정말 좋은 호텔이에요. 현대적인 객실시설이 훌륭하고, 직원들이 친절하고, 아침식사 또한 훌륭합니다. 직원분중에 한국분도 있으셔서 주변 관광안내에 도움을 많이 받았습니다.

very nice and clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Great hotel, good location in the city. Limited parking, bathroom doors are on sliders and do not lock. Clean, comfortable.

One of our party had stayed here before but when three of us stayed here over Easter weekend, we had a disappointing stay. The main issue was the hotel not having hot water twice when we were there. On our first evening there we had no hot water. They fixed it by the morning but the following morning when we tried to shower there was no hot water again. Apparently […] this time it was isolated to a few rooms and front desk kindly offered us a 'key' to a room 2 floors up so we could shower there. But it didn't have enough beds so we couldn't move there and in the whole hotel there didn't seem to be another double bed suite with running hot water. The staff was kind about it and we're sure it was a nightmare for them, but with an old building like this the water system should be properly upgraded, especially if they are charging rates like this. The staff offered to us the option of having hot water transported by the kitchen staff in buckets to our room, which seemed a bit ridiculous. We settled for cold sponge baths instead. There were other minor but disappointing things that have turned us off of this hotel. We had booked for 3 people but our room was only set up for 2 when we arrived and we had to call for more towels and cups for water. Towels came quick but we were told they had no more cups. Only one bed had a mattress cover and after the first night of sleep the sheets had pulled up to reveal the mattress which we found quite gross. This was fixed by apologetic staff in the morning. The room itself needed a bit of maintenance. The bathroom's fan wasn't powerful enough and with one bed right beside the bathroom, it wasn't pleasant. Our lock wasn't working properly and we had to struggle each time we unlocked it. When we told front desk they said there are a few rooms like that. The cappuccino machine was broken, although fixed by the second day. Lucky there's a Starbucks underneath the hotel. All in all, a pretty bad hotel experience and because we had bo 더 보기

This is my 2nd stay here, happy, nice, clean, good breakfast.

The hotel stay was fine but we didn't have any hot water on the evening of our stay. However I was very pleased that they did not charge us for the room due to the water issue.

We had a very good experience . We will difently visit again . We recommend this over others

Very nice hotel, great loaction close to LRT station, breakfast in the morning was very nice, staff were pleasant and very helpful. Only issue was that the room was a bit warm and the window didnt open very wide so it took a while to cool down.

The hotel itself is great awesome service very polite and very helpful....BUT the spot it is located is really bad not very good parking and VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE almost got hit by a car. Great tip stay on the outskirts of edmonton more friendly people there.

Hotel is always clean and welcoming...would like to change the parking to it all being covered but what can you do. The breakfast is something to write home about though, the best I have ever had in my life!!

convenient location though the area is a bit sketchy at night. The lobby and breakfast room was lovely. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety and nutrtious slections. Loved the fresh fruit and coffee machine. The room was very modern but needed a bit better cleaning in the corners and around the edges.Our air /fan unit did not work so […] it was stuffy and hot in the room. I would not recommend staying at the Matrix. There are a lot of other nicer hotels in the same price range nearby. When we arrived at the Matrix, I laid down in the bed for a quick nap..only to be awoken to by a bug in the sheets. The bathroom was really small; it only had a sliding door so it lacked privacy. The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. […] The shower was really small; my boyfriend had the crunch down to avoid bumping his head on the ceiling. Although free parking is an attractive feature of the hotel; the Delta suites just around the corner is much better hotel with bigger, cleaner and nicer rooms for only 25$ extra The Matrix will never get my business again; I will be staying at the Delta suites from now on. 더 보기

It was a good hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Although loud Neibourghs made it hard to sleep. The tv wouldnt work either. The robes were awesome though.

We enjoyed the wine tasting. Relaxing after a busy day. Very nice breakfast. Excellent restaurants nearby. Transit stop on the same block is handy and an easy walk.

The deluxe continental breakfast was great, except it was missing a meat item.

It's been several years since I travelled to Edmonton. I used to go there all the time for business and stayed at one of the the high profile chains. The Matrix is a fantastic boutique hotel with excellent Cutomer Service. The rooms are well equipped with very comfy beds and pillows. great value, quiet, breakfast outstanding and the wine tasting very nice

I actaully enjoyed my stay quite a bit. The whole sliding door thing, not a problem if your with your partner, it was kinda fun actually. I could see it being awkward of it was your mother though, makes sense. Breakfast was good, friendly stay, modern luxurious look to the room(King). They have taken steps to better the environment, and given you insentive […] to add them. You can should to reuse your sheet for your second night instead of having them replaced, and if you choose to do so you get a five dollar credit to the refreshment bar, (the snack in your room). Obviously the hotel saves tons of money my not washing your sheets again, but it's nice that they are not keeping it all to themselves. If you can understand that something are just out of the hotels control, you will love this place :). (what I mean is if someone's stumbling through the hallway, talking loudly because there drunk, and your the type that doesn't blame the hotel for that you'll like the matrix, because everything in there control is great) damnn You'd think I got a extra free night or something lol. No, just giving credit where deserved. I should say though that i am not a frequent hotel stayer and i dont have much hotel experience to compare too, but at the same time I'm not easy impressed by something average. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the style and the comfort. Have already recommended it to others and I will stay again.

It was my first time in Edmonton. The staff made me feel at home and comfortable. The breakfasts were good as were the apples. Parking was adjacent and always available so travelling around was easy. I would be happy to stay there again.

Hotel lobby is quaint and classy. The foyer lounge area is quite nice, but rather empty. The rooms were nicely renovated, although the second room was smaller than the first and had a ttiny bathroom with an unsightly sliding door.

The room rate was far to high for the quality of the hotel. Front desk was understaffed and comfort of the room was far below expectations. Fire place did not work, satellite tv complicated.

Noticed that the mouldings and door frames were in need of repair. Carpeting is starting to show high traffic areas. But all in all a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Will stay there again. Would highly recommend the platinum suite...very nice.

While many of the amenities offered by the Matrix are delightful, be warned it would appear cost savings has been targeted by supply each room with one (1) ply bathroom tissue. Bring your own.

Overall stay was good. Front hotel staff could use some happy pills..... and maybe the hotel could spend some money and invest in some quality toilet paper.... If you decide to stay there bring your own.

I spent my first weekend in Edmonton (Canada itself even) at the Matrix Hotel. It's a very chic and cozy spot where I could visit over and over again. Continental breakfast was above sub-par, happy hour included beverages and light appetizers and finally the Wild Flower restaurant for dinner was spot-on! The evening wine and cheese tasting was the one (1) disappointment. Chunks of ordinary cheese dumped on a place with biscuits (not even) slices of baguettes along side the blandest and highly watered salsa was "bush leaque" at best. Offering clients a limit of two(2) glasses of low end wine was so unenventful I laughted at the absurdity of the situation. The hotel was quite nice but the bathtub would not drain. that was the one bad thing about the room. Otherwise and enjoyable stay.

This hotel has to be one of my worst stays ever! There was not enough parking available, which was very frustrating! The room seems to have alot of upgrades BUT what is with the bathroom door? It offers no privacy at all! The room seemed clean until I opened the curtains & was met with several lady bugs! The menu for room service was so over priced […] & did not offer a great selection! The rooms have next to no sound proofing, so unless you are a deep sleeper do not expect to sleep in! So if you are looking for a comfortable get away, DO NOT stay here! This hotel is over priced for the quality of the rooms! I will not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! 더 보기

The hotel is expensive but is not well-maintained or well-equipped enough to justify the rate. Rooms are a bit small and beds have those small pillows usually found in cheaper hotels. The parking is small and crowded and some places are reserved for other businesses. When I ordered room service I was told that the room menu was obsolete one so I had […] to change my order. It was delivered by a bellboy who did not know about the bill, the food was cold, the cold beverage was lukewarm and there was no silverware for the dessert. But it was very expensive. Great room for the price....only dislike really was the sliding door to the bathroom...I prefer something that offers a bit more privacy. We also did not know (until we asked) if we could park in the covered area of parking...it said 'reserved for valet service'...but when we asked, we were told any guests can park there..that would have been nice to […] know sooner. I also did not see any carts to move your luggage on to and from your room/vehicle....I would imagine they had them but not too obvious....Really great location...stunning lobby with fireplace...very nice ambiance...and the Continental breakfast in the morning had quite a lovely assortment of choices and was laid out beautifully...great options available in the coffee machine that freshly ground your beans, made hot chocolate, tea, etc etc....very beautiful presentation of breakfast selections.
