorly. The location of the hotel, while in a good neighborhood and well located, was noisy - but that may be true of all Caracas.

I felt like i was sleeping on a lake. The shower leaked all over the room. The did not have enough, pillows. The service was not that good. The hotel was in a nice area of town. But the hotel lacked a lot for the money. I will not stay in this hotel again. The breakfast well... the last day of our stat the waiter was late so guess what .... Furniture in the room in very poor conditions some of them broken, bad smell inside the room, completely dirty, the towels in the bathroom stained and dirty, the TV Remote control doesn't work, is like a poor road motel.

No Bar service, I believe they were remodeling. Continental Breakfast is the most basic one experienced till today. I stayed here some 3 years ago and in line with the local economy this Hotel also seems to be slipping.

The room in the hotel had no desk. There is no way to do any work. The lighting was very poor. The only place where you had some descend lighting was in the shower. Which brings mer to the other point, it's not a family hotel either. The shower is in the middle of the room. That's right. It has see through glass with very good lighting. The shower had […] mildew. Not a clean room. There breakfast was nothing to write home about. Some juice, a bit of pastry and cereal. No water. That was extra. Would never go back. 더 보기

The hotel description said that it is located at calle mohedano, la Castellana, but that is not true. The hotel is located on Calle Mohedano, el Rosal. Far away from the map that they provide. We found the hotel after two hours, and just because one fellow from another hotel explained to us were it was. este hotel es un asco, un servicio pesimo, no tine botones, no hay sevicio de lavanderia, no tiene restaurante, parece un motel de citas, no para personas que vamos de otro pais a trabajar. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Buena Ubicacion. Zona Comoda y Tranquila. El desayuno no estuvo disponible muy temprano y no lo pude disfrutar, y de hecho hay un aviso en el Lobby sobre algunos inconvenientes con ese servicio x lo q deberian no cobrarlo. o ser opcional si deseas la hab con o sin desayuno

Goede business buurt, leuk zitje buiten en goede kamers. Receptie en bell boy weinig enthousiast. Electronische kamersleutel functioneert dagelijks niet. Op een van de dagen: ontbijt was klaar in de keuken, maar werd niet geserveerd omdat de serveerder opgehouden was in het verkeer ondanks dat er verder voldoende overig personeel was.

Muy bien ubicado en pleno rosal cerca de la fco de Miranda en chacao. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento y el internet no es muy bueno. Pero en lineas generales es bastante aceptable.

Este hotel, fue por muchos años un motel de paso, de entre y salga, o sea para cumplir un objetivo de tener relaciones ligeras, para esto me imagino que era excelente. Ahora han querido convertirlo en hotel, pero su servicio y atencion dista mucho de un hotel que por esa misma tarifa por noche se puede obtener en cualquier otro sitio. Su personal no […] es nada amable, el restaurante es extremandamente caro y la comida muy mala. Realmente no recomiendo para nada este lugar. 더 보기

El servicio que recibi fue fatal, cuado llegue en la habitacion el bano estaba muy sucio y tardaron mas de dos horas para arreglar el problema. Saludos

La atención al cliente fué mala, se pagó, noche con desayuno incluido, el cual no fué suministrado, porque el personal de cocina no se presentó a trabajar ese día, y sencillamente nos trataron mal al dirigirnos al comedor, salimos regañados y sin desayuno que ya había sido cancelado. Quien responde por ese desagravio??

el hotel es muy lindo por fuera, a simple vista diras "guao que lindo" pero al entrar al hotel la limpieza es un asco, nos dieron una primera habitacion y la habian usado y no las dieron sin arreglar, nos dieron una 2da habitacion y el desastre que encontramos en el baño no habian cambiado las bolsitas de los cestas, el piso de la ducha llena de moho, […] encontramos una lima usada,carisimo para la chascada que es, no lo recomiendo, ya habiamos pagado con la terjeta de credito por internet y ni modo, para estar en esa zona de caracas es una estafa de hotel no volveria ni que fuera lo ultimo que quedara, mi esposo y yo enojados por todo, de paso pedimos hielo y vasos y se supione qeu es un 5 estrellas nos dieron vasos de plastico, no de lo ultimo. 더 보기

La dirección que uds. presentan noo es la correcta. El Hotel está en el Rosal, y no en La Castellana como lo indican. La habitación no tenía buen olor.

Good rooms and location however the service is null.

Buen hotel tipo boutique el cual recomiendo ampliamente.

Demasiado caro por este monto pude haber disfrutado en cualquier otro hotel que tuviera los servicios buenos y un trato como uno merece por lo que esta pagando, el spa no servia, el solarium no servia, el restaurant de arriba no servia, la luz de la habitacion mala llamamos para que cambiaran las sabanas porque estaban sucias y dijeron que no habia […] quien lo hiciera nos subieron las sabanas y las tuvimos que cambiar nosotros. decia que incluia el desayuno y no era asi . 더 보기

Nice design, beautiful furniture, comfortable location! But awfull service,restaurant was closed for weekend(!!!), no swimming pool and strange cage instead of nice view!
