Great service...excellent facilities and caring staff !! Was very impressed...The hotel provided 5star service at a 4star price. This is truly a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the mumbai experience.

Second time here and as before this hotel and it's attentive and professional staff stand up to comparison of the 5* chain I stayed with previously. Well located for train in to central Bombay and very good restaurant 'Image' just around the corner next to the Telephone Exchange.

My husband, son (12) and myself stayed in the superior deluxe room at the Grand Sarovar. We usually would stay in a suite, unfortunately the suites were beyond our budget. Regardless; the room was large enough to accomodate three of us comfortably at least for short stay. The mini bar was fully stocked and very reasonable rates, the breakfast was excellent […] with a great variety of both Indian & Western selection. We also ate dinner at the hotel both a la carte and buffet. We found the food and service to be wonderful as well - (Our son needed a burger fix, and was satisfied with mutton burger and fries.) We also needed to make arrangements with transportation, the hotel had dependable drivers that were really stellar. Our room rate included hotel/airport transfers and our flight was two & half hours late upon arrival. To our astonishment and relief the driver was still there...We were very pleased with our stay at the Grand Sarovar and would recommend the hotel highly. 더 보기

Had a really great time during 3 nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The room shower drain got plugged but was fixed within 15 minutes of the call to front desk. The only disappointing thing was the checkout time. It took them forever to calculate the room charges for the items used in the room. We […] had a flight to catch so ended up throwing 500 rupees at the desk to settle whatever was not accounted for. Nice, clean hotel. However, 2 issues: (1) Rooms had a strong ?antiseptic smell. (2) Location was not close to anything except Inorbit Mall, even the airport was 30 min away.

location is good. food are great. very accomodating staff. just make sure your room is not facing the highway as you will have an automatic alarm clock is the morning. :)

Hotel is near to Intl. Airport Mumbai. Coolcab Prepaid Taxi cost 260 Rs. inkl. 2 luggage for 2 Persons. About 1 km by TukTuk 12 Rs. or 10 minute walk to Shopping Center. great place and worth it! will be coming back

Cons: - Wifi modem was not working and they told me to use LAN instead - Drainage system of the bathroom wass not working and whenever I took a shower, the water was high up to my ankles - Windows were not sound proof and there is a constant honking sound from the street. Pros: - Behavior of the reception and doorman was good

This hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, stylish, exudes warmth and hospitality. Reception staff, bell boys and security are all wonderful. Restaurant is really good, great food, nice variety

After travelling for two days on a train from Kerala, this was the perfect end destination. The location was excellent as it is easy to reach teh international airport. All of the staff were wonderfula and so accomodating. The array of food on offer was also very good. The rooms exceptionally clean and modern. Hotel is very clean close from the biggest malls in Mumbai Rooms new and modern Try to be in quite room otherwise traffic will be very noisy for the rooms in road view

Its a great Hotel to stay if you gotta stay in suburbs of Mumbai. Excellent quality of staff and nice decor. The pillows were not too comfy though. That was the only thing of concern, otherwise a great hotel to stay in.

Pleased with their service. Breakfast was good and the buffet had a very wide choice. Doorman was very good and helpful Reception staff went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one Very near for the shopping malls, Malad and Kandivali

Room size and decor not worth the price. Mattresses are not very comfortable. Overall a below average experience. Don't think I will prefer this place again.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were well appointed and very roomy. The service was quite good. The breakfast buffet was great and we had dinner at the hotel which was good. The only problem with the hotel is that it is outside of Mumbai. You need to take a train to the city to see the sights. I stayed for 4 night and the hotel is definitely 4 star hotel. Gym is good and the internet is free. The pool is a little small and is on the rooftop. Rooms are very clean with high quality bedding. This a very nice breakfast spread and lounge/restaurant on the 2nd floor. A small amount of water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom (but was minimal) […] and that was my only complaint -- but overall the bathroom is excellent. Would definitely stay again. 더 보기

Отель расположен в районе где проживает средний класс. На улицах (не на территории отеля) достаточно грязно. Стоит отель на перекрёстке дорог, вечные пробки, постоянно сигналят водители. Соответственно прогулки по ближлежайшим окрестностям не возможны. Добраться до самых известных достопримечательностей Бомбея можно за 1 час- 1,5 часа. Что касается […] обратной дороги, то может занять 2, а то и 3 часа из-за пробок. Так как все такси без кондеев, то нахождение в машине просто кошмарно: жара, пыль да ещё и местами такая вонь. Касательно номеров, тесные, большая сырость. Ковер в общем коридоре почистили какой-то химией из-за большой влажности не может просохнуть получается гремучая смесь. Мы проходя, нет пробегая, по этому коридору зажимали нос. Отношение персонала радушное, все приветливые. Завтраки хорошие, да и в принципе еда в ресторане вкусная. 더 보기

Das Hotel liegt zwar in North Mumbai, ist aber durch den hoteleigenen Fahrservice in alle Richtungen nutzbar. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältniss. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber, sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Hotelservice, als Fahrer auf jeden Fall Pandey nehmen.

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden laadukas ja palvelu on hyvää. Ainut todellinen ongelma turistille on hotellin sijainti. Se on kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä, joten kannattaa varautua riksan / taksin käyttöön. Liikenne Mumbaissa on aina ruuhkaista, joten matka keskustaan saattaa kestää jopa yli tunnin. Liikenteen äänet kantautuvat myös hotelliin.

Ankunft im Hotel 4.00 morgens - Zimmer konnten wir bereits um 7.00 beziehen. Bis dahin Cappuccino im Restaurant.Diesen Early Check In ohne weitere Kosten empfanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Lage zum Airport ist o.K., je nach Tageszeit ca. 30 min. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. Zentrum müssen aber unter Umständen 2 h eingeplant werden. InOrbit und Oberoi […] Mall sind relativ nah - zur Not auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.Preis/Leistung soweit in Ordnung. Frühstück war inclusive, ist aber noch ausbaufähig aber für die meisten sicher ausreichend. Großer Anteil indisch. Zimmer sind mit dem üblichen Komfort, Klima,Flatscreen,Minibar - alles funktionierte reibungslos. Housekeeping machte seinen Job auch zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Täglich gab es frisches Obst auf dem Zimmer, sowie genügend Mineralwasser, Tee- und Kaffeebeutelchen. Haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Møtet med Mumbai`s mylder er heftig, men hotellet var bra. Greit utgangpunkt for både internasjonale og domestic flights.

Dieses Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Nobelteil Mumbays, auch Äußerlich ist es kein Prunkpalast. Aber es hat seinen Charme durch eine moderne Einrichtung, seine Sauberkeit und vor allem durch das ständig bemühte Personal Ihnen alles so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Und alles zusammen macht dieses Hotel zu einer Besonderheit. Eine schöne Dachterasse mit […] einem sauberen Pool und einem gut sortierten Fittnesraum wertet die Sache zum erholen noch einmal auf. Wir haben so oft es ging den Hoteleigenen Fahrservice in Anspruch genommen um uns Mumbays Sehenswürdigkeiten anzusehen. Schnell hat sich herausgestellt mit welchem Fahrer man richtig liegt, und Pandey ist uns wirklich ans Herz gewachsen. Ob sie geschäftlich, wie die meisten Gäste, oder nur auf der Durchreise sind, es ist auf alle Fälle einen Aufenthalt wert. Dank des Wohlfühlfaktors haben wir gleich ein zweites Mal auf der Durchreise dort eigecheckt, und sicher nicht zum letzte Mal. Selbst das Restaurant läßt keine Wünsche offen. Riesiges Angebot und vorzügliche Küche. Egal, ob beim Frühstück oder zum Abendessen. Auch hier, nur top Leute an der Arbeit, emsig und stehts um Ihr wohlbefinden bemüht. Noch eine Anmerkung in eigener Sache: seid nicht so geizig mit den Tipps ( Trikgelder), die Angestellten sind darauf angewiesen. Auch wenn sie alle sauber gekleidet sind, ist der finanzielle Stand bei keinem der Angestellten hoch. 더 보기
