This property is a lovely facility, but the service and amenities were lacking. No coffee in the room, TV channels very limited, no beverages in the room's refrigerator. The complementary breakfast was very good, but the wait service was inadequate. All in all, it didn't deliver in accordance with its price.

Charming little place in the middle of the vineyards in Temecula. Nice gift shop, cute and clean room (the fireplace was a very nice touch), friendly staff, even the owner was active on the property and making sure we were happy. WONDERFUL ROOM WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW, WOKE UP TO HOT AIR BALOONS OUTSIDE OUR BALCONY. FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD BREAKFAST, GOOD WINE, GREAT JACUZZI IN ROOM. EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR VISITING ALL WINERIES. WILL COME BACK.

Upon arriving, no one was at the front desk. Had to call on the house phone to track down someone to come and issue a key to the room. After getting to the room, it was a mess. Bed was not made, towels everywhere. Went back to the front desk, asked for another room. Didn't have the same type (with a King bed) so I got a double. Room was comfortable, […] but woke up at 1am with noise from the other side of the wall that sounded like an alarm. It went off every 20 minutes. Very annoying!!! In the morning, I went downstairs for the breakfast that was supposed to be included and no one was around. Breakfast was to start at 8am. Finally at 8:15 someone came by and said it would take at least 30 minutes to get coffee, etc. I didn't have time to wait so I left and found a Starbucks. Too bad this hotel was below expectations, it could have been great! 더 보기

The place is very nice, and the staff people are great, and the location is very convenient. However, always ask a question about whether they have any parties or other big events scheduled on site. While the noise reduction between the rooms is some of the best I have ever experienced, the noise from an outside party, lasting until after 10:00 PM, […] was too much, too loud, and did not end until I called the desk. If you turn in early, you would not happy. I would stay here again, after I ask the question... 더 보기

I stayed at this hotel because it was next door to the Thornton Winery Jazz Festival. They had assigned me to the second floor, but there is no elevator in the hotel. They were able to accomodate me on the first floor. They lock the front door at night and I think turn off the front desk phone because I was not able to get anyone until the next morning […] after 8:00am. The room was pretentiously French Chateau, but had a nice large jacquizzi tub in the remodeled bathroom with seperate shower. Free breakfast and wine tasting. Breakfast only has about 5 selections that can be delivered to your room for an extra $10 or eaten in the cafe. The breakfast on my room terrace overlooking the vineyards was the saving grace of this hotel. No extra security latch on the bedroom door, but in order for me to rest comfortably I had to wedge the desk chair beneath the door knob. These things are important for a single female travelling alone. 더 보기
