WOW, let's start with check-in. The girls at the desk said my card would not be charged anything. They would just hold it for incidentals. Not true. They pre-authorized $15 on my card and 7 days later, it is still on there. Next, the walls are so thin at this property you can hear every step of the people above you and out in the halls. Not good when […] the hotel is full of girl soccer players who dance on your ceiling all night. Breakfast was gone by the time we came down at 9am. The soccer girls had cleaned it up! I asked the front desk on my way out about the $15 charge and they said, "No problem, it will come off." Not my point. I was told they would not charge anything to my card. It was a very nice stay. I didn't do much but sleep and eat the breakfast, but everything was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a very nice breakfast dining room.

The hotel is nearly new rooms are well kept and comfortable. Good resturants nearby as well as easy access to several interstate highways. Only complaints are the rear and southside exterior door security system was malfuntioning and needs to be fixed, this probelm was also present on a previous stay at this location. Hotel is nice, clean, easy access, good WiFi and decent breakfast. Check-in experience however was not so good. We arrived @2:40 (check-in is 3:00) and were told we couldn't check-in because the available room list was not completed. We joined two other couples in lobby to wait untill 3:00. At about 2:55 Desk Person started to check in first guest. […] Took almost 10 minutes with first guest, during this time a walkup customer with no reservation was told it would be a few minutes until there would be a room available. The second couple was then called and again it took about 10 minutes. Then the walkup customer was helped before us and then we were called to check-in. Overheard the Desk Person say he was a new trainee but was pressed into full duty with no warning that day. Not a good situation. Several large parties arrived as we were going to our room and most of them were still there 45 minutes later, reason, you guessed it, no available room list. Seems the hotel had a serious staffing problemm that day. Will try again another time but expectations are not high. 더 보기

Decent hotel for the money - close to the OKC airport and just a few minutes from the stadium and the statehouse. Free internet and breakfast - internet was fine - left too early to check out the breakfast.

This was my families first time to stay at Country Inn & Suites in Oklahoma City, OK. I was very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The hot breakfast was also very good. There was a nice selection each morning. My kids also enjoyed the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. We will definitely rebook here.

Arrived at 9:30pm and wanted to use the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. Of course the driver was sent home early that night. Disapointed as the hotel advertized the shuttle bus service.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes of the airport and good restaurants. Enjoyed a quiet Friday night visit! Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm but not 'hard'. I've never enjoyed a more restful sleep in a hotel bed (and I've stayed with the Marriott chain primarily.) Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the warm lobby […] - lots of wood, fireplace and a small loaner library. If you don't finish your selection, you may keep and return the book on your next visit. Most pleasant staff, helpful, clean lobby and room excellent cleanliness easy access to major restaurants and I-40 but quiet

Our 2nd stay here. Had a wonderful suite and a wonderful experience.

This hotel is close to the airport, offers a free shuttle service (although I had to ring twice to get to collect me) and there's plenty of nearby restaurants. My husband and I booked a stay at the Country Inn and Suites for 1/9 and 1/10 because our house is currently a bit on the crowded side. We were looking for a bit of privacy, peace and quiet, and to play in the pool and hot tub a bit. Since the pool and hot tub were a bit of a priority for us, I called Country Inn and Suites to make sure that they were […] not scheduled for maintenance at the time of our stay, and was assured that both would be open and functional. However, during BOTH days of our stay, the pool and hot tub were both closed for portions of each day for scheduled maintenance. I could have understood if they had been closed due to malfunctions, but that was not the case. Although we were able to enjoy both amenities for a portion of our stay, we did not have the kind of access we had been promised. As for the room itself, we rented a regular king sized room, and found it to be spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. There were ample towels, plenty of counter space in the bathroom, and more than adequate space for our belongings. There were, however, three LARGE problems with the room. First, the bed was so firm that it was much like sleeping on a concrete picnic table covered in blankets. We both woke up very sore and stiff both mornings of our stay. Second, the shower head had such little water pressure that I was unable to completely rinse the shampoo and conditioner from my hair. To remedy the situation, I drove to the nearest Wal-Mart, purchased a shower head designed for homes with low water pressure, and temporarily replaced the hotel shower head for the duration of our stay. Lastly, I have to agree with other reviews that I have read here that mention the poor soundproofing in this hotel. Because we were looking for as much quiet as possible, and because my husband and I tend to be night owls, at check in I requested that if possible, we be placed in a room away from other customers. This is our 2nd time in this facility within a month. The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. The room was very nice, and breakfast was above average.

Hotel was clean, convenient to the airport and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, shuttle was there even earlier than scheduled and rooms were spacious. Great value for the price.

This hotel was nice and cozy. It was especially nice to have complimentary breakfast each morning and readily available tea/coffee and cookies in the hotel lobby 24-hours a day. The only complaint we had was that the walls are thin in this hotel- we were able to hear our neighbors TVs and even their conversations at times! Extremly pleased with this hotel. location was easy to find next to great shops, and restaurants. staff at the hotel was extremly friendly and helpful from the front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff. breakfast was great we felt like we were at a dennys or ihop not a hotel, everymorning there was a great selection to choose from and the breakfast […] hours are extended from 7am to 10:30am. The room was nice enough, but both nights of our stay it was difficult to sleep because of neighbors talking/watching TV. They weren't being particularly loud, it just seems that the walls are too thin. To top everything off, all the smoke alarms in the motel sounded at 2 am.

The staff was very nice when we checked in. They were very helpful in giving a recommendation and directions to a great Mexican Food Restaurant. Our room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay there when we are in Oklahoma City again.

I was very surprised when I arrived at the Country Inn and saw how beautiful the hotel was. It was only rated 2.5 stars so I was not expecting much, but I was wrong. Mattress was overly hard thus making it hard to get comfortable. Walls had poor insulation: was awakened by the neighbors having "relations" AND then awakened again by the SAME neighbor snoring. Room and hotel was clean. Had a good quality breakfast.

Large, comfortable room . Rather pretty. Two rooms in one, really...a living room with sofa, chair, desk, tv, and a separate bedroom. The breakfast was great! The hotel was booked solid, and the staff was friendly. The only problem I had was the pguest in the room next to us left his TV on LOUD all night, and I would wake up and hear it off and on.

IT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, CONFORTABLE AND CLEAN !! I TOTALY RECOMMEND IT !!

Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was exactly what was advertised and the taxi service to and from the airport was prompt and convenient.

This hotel was a great choice for me. I was only in town for one night, but I was highly impressed with the hotel. It was located in a great area from what I could tell. There were plenty of eating options just down the street. The hotel was clean and inviting. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that even though […] my reservation had been paid for months in advance, I still had a pending charge to my account that was not explained to me at the time of check in. I had to ask when I checked out what the charge was for. The clerk told me what it was for and that the charge would drop off within a few days, which it did. We stayed here while driving back home to Phoenix from Minnesota. I booked the hotel several weeks in advanced and payed for a one bedroom suite, which was described as having a private bedroom and separate living area. They had a tour group, so they did not care about any of the other guests, and acted like we were a bother. But the worst part of our stay was that the walls are so thin, my three year old heared our neighbors having sex at 5 am. I will NEVER return to this hotel and I would NEVER recommed it to anyone. The hotel was nice and in a great location to restaurants. The only problem was the location of a club next door. At 2 a.m., things got pretty loud outside of the hotel.

The hotel was nice as well as clean. Very comfortable. I love the suites. Actually had friends over watch a football game and felt very comfortable. I did hear noice from the adjoining room early morning so I guess the walls are pretty thin, but overall I think it was a great place to stay.

We originally intended to stay one night at the hotel, but after seeing the cleanness and how comfortable our room was, we extended our stay another day. From the swimming pool to the free library, we had many relaxing options. Very updated great bed , nice room was very surprised special at cost nice hotel, would stay there again, was passing through from arizona to boston.

We had a very nice stay. I have recomended this hotel to all my friends, and will stay there next year. We had 7 families in 4 different hotels, and ours room was the best.

Friends stayed in a hotel on meridian and this hotel was so much better! Our hotel was much cheaper, room bigger and better service. Great for the price.

Pretty new in summer '11. If not new, then it's in REALLY good shape. Staff very friendly. Missed out on breakfast due to a very early flight. Was curious about the parking permit issued on check in, but noticing the huge C&W club next door answered that unasked question. However...the beds were as hard as a rock and the a/c did not get nearly as cool as what we wanted it to. And, wow....what a tiny tiny swimming pool for such a large hotel. Way too many people in it when we first got in there--seemed to far exceed the17 occupancy.

I was traveling with four of my young grandchildren across the country. The number one priority for them is a pool. For me it's location, easy interstate access and comfort.
