I would not recommend this Hotel to others because of the inflated pet fee. I am a conciencious pet owner with a 10 lb. Yorkie who was required to pay a non-refundable $50.00 cleaning fee and also a $15.00/day (cleaning fee)... total of $ 80.00 for 2 days. My dog does not bark and is never left alone to run rampant ..... unlike some teens that weekend. […] And do you charge extra for a baby that may cry during the night. Sorry..... just not that impressed with your facility that calls itself pet friendly and then charges an unfair penalty for a small pet (under 40 lbs) but does not restrict teens and crying babies....... sorry....... but you asked. 더 보기

This hotel was very nice and quite comfortable. They didn't stock coffee just one pack of decaf no surgar or creamer either. But lucky for us a nice coffee shop in the shopping center outside of the hotel. Also blood on the comforter was grose whoever made the bed must have missed that.. The hotel was very nice. Very convient to great shopping, great nearby resturants. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, WILL STAY AGAIN!

We stay here often because it is right in Bridge Street so there are lots of shopping, movies, and restaurants just outside the door. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very nice and clean, although they are pricier than other equally nice hotels in the area. We don't mind paying the extra when we want to stroll around Bridge Street, but this […] last stay had two things that really got to me and will keep us from coming back for a long while. (1) The Bridge Street mall decided that 5:00 on a Saturday morning was a good time for their street cleaner truck to go up and down the hotel parking lot... repeatedly. This went on for over twenty minutes, and was loud enough to wake us and we were on the 4th floor! They finally left, and we were able to fall back asleep. (2) Later, we went down for breakfast. Their breakfast buffet is expensive ($15 per adult), but we always eat there because it is convenient. But this day, the bacon was completely raw - I don't mean just gooey, but actually raw. I complained about it and they brought out a new batch. Then I asked if I could get a pancake with the buffet, and they said that would be a $2 upcharge. And I like chocolate milk when I splurge on pancakes and bacon, but the only chocolate milk they offered was fat-free. Why would I want fat-free when I'm splurging? So, I paid $17+tax+tip for one pancake, one slightly cooked piece of bacon, and one serving of fat-free chocolate milk. Plus $15+tax+tip for my husband's breakfast. Maybe it was the disturbed sleep from the street sweeper that left me cranky, but followed by that breakfast, my husband and I both agreed we won't be back anytime soon. There are many other very nice hotels in Huntsville that offer free breakfast and their rooms are just as cheap or cheaper. (Embassy Suites and Hilton Homewood Suites are on the top of my mind as good alternatives.) 더 보기

You can't beat the location of the Westin Huntsville. You are literally steps away from a wonderful movie theater, and a dozen or so nice restaurants. The room is adequate, and very clean. My only real complaint is about the bathroom door in the hotel room. The door has a window in it. The window is not transparent, so this isn't a privacy issue. […] However, if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light from the bathroom essentially lights up the entire hotel room, wakingup anyone else who is sleeping in the room. Of course, this is only an issue if two or more people are sharing the room. 더 보기

The hotel was in a great location. Attached to shopping and dining that you could walk to. Very friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The convience to bridge street was amazing. The hotel was a bit over-priced for the size and feel of the room. I've stayed in hotels just as nice for a LOT less money. We definitly would recommend this hotel to others... just not sure if we'd pay this price again.

UNLESS YOU HAVE BUSINESS IN HUNTVILLE OTHERWISE IT IS A LOOOOONG WAY FROM I-65 .

The Westin was beautiful and modern with a great view. A great place for a "date night or staycation" with Bridge Street surrounding it. Only complaint was we got 2 full beds instead of a king (I thought thats what I reserved) so had to sleep in separate beds. The walk in shower is heaven but ours nearly flooded the bathroom. Oh and be prepared to pay […] for EVERYTHING, even the water in the room is $3. Overall a very nice stay though and staff was very friendly! 더 보기

The hotel was nice. Indoor pool, spa, bar, etc. Room was very nice & comfortable. I thought it was a bit over priced & not the best value around, I'm sure. What really got me was that we went down for breakfast & for 5 of us (3 kids) we were handed a bill of $68. That would have been OK if the food had been good. Breakfast was totally cold. Cold hashbrowns, […] eggs, bacon, sausage. COLD! I don't think the steamers were even on. Thankfully they discounted our meal by $30. So, you can stay there if you like, but I wouldn't eat there. 더 보기

We were very pleased with the accomodations at the Westin Huntsville. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday/our anniversary. The hotel was very convenient to great eating and entertainment which made our stay a plus. The room was great with the exception of the bathroom door in room 203 (not clean)

I had such a good experience with the Westin. Upon arriving they helped me unload my car and had my luggage sent up to my room. The room itself was beautiful! Very modern, HUGE bathroom with separate tub and shower-the shower had double heads which was wonderful. The location simply can't be beat. You walk out the door and you're right in the middle […] of some of the best shopping, and the Monaco Theater is pretty neat too. Short drive to downtown Huntsville. Very good location, IMAX Theatre, shopping, good restuarants just step out the hotel door and you're there. Good entertainment certain nights of the week. Very nice setting. Staff was very accommodating.

My bill after close examination showed that I was double billed. The corrected this after a call to the front desk. The internet service was slower than a 56 moden on a phone line. called downstairs and was told that it was due to heavy loads. on Friday and saturday nights? the first day our room was not cleaned and we had to drink your $3.00 soft drinks […] from the starbucks coffee cups. My daughter was in room 4334 the same period and her comode would not work. They had to use our bathroom. .i checked several of the cleaning ladies carts and never saw a clean class. I suppose noone uses glasses in your hotel. BTW the was no bathrobe in the room either... Will probably stay elsewhere next visit to see family 더 보기

The Westin is a wonderful place to stay while you are waiting for your Space Camp attendee to get started! Wonderful town full of southern charm.

The hotel was conveniently located to everything I needed for my short stay in Huntsville. The room was exactly what I expected from the Westin and the service was welcoming. I would recommend, I would have paid more if I had to.
