크라운 플라자 아나 나리타 (Crowne Plaza ANA Narita) - 나리타

룸이 생각보다 넓고, 침대가 편안했으며 샤워물이 참좋아서 푹쉬었습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고요.. 호텔직원들은 영어를 잘못해서 불편했지만 트랜짓을 위해 묵는 호텔로는 딱인것 같습니다.

금요일 저녁에는 예약이 다 차는 레스토랑이 3개 있는 비즈니스 호텔이예요. 그나마 다른 레스토랑은 이 호텔에서 꽤 멀어요. 객실 서비스도 별로예요.

매우 실망했다! 금연방으로 달라고 했을 때 알았다는 대답과 13층에 있는 방을 받았다 (매우 정중했음). 더 높은층들은 이미 꽉 차있었고, 골드 카드로 업그레이드 받을 수 없었다. 그것 까진 괜찮았는데, 내 방은 좀 전에 재떨이를 치운듯 냄새가 났다! 평소같았으면 프런트에 다시 내려갔겠지만, 너무 피곤해서 그냥 창문을 열어두었다. 부페식 저녁, 특별식으로 대하가 나왔는데 아주 좋았다! 한가지, 6시 35분즈음에 대하를 가지러 셀프 서비스바로 갔을때, 그 시간 이후에는 더 나오지 않는다고 했다. 하지만 카운터 뒤에는 더 많이 있는게 보였다. 언쟁을 하였지만 더 이상 나에게 서비스를 하지 않았다. 형편 없었다. 골드 카드 회원에게 […] 무료로 제공되는 음료를 조심하라. 큰 맥주 한잔이 왔지만 숙박료에 추가되었다. 티켓을 보여주며 무료라고 얘기했지만, 작은 맥주만 무료라고 했다. 언쟁을 또 하지 않고 그냥 내 방으로 돌아왔는데, 새벽 3시 51분에 지진때문에 깼다. 지도상에는 이 호텔이 공항에서 매우 가깝게 표시되어 있지만, 공항에서 셔틀버스를 타고 30분쯤 걸렸다. 우리는 수영장을 이용하기 위해서 20달러의 요금을 내야한다는것을 알고 화가 났다. 그리고 10달러의 인터넷 사용료도 지불했다. 방과 함께 제공되는 아침식사는 매우 괜찮았다. 하지만 전체적으로는 다른곳에서 지내는것이 나을듯 싶다.

This was a very comfortable overnight stay at an airport hotel. It had all the amenities needed for one night. The airport shuttle service worked very well.

I recommend that more English-speaking employees be hired. We had difficulty communicating with the staff. The price of food was too much.

No wireless in hotel. Not uncommon in Japan. Need to update.

We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and always find it to be a most comfortable hotel with outstanding staff. In addition, it has the free bus from the airport which is always on time and offers friendly staff to assist with the luggage.

The food was excellent and we arrived late New Year's afternoon but there was a wonderful buffet available. Our only problem was the "low" height of the bed and room chairs. The king sized bed was excellent and the "choice" of pillow types was very unique and a blessing to my neck and knee problems. Stayed in 2 rooms with my family. Great rooms, great hotel. Extra serivices are high-priced, and sauna/ pool are both seperately additional charges- quite disappointing. Otherwise excellent stay.

Although not somewhere to stay for a week. For a business hotel adjacent to the airport I was surprised that it didn't have wifi available anywhere in the hotel, only a quite expensive wired option in the room.

Hotel was very nice, but since we were touring tokyo, it was back and forth on trains (N'EX)everyday which got expensive (5,500 Y rt).Would have rather stayed in Tokyo. Narita is a beatuful town, free bus ride, close to hotel but only a one day visit to see it all.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. The main reason we chose this hotel was the convenience store. Upon our late arrival all we wanted was to get a few items and they only accepted Yen, no credit cards. So make sure if you are staying there, have a few Yen available. Very convenient and clean hotel. Dinner in the restaurant on the Ground floor was good value for money and very tasty. I would definitely stay again when in Japan as the shuttle bus was so close to the airport.

I only needed the room for one night. Not much to see/get at Aeon mall nearby but you can try the hot spring spa thing (I didn't go but it sounded like fun). The room is clean and comfortable but make sure you draw the blinds before you go to bed or else you will find out why this place is called the land of the rising sun. This is a comfortable hotel near the airport with excellent facilities. I was here because my flights to Asia required a layover to catch the conncetion. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will stay here again if I have an overnight layover due to my flights. Hotel is very close to Narita Airport, and provided shuttle buses to and from airport terminals were convenient. Hotel service was good, however all restaurants except the first floor cafe were closed on a Wednesday, which was perplexing because it was a normal business day and not a holiday. Overall, if you can get a good rate, the hotel is fine for staying overnight to wait for a flight (or overnight arriving from overseas), but I would not recommend it otherwise. 더 보기

We spent 2 nights at the hotel it was our first visit to Japan. Although close to the airport, it was only a short bus ride to the City of Narita. We took advantage of the Circle Bus Line that stopped every 20 minutes at the hotel to visit Narita. We were able to visit the Temple, 15 minute walking distance from Narita station. We strolled along the […] narrow streets with boutique stores leading to the Temple and enjoyed a wonderful lunch in one of the many restaurants and cafes along the way. We spent 4 hours touring the Temple grounds a magnificent structure on multi levels and all at no charge. I had an 11 hour layover in Narita so i booked a room for a night at this hotel. It was nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and fluent in english. The convenience store is open until 11pm, and 10pm (i think for the restaurants). Breakfast is served beginning 6am. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from Narita. I believe the bus stop […] is #26, but you can double check with the tourist information desk when you get out of customs/immigration in Narita. I was first worried that there would be no shuttle buses available at the time I arrived, good thing that shuttles run until 11:45pm. (Shuttles come on time!) Here is the schedule: AM 6:30 7:00, 7:20, 7:35, 7:50 8:10, 8:25, 8:45 9:05, 9:35 10:20, 11:20, PM 12:20, 1:20, 2:20, 3:20, 4:20 7:15, 7:45 8:15, 8:45 9:15, 9:45 10:15, 10:45 11:15, 11:45 I stayed in February 2011. The Hotel was very nice. Clean and attractive. Complimentary shuttle ran on time to hotel and back to airport which was about 10 minutes away. I ate one meal at the restaurant on the lobby level which was reasonably priced and enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was also good. Service was good. Good location, proffesional staff, very clean and comfortable- We recommand!

My family and I stayed at this hotel after a 14 hr flight. The hotel staff were excellent and the rooms large and spacious. The breakfast was very good.

I felt it was important that at least some level and command of the English language is provided to the employees as part of their employment and training requirement. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the front desk clerks who have limited English speaking skills, to the taxi drivers, concierge for directions instructions to the taxi […] driver, etc. I am also alarmed at the capacity of English speaking skills for train ticket providers causing myself and my family after paying for the tickets for more than $100 US to return to our hotel in Narita only to be told that our tickets were not correct at the train floor, told to go down to the ticket office in Harajuko (we bought the tickets at Shibuya Station) and to pay more for the corrections til we are finally on our train back to our hotel in Narita back on the same train platform where we came from the first place and told to leave. If only the ticket sales agent understood our request upon purchase the stress and confusion we were put through could have been eliminated. Japan is beautiful country and would definitely return for future vacations, however customer service skills and a strong command of the English language is an integral part of the hospitality industry and its traveling visitors. 더 보기

When we suddenly had a 23-hour delay on our flight from Narita to San Francisco, in transit on our way home from Singapore, we needed to find a hotel fast. We were flying standby, while the other 300+ passengers were getting help from the airlines to find a room. We were able to book online from the gate at the airport, catch a shuttle, and by the time […] we got to the registration desk, everything was set. The price was much, much less than we had expected to pay. Everything worked out smoothly. We had a good sleep and shower, dinner and breakfast, and were fresh to catch the flight the next day. The room was quite small, but I guess all rooms in the Tokyo area must be. Tokyo wasn't a destination we had intended, so we hadn't prepared for it. Arriving from an11 hour flight, we had a restful sleep at the hotel. There is free shuttle bus service from airport to hotel, running every 20 minutes or so, depending on the time of day. We were warmly greeted at the front desk. The room was as expected, a standard twin room. It had a desk, wonderful opening window with a lovely view of the greenery […] surrounding the hotel, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is older, the furniture was a bit banged up, nothing major. The beds are hard, we like that! The bathroom toilet seat was my favorite, it was heated! A wonderful built in heater and bidet. I'd love to have something like that in my home in America! The shower was strong, lots of warm water, there were all the amenities you would want in the bathroom, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotions, etc. When I climbed into bed, I noticed a little packet with a warming eye mask to place on my tired eyes. I slept like a baby for 9 hours, woke refreshed and ready to continue my journey on to South East Asia. 더 보기

Hotel is convenient to Narita Airport, and while room and amenities are adeqaute it is simply has the feel of a hi-volume transit hotel and lacks any atmosphere, with very average meals, an average room, and average staff. Unless I needed to be close to the airport for an early flight there is nothing to make me want to stay here again.

Perfect location for short stay. Conevient to the Airport and has shuttle bus. Rooms are bit dated.

Very good hotel for a layover for connections. Shuttle to the Narita village and outstanding shuttle to/from airport. Go to outside stand #16 for pickup. Only disapointment was checkout time of 11:00 extended only with a fee of about US$40.00

The hotel is a good location if you are flying out of Narita in the AM. The hotel shuttle is very good and got my to and from the airport with ease. It runs about 3 times an hour (which is normal with the hotel shuttles in the area) The rooms are comfortable and there are several restaurants in the hotel which was nice since didn't really plan to venture […] out the night we stayed there. I only stayed at this hotel because my flight was 5-1/2 hours late. It was very comfortable, and had a convenience store in the lobby that was open until 11 pm. Todo muy bien, lo único negativo que puedo mencionar se refiere a la dificultad del personal del hotel (en general) en expresarse y entender el idioma ingles, tuve serias dificultades en lograrlo, pero siempre tuvieron el deseo de ayudar.

評価がとても良かったので利用してみました。 部屋も清潔で快適、スパもとてもリラックス出来て心地よく宿泊できたのですがフロントの対応があまりにも素っ気なく残念に感じました。

テンピュールの枕やハーブティーだけではなく、ホットアイマスクやアロマまであり、快眠サポートが大変充実していました。 朝食ビュッフェも申し分無く、非常に快適な宿泊ができました。 インターネットがワイヤレスだと完璧ですが、残念ながらありません。

子連れで、広い部屋にUpgradeしましたが、料金もReasonableで、部屋の写真も見せてくれて良かった。
