클래식한 분위기에 친절한 서비스, 해변길을 걸어다니면서 침사추이의 명소들을 돌아볼 수 있는 위치까지 모두 대만족입니다. 하버 뷰 룸에서 바라보는 야경도 좋구요. 다시 홍콩에 가더라도 이 호텔에 묵고 싶습니다.

도착했을때 나는 별로 기분이 좋지 않았다. 왜냐하면 hotels.com에서는 호텔의 몇몇 층들이 공사 중이라는것을 미리 공지하지 않았기 때문이다. 내가 호텔 매니저에게 나는 공사 사실을 몰랐다는것을 알렸을때, 나에게 방을 업그레이드 시켜주었고 이틀동안의 아침식사를 제공해 주었다. 그래서 나는 직원들이 (Gary 와 Andy) 대처한 방식에 매우 행복했다. 5성 호텔의 직원들에게서 기대할 만한 서비스를 제공한 직원들에게 축하메시지를 보낸다.

여기에 여러번 묵었었다. MTR과 가까운 위치가 마음에 들고, 홍콩 아일랜드와 Kowloon 근처의 장소들에 쉽게 갈 수 있는 점도 좋다. 괜찮은 식당들과 술집들이 걸어서 몇분 거리 안에 있다. 호텔 직원들은 친절하고 다정하며, 부페식 아침식사는 훌륭하다.

자주 다니는 길에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 그래도 지하철과 해변에 가깝다. 이 정도의 품질에 괜찮은 가격이다. 직원들은 정중하고 어떤 문의에도 도움을 주려고 노력한다.

The hotel was going through renovations and for one day you could not use your toilets from 1pm to 6pm which was very inconvenient. The noise of drilling was unbearable so we had to ask to have our room moved. They eventually moved us to the top floor but the receptionist told us it would still be noisy and seemed annoyed. Housekeeping was not that great. The rubbish was not being cleared everyday both restroom and bedroom. And the cosmetics such as shampoo & body shower were only top up for 2 days while we stay there for 3 days.

We asked to move to a higher lever and they did so without any hesitation

good 5 star hotel, friendly staff and reasonably located near restaurants and shops. good spa and heath centre. very good massage!

This is old hotel but being renovated. Room service and make up room is very good. Staff are very very polite. Quite a distance to nearest MTR.

Pretty far away from centre of city. But cozy and clean hotel. You may be able to find good hotels at the centre of city. In conclusion, this hotel is great to stay. But pretty expensive and pretty bad access.

When requesting a room at this hotel I asked for 2 double beds as we were travelling with our adult son. when we arrived there were two beds NOT doubles and we were offered a fold out bed as well, now with 3 of us having travelled to Europe for 20 days you can imagine the size of our suitcases, with 3 large suitcases in the room I can assure you there […] was going to be NO room for a fold out bed. I was most disappointed because the rest of the hotel was faultless, is this because I booked with hotels.com and got a raw deal? Please ask, are your customers disadvantaged because of booking with you rather than direct to the hotel. 더 보기

This hotel was very service friendly.I had jet lag and was up before the gym opened , and they saw me walking around asked if they could help me with anything then opened the gym just for me. Every staff member was always very helpful. Only complaint Was the carpet in my room was very dirty. The color was ivory. Would stay there again in a minute.

It's centrally located and very convenient. The hotel itself is fine as it's clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain or brag about.

Though decent, I've been to nicer hotels in HK and I found the staff a bit harsh.

It was a nice hotel, but not walking distance to anything meaningful.

The hotel is fine and undergoing renovation with rooms being done up slowly. On the first night we had a room which was effected by the lift motor 17th floor close to the lifts. We asked to change and were moved into a lovely quiet refurbished room for the following 2 nights, The staff were very good, 2nd room great, breakfast very good, business centre […] charged 50hk to use the internet for 15 mins, overall fine although I may stay over on the other side nest time close to the longest escalator as the bars and restaurants around soho were great. if you end up at this hotel just make sure you are away from the lifts. 더 보기

Just a quick note to say I have stayed in every level hotel imaginable, and I would say the Grand Stanford was very nice. For the price, great and that takes into account the location being within a reasonable walk to Nathan Road and all the shopping centers. Ruth Chris is 2 minutes away if you want a steak and there are many cultural museums very close […] by. For the money, It is a sure bet.. Save your dollars and stay here, as it will offer a great bed, pillows and clean bathroom. 더 보기

The location of the hotel was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable but I paid for a city view (the harbour view was more money). What i did not realized was the city view was of a building across the street - no view at all. We did not stay in the room that much but was a bit surprised that they call it "city view"

If you spring for the bay view you will be rewarded. It was a fantastic view of hong kong city. The in-room dining was surprisingly good, as you can guess I had a burger. In Asia, burgers are usually not a good first choice, but this one was quite satisfying.

There is a huge variance in the size of the rooms at this property, even when identically priced. In prior visits I'd had a very decent size of standard room. This time the room was unbelievably small. While it had a partial (angled) view of some of Hong Kong harbor, the double bed literally took up 80% of the room. good location, good service, room is clean, comfirtable!!

当方の手違いで喫煙の部屋を予約してしまったようで、チェックイン後入った瞬間の部屋の煙たさと、激しい消臭用の香料に頭痛がしました。深夜のチェックインでしたので当日は別の部屋を用意することが難しい状況下、換気で辛抱することになりました。始終スタッフの方の対応が懇切丁寧で気持ちよかったことが非常に印象的でした。 二泊目は別の部屋を用意してくださって助かりましたがここでも消臭剤のような香料には辟易でした。一晩エアコンをまわすと朝にはにおいがかろうじて消えるようでした。（この香料は香港のホテル特有な様に思いますが、好みに個人差が出るところでしょう。）

酒店位于尖东站旁边，出行很方便。步行到星光大道大概15分钟吧。酒店很舒服，就是有点小贵。

Je ne peux que m'en rejouir. Accueil, confort, service, prestations, tout etait parfait. Hotel proche des sites touristiques et le shopping y est accessible. Bonne note pour cet hotel

古いと聞いていたのであまり期待せずに行ったのですが、ロビーも室内もとてもきれいでした！ 廊下にもいい香りが漂っていて気持ちがよかったです。 角部屋だったので、海や夜景も見えてよかったです。ただ、エキストラベットが最初から入っていなかったが少し残念でした。しかし、ホテルの方も親切に対応してくれ、全体的に大満足です。
