Nice room, couldn't get the air conditioner to stay on so the room didn't get as cold as we wanted it. The day staff wasn't as friendly or willing to help us out. The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel does not have pay movies as described in the amenities. Bed was a little bit to firm for myself. Everything else was fine.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The breakfast was great and the room was nice and clean. The staff was always friendly and it took me all of two minutes to check in. I was very comfortable there.

i have stayed in hotels more expensive and not half as nice. Clean, comfy, good breakfast. Room was a little small, but definitely worth it! Convenient to the highway.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Fort Worth. It was a wonderfu stay. A beautiful hotel, extremely well kept, and pleasant to the eye. Computers were down when I checked in, not a big deal, when I finally went to crawl in to bed, my sheets where dirty, like someone had walked on them with muddy shoes. TV did not work the first night. Hotel was noisy. Not so much the intererior walls, that seemed fine, but the outside walls seemed extremely thin or something becuase i heard every little […] noise that happened outside of the building. I reported the dirty sheets and the broken tv to the front desk the next morning, got no apoligy of any sort, just said she would write it down and have someone check on it. Both items were fixed. My second night I decided to eat in the hotel. Wont do that again. Food was not good. Chips and salsa- chips were like rubber, litterally. Burger and onion rings- Burger had nearly no taste at all, onion rings were either over cooked or cooked in very old oil, becuase they were nearly inediible. All in all, with as many other hotels that are very close to this one, I will no longer choose this Holiday Inn for my next trip, or any trips after. its a shame that such a nice new hotel is already ruined by poor staff and poor food. 더 보기

This hotel is relatively new. The hotel was an excellent value for the money.

When booked the room over the phone, with a live person, we paid the extra fee for the included breakfast. When we went to order the next morning the front desk simply told us they checked the reservation and it was not included, thank you, and hung up. So, just save your money, there is a McDonalds in the next parking lot and a Crackel Barrel in the […] next. This was a great Place to stay close to downtown and stockyards. The staff was wonderful especially our bartender. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The pool was indoor and it was like a sauna in there because it was so hot outside. The whole point of getting in a pool is to be able to cool off. But that's the only thing that was any kind of issue. The staff were great and the rooms were amazing. I would stay there again maybe when it's not in triple digit heat outside.

Front desk was helpful,rooms were nice. Surrounding neighborhood was nice. Went down stairs to eat dinner one evening about six. After we were seated the waitress informed us the chef was not on the premises. We had to wait about twenty minutes for him to arrive. Mind boggling why at this time of the evening no one was there to cook.

Hotel was very good overall, the only bad thing was that it was away from things beyond walking. If you have a car, its a good choice.

I was some what comfortable the location was ok but not the best. The customer service was a joke. worst service I have ever received from any hotel. I had left a dress of mine in the hotel called only a few hours after checking out and the front office and their manager all tried giving me the run around. I was talking to the hotel for three days. […] Meanwhile they would not even check to see if the dress was still there or not. They told me the dress was not turned in or reported by the housekeeping but they would ask any way and call me back. I was always the one who had to call back just to get the same answer and no effort was done to fix or make this situation better. You can say housekeeping wasn't honest but the staff wasn't helpful either. It could have been one or both either way I want nothing to do with this hotel. 더 보기

The company that I visited has a hotel about 3 blocks away and this hotel about 10 miles. I rather drive 10 miles to and from the company because the hotel is that nice.

Clean, comfortable room. Great TV. Great bed. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

went to check in and the clerk said sshe didn't have any rooms and this was at 4pm. Manager came out and said he couldn't kick anyone out and we didn't have a room. I left to go call LaQuinta and immediately the manager found us a room. His people skills were lacking.He said they didn't honor hotel.com reservations

Close to everything we wanted to do and the staff seemed super helpful and friendly.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The only downside I could think of was that the pillows were not comfortable.

The service and room were excellent. The hotel has an aura of cleanliness from the lobby to the rooms. All was in working order and very clean upon my arrival. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. Great room at a great price.

Everything was beautiful and clean when we checked in and our room was very nice. However when we turned on the air conditioner it did not work and the phone didnt work. Also had trouble with the tv. My husband went down to the lobby and immediatley they switched us to another room which was much bigger and nicer at no extra charge. They were very sorry […] and were very attentive to our needs. We stayed at this hotel bc it was a short distance to Billy Bobs and would definately stay there again. The hotel staff was super nice and the rooms were really clean. I am not sure how old the hotel is, but seems brand new. We even ate breakfast there and it was good. I will absolutely stay here again if I am in Fort Worth. This hotel is a very nice place to stay. It is new and clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. We received a great deal through Hotels.com. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel seemed to be in a decent neighborhood. However a truck got broken into the night we stayed there. A GPS was the only thing taken, but two windows were broken to get to it. The truck was in a well lit area. It could have been a fluke. I'd stay there again; I would just make certain to remove anything of value from my vehicle.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a good location. It was an easy drive down to the stockyards where we wanted to be. Lots of amenities in the hotel and in the room - very comfortable. Great made-to-order breakfast in the mornings. We would stay there again.

Courteous staff, nice ameneties, comfortable beds, and prompt maid service. My husband and I stayed here for little weekend getaway. This location is pretty close to the Stockyards and downtown Ft. Worth, which makes it pretty convenient if you enjoy the night life. The indoor pool/spa area was nice, and the outdoor lounge area is a plus for those like […] me who like to lay out. I am a frequent Holiday Inn customer for work trips and rarely am I disapointed. My only complaint was $8.95 for the breakfast buffet? I get the same food for free at any other HI, what's up with that? 더 보기

I have rented hotels before and saw pics only to be diappointed. I was amazed at how nice this hotel was. The people were very friendly as well. They also gave a choice of pillow softness, firm, to soft. the bathroom had real tile not that plastic stuff in most hotels. I was very impressed and would definitly stay again. My girlfriend and I were in town for a birthday party, and booked the room through Hotels.Com The hotel appears to be fairly new and was nicely appointed. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Although we had very little interaction with the staff, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
