This hotel is excellent. Very nice and clean. Large room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in Louisville. Great view of Louisville football stadium from hotel. Minutes to other UL sports venues and Churchhill downs. If we visit Louisville again, this will be our hotel of choice.

Hotel sets behind another and there is not a sign on the main street. Parking is a nightmare with a full size pickup truck; if you have a trailer expect problems even if the parking lot is near empty. No swing space or turn aounds. Great hotel in all aspects. Rooms, bar, and food service were wonderful. Stayed there when it first opened and still like the first visit we had.

selected for an overnight stay on our way to memphis tn. Everything was excellent. Easy on to expressway and access to downtown.

The hotel is about 3 years young & looks & feels brand new. I was completely impressed. I have nothing to say about the hotel. The only suggestion I have is that the shuttle van should have a step stool for an easier boarding & deboarding. I have a recent knee replacement & getting in & out of the van was quite difficult.

With the exception of a few airplanes coming in and out, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet. Very clean, no complaints except that there aren't many places nearby to eat, etc. I was in Louisville for a doctor's appointment and I could see that had I been attending a University of Louisville event, this would be a great location.

My mom chose this hotel for me as I was driving to LA to meet my boyfriend who was coming home from Iraq. The night clerk was not pleasant and not representative of the hotel chain. Overall my short stay was nice, very comfortable and quiet and I was on the road early the next morning having spent no more than 8 hours in the facility.

Was in town to watch my Herd beat the Cards! Very nice hotel, clean and updated.

One of many Holiday Inns which was quite confusing. We were exhibiting at the Expo centre and would have preferred a more central hotel but were put off by the cost of the taxi (approx 40 USD each way) so opted to stay on site. This is a very mediocre Holiday Inn with a small pool and little else going for it. The bus service was very handy to the expo […] centre as the whole place is not built for walking even though the Expo centre is only over the street. Downtown Louisville is very disappointing and has little to offer, although we did find Fourth Street was alright and were recommended to a nice Italian restaurant. 더 보기

Hotel is very nice and definitely not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. If you are attending a Univ of Louisville game this is the ideal location. Definitely would stay there again.

i have recently stayed at some holiday inn's and have been very impressed by their transformation. the hotel was brand new, clean and the room was as comfortable as any 4 or 5 star hotel. i would highly recommend staying at this hotel. it is very convenient to the highway and downtown. if i ever pass through louisville again, i would definitely stay […] here again. 더 보기

This hotel was extremely nice!! The room was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Less than a 5 minute drive from the airport. Occasionally you can hear planes coming in for a landing but it didn't bother us. We will definitely be staying there again!

This hotel was a fantastic choice for Derby weekend. The location is walking distance from Churchill Downs. The hotel is very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

My room was not avaialble at check-in; however, the customer service rep. gave me a room but the bed was not made. The room was not presentable. in addition, the system was down and the rep. could not properly process check-in. On two occasions my room key had to be re-coded because i could not get in my room.

This hotel experience was very positive. I was unsure of how it would be when I booked it since I'd not stayed in a Holiday Inn for many years. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. The hotel is fairly new so everything is clean and well cared for. I especially liked the dark wood in the room. Service was excellent and the hotel restaurant […] offered a good breakfast selection with very good coffee. Room service was good but the selections were limited. It was delivered in a timely manner and the food was very good. It is slightly hard to see the street sign for where to turn to get to the hotel since it's slightly back off the road (behind 2 other hotels). I would definitely go back to this one! 더 보기

The hotel is very nice and the room very clean, couple little things that can be improved would be the internet connection and on my second day of stay I had no hot water, the evening staff was ok but a little rude and didnt apologize when I mentioned the problems I had. Would stay again but will try a different hotel next time.

The hotel it's self was fine the location was perfect to go and watch the game. Very clean and uptodate. But I prepaid for the room threw Hotels .com so at checkin they ask for a credit card for insadentals no big deal that's par for the course but at checkout they ran my card and charged me for the room again. A co-worker and myself stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and the convention center. Would stay again. It was convenient and the staff was very helpful.

The staff were great. Rooms were great. Nice bed and bathroom. Wish they had free breakfast. Will stay again.

Hotel is brand new and spotless. It's not in a lively area, but great for accessing the airport and freeways. Wireless did not work on the upper floors. Beds were very comfortable and, for the most part, airport noise was not an issue. Friendly staff.

Pleasently surprized. We don't know what we really were expecting, but our stay was way great. The hotel is only about a year old, but was very well maintained. The room was very clean. Hotel was really nice, new and very clean. The pool was small compared to others we have stayed at. The restaurant wasnt too great, room service food arrived cold and they kept forgetting things we had ordered. The night staff was great, day staff was rude and needed to learn more customer service skills.
