Very clean and beds comfortable we were planning on sleeping in Saturday morning but a room near us had a dog that we think was left in the room needless to say it barked non stop for a lengthy time so much for sleeping in. The room was nice and cozy! We had a lovely scenic view from our room and overall it was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served every morning and the evening mixers. room was great. halls and elevator could be cleaner. breakfast had good variety and plenty of options but bread was hard and after toasting it , it was like a brick .

I have enjoyed are stay so much already looked on line to see where other Staybridge are located.. As soon as i got back from the stay already recommended to every one I know. I loved that they had a social evening. Our stay was great. Nice helpful staff and a nice facility. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint i could find if i were trying to find one would be the temperature of the indoor pool. It was cold. My daughter is young enough to handle it but i couldnt. All in all, ill gladly stay here every time i go to hot springs.

My boyfriend and I went to Hot Springs for a weekend get away when booking the hotel I was a little uneasy about the price but after checking in I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortrable and spacious, and had that homey kind of touch to it. We will most defiantly be booking Staybridge again.

First time at staybridge hotel. Loved the amenities; full kitchen, fitness center, buffet breakfast (loved the waffles), free parking, lake view, reasonable price point, great shower, comfortable bed, nice TV w DVD player. Did not like no bath tub, sink area looking straight into bed w/o door (when one person up, disturbs other).

We have 2 sons, age 4 and 16 months, and the hotel perfectly suited our needs. We LOVED the separate bedroom so that the boys could go to bed at night or nap during the day, and we could relax in the separate living area. The kitchenette was great for having kids' snacks. The pool was excellent and the free breakfast convenient. We highly recommend […] Staybridge Suites for families and will seek one out on our next vacation! 더 보기

only complaint I have is that there was only one DVD player in the room... the living room. Would have been nice to have one in the bedroom as well.

I enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites, Through out the night the other guest and their vistiors were very loud for the late hour. That was my only complaint.

Great hotel - great service - fantastic room!!! No complaints. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We only had a few days at the Staybridge, but the hotel was clean, the staff was graciously friendly, the room was great with one exception. The commerical light for the property was located directly outside of the bedroom window. While you have light blocking drapes, they didn't (don't) overlap each other, allowing the outside light to still light […] the room. We like to sleep in total darkness, so we had to make the drapes overlap each other, which we did. I am certain if we had said somethingto the staff they would have moved us to a different room. We are planning on returning to Hot Springs over the sping and we plan on staying at the Staybridge again. 더 보기

This was such a goog stop that we rebooked for our trip back home. Having a little kitchen is great for kids and the beds are in a separate room so you can put them to bed and the adults get to stay up!

I LOVED THIS PLACE. I WOULDNT CHANGE A THING. FROM A GOOD BED AND FLUFFY PILLOWS TO A HOT AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. I WILL RETURN!

We like this place. Small Pet friendly to. Very good place to stay. a little pricey IMO.

When we were there there was a problem with the pool and told us it would not be available on Sunday. The pool is the biggest reason we chose this motel, they did eventually fix the problem after we let them know it was not acceptable to us or our children. This was a very clean, nice and well appointed hotel in a beautiful location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs and was totally pleased with the great service and accommodations at Staybridge.

Hotel was perfect !!! Great view..

The forth floor is a smoking floor. It smells very stale. Gets in your room, and your clothes. Pool is nice, grill and outside area very nice. Movie room is also great. Overall awesome hotel. Do not stay on the 4th floor, unless you are a smoker.

Nice hotel. The sundowner reception does not last from 5:30 to 7:30pm though. The food runs out in about 30 minutes so do not count on getting an evening meal with your room. The free beer is Busch Light, but at least it is offered free.

the only thing I didn't like was if you stayed more than one night you had to ask for touch up on cleaning. I feel if you pay full money for each night that you should get the full cleaning as if you were just checking in without asking for it, you don't pay half money you pay fully for each night. The room was very comfortable. It had a large shower, comfy bed, large TV, sitting area, Kitchenette, complementary coffee and tea. The staff was very helpful, every area of the hotel was very clean. I loved my room and every ameniity that the hotel had to offer. I will be looking for a Staybridge where ever I travel.

Good time. Decided to go with a one-bedroom suite so we could put the kids (4, 2, and 10 months) to bed by 7:30 and be able to stay up until a more appropriate adult bedtime. With only a few snags, that seemed to work as planned. Other amenities: Even though it was past swimming season, the kids were able to enjoy the indoor pool. Didn't get to try […] out the theater room, but seemed like a cool idea. The complimentary breakfast was good. It also had some pretty nice views of Lake Hamilton and a great courtyard area for the kiddos to run around. Only a few minor issues: There was only one elevator for 4 floors, which meant that we often had to wait for the elevator, especially at busy times (like during check-out and breakfast). The only sets of stairs were pretty far away making that an inconvenient option, too. We also had some trouble with the wireless internet access (several network options, but all had pretty weak signals from our room). On the plus side, we did have an ethernet connection & cable available in our room. Overall, we had a very good experience and would go back. 더 보기

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the Columbus Day weekend. Mostly, we just wanted a weekend getaway, and the hotel suited that purpose. Best hotel of our 17 night road trip. Couldn't fault it. Staff helpful, room good, breakfast great, managers receptions a lovely addition. Nicest bit about Hot Springs! - apart from extreme water sports on the lake, the rest was a disappointment. Never 'tubed' in water soooo warm, brilliant!

I arrived at 2:30 pm for a 3 pm check in and there were no luggage carts and there was only one attendant at the desk and she was not helpful. After that I had a great weekend. I would have chosen a hotel closer to downtown if I had known but the accomindations were great. Would have been a 100% if not for the first impression.

Hotel and Staff were excellent. Would suggest, if possible getting more parking spaces. If you arrive at hotel after 6pm, there is no available parking. You end up parking on side of road (a very skinny road).

We were here for one night, and in Little Rock for one night... I wish we had stayed here both nights! This was a very clean, nice hotel with a gret location. I would definitely stay here again, and will definitely recommend to friends heading to the Hot Springs area.

I love this hotel, the shower was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

this was one of the best we have stayed in bed was very comfortable and not some cheap cover the y also were nice 1 out of 10 for me would have to be 10plus
