Great hotel, except for location which is undergoing major highway improvements. Access to destinations from hotel is adversely affected because of detours and road closures.

The Comfort Suites is situated in a great location easy access to all of San Antonio's hot spots. The hotel also provides a good breakfast with plenty of options. Overall a good price for what you get.

First off just know that a GPS will not track their address listed on this site - you have to call and specifically ASK them for the address - which sucks when you only find this out AFTER you are close. There is NO - I repeat NO signage to find this hotel even after you know the right address - the word "comfort" in their name wasn't even lit up. This […] hotel is behind a shopping center and not tall enough/large enough to see from the road so you really really have to be looking for it. Other than that, the bathroom was straightened but not really cleaned - as in br floor not having been swept/mopped. Front desk staff were friendly. Only coke machines - no vending other than that but they do sell snacks at desk for premium - did I say premium - prices! ok only hotel to me. 더 보기

this is my first time staying at a comfort suites. Needless to say, I was impressed with the quality of the room, beds, and overall detail. It was a nice place to stay. My only complaint is that it was hard as hell to find. I had to stop at another hotel and ask for directions, and even then once i got to the shopping center it was hidden away, and […] hard to locate. A little hard to find. Comforter was dirty. Overall would stay again.

Our recent stay was not for vacation, but due to a broken air conditioner. We found the hotel to be very cool (most important considering the reason we were there), very clean, and the staff was very nice. The bed was sooooo comfortable. IT WAS THE MOST FAMILY FRIENDLY AND CLEAN HOTEL I HAVE BEEN TO AND RYAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL DUE TO LOCATION AND THE STAFF.

We enjoy our recent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen at the front desk on the day of our check-in was wonderful...good ole' fashion customer service! This was our second stay at this hotel and we will stay here on any future visits to San Antonio. Coveniently located near restaurants, movie theater, shopping...you couldn't ask for much more!

I found everything to be very clean. My room was perfect! The only reason why I rate it as a four is because the young lady who checked us in was stoic and any time we spoke to her other than that it was a great stay!

overall the hotel was nice, only thing the sofa sleeper for one was broken, frame would not hold mattress up, they offered to put us in another room but it was already almost midnite, too late, n they could not get to roll away bed, so we tried puttin the mattress on floor but could feel all springs, easy fix just layered the comfortrs on mattrss n […] was a tolerable, we did get roll away bed second nite was better, bathroom door did not lock and room had a weird musty/smoky smell when first walkin in also 더 보기

check in was a breeze. The Hotel staff was always polite and considerate. Location was excellent and right in the middle of everything. Will definitely stay there again.

There is a lot of convenient places near the hotel such as restaurants, stores, and even a theater just steps from the lobby. THE HOTEL OVERALL IS NICE, THE BRAKEFAST WAS GOOD. EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT DESK PERSONEL NEED MORE TRAINING. WE CHECKE IN THE ROOM AND A FEW MINUTES LATER ANOTHER PERSON OPENS THE DOOR, THE FRONT DESK GAVE OUT THE ROOM TWICE. I THOUGTH THERE WAS SAFEGURDS AGAISNT THIS BUT I GUESS NOT.

If you are not from the area the hotel is a bit hard to find. However it makes it nice at night to be away from the interstate. the hotel is pretty new and the suite we stayed in was great. The only downside was the water pressure. Good luck ladies with thick long hair like me. The title says it all. However, the mattress is one of the lumpyest and most uncomfortable I have had the misfortune to have.

Although the hotel was a little difficult to find, it was quite the treasure. Upon arrival, we walked into an open lobby area and were greeted warmly by a gentleman named Ryan. He took care to learn our names, ask us where we were from, and give us his business card for our future travels. Ryan also told us that the hotel was relatively new-only three […] years old, and often less than 50% occupied. He was not lying-everything was in excellent shape! The best thing about this hotel is that the king suite with sofa bed is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out, and even though it was a romantic get-away, we had no problems maintaining the necessary level of privacy. The high speed internet was fantastic, the airconditioner worked fantastically. The room also had a kitchenette area with a refridgerator, microwave, single serving coffee maker (perfect for anyone who has a spouse that prefers a completely different blend!) and a SINK! Now, for the girl stuff. Water pressure= 10/10! Bathroom cleanliness= 9/10 (maybe it's just a darker colored grout?) Blowdryer= 10/10 *and I have thick hair!) Nice size room with sofa bed. Near many hotels and stores. Easy internet access. Great breakfast. Very good place for family to stay in the area.

The room was extremely clean and very modern. The only downside was the thin, uncomfortable mattress on the pull-out sofa bed. Would be ok for a small child but no one over 11 years old.

The comfort suites at stone oaks is a very good hotel for the price. The location is great with easy accessibility to highways, also several dining options around the hotel. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay!

It was easy access to downtown, plus the zoo, and we were within walking distance to the moview and great restaurants. It was a totaly enjoyable experience. We had our 18-month-old baby with us, so we were very concerned about cleanliness in hotels, but this hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good! We're definitely coming back.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only thing lacking was the pool was a little cloudy. Hotel was very clean. King size bed was comfortable but need to bring your own pillows. Sofa bed was terrible, felt every spring. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular.

My wife and I decided to make an impromptu visit to San Antonio. Sarah and the rest of the staff at Comfort Suites were very helpful. They knew the right places to go, shared the short-cuts, and had the answers to all our questions. The facilities were clean and well kept. The bed sheets were nice 3-400 count. Overall a great place to stay. It is close to shopping and not too far from Seaworld or the Riverwalk.

The Comfort Suites Stone Oak had everything we needed. My Mom and I were on a weekend trip to San Antonio and the Comfort Suites Stone Oak provided us with a nice, clean hotel in a great location. VERY clean and VERY comfortable. The window leaked big time during an intense thunderstorm, but they moved me to another room on the same floor. Only one entrance could be used for everything, including the pool and parking behind the building, which made it more time consuming coming and going. They booked a big antique car event all weekend that took […] up nearly the whole parking lot (with trucks with trailers). I had to park quite a ways away from the door. But that was my bad luck. This hotel is near a lot of shopping and restaurants, but the traffic was heavy. I would stay there again if it were close to where I wanted to be. The room was comfortable and for the most part well cared for. There was no housekeeping service on one of the 8 days I stayed. One of the front desk clerks was very poor. He took ten minutes to show up when we checked in and did not seem to care very much about customer service. The hotel store was out of water for several days (he merely shrugged). […] The automatic alarm clock did not work... again he merely shrugged and said that there was nothing he could do. This was a great place to stay. I wished I was staying for a week or more it was so nice. It's a little hard to find but the search was worth it.

We loved staying in this hotel. It was in a great location,the rooms were new and clean, the complimentary breakfast was great and laundry to boot! Will definately come back

Because we arrived a little earlier than planned, we were allowed to check-in early with no extra cost. Everyone was very nice.

The hotel was a great size awesome location but you can tell housekeeping just made the bed and emptied the trash.
