It was a great place to stay

The rate and location were excellent. The room was clean and quiet.

The staff was courteous and very, very helpful. The room was fine. I couldn't figure out how to use the microwave (which mostly I didin't need.) BUT, The breakfast left much to be desired. Almost everything was sweet or high (simple) carbohydrates - white bread and packaged sweet rolls, etc. There was no protein, and they ran out of doughnuts by 7:30am. […] (Not that I would have eaten the doughnuts). 더 보기

The hotel allowed you to leave your vehicle in the parking lot while you were gone for free which was great. The only thing I'm not sure of is they require you to leave a key to the vehicle while your gone. I sealed my envelope and put my mileage on the outside but when I returned I noticed the envelope had been opened. Mileage hadn't changed and didn't […] appear to have anything missing. The night clerk had a bunch of friends around but was very friendly. The morning clerk was a crab. Maybe it was because she had to take us to the airport at 5:00 a.m. 더 보기

While this hotel appears new from the exterior and internet photos, it is actually an older property in need of some attention. Spend a few extra dollars for a newer hotel.

BEWARE: if you book through Hotels.com, this motel insists on charging a credit card a $50 "incidentals" fee, which you have to request to be cancelled when you check out. I did a lot of research for a convenient, clean, inexpensive motel in Wichita, close to the airport. All the reviews I read weren't very flattering. The Wichita Inn had all the things […] I was looking for and fairly favorable customer ratings. My chief complaint is about the night shift front desk employee who was so unfriendly, didn't try to seem welcoming and took 20 minutes to check us in at 11:30 at night. The clerk never explained anything (what the charge was for, where our rooms were, etc.) unless we asked. She had a scowl on her face during the whole transaction and we were very frustrated by the time we got to our rooms at midnight, kids in tow. The morning clerk was very friendly and helpful and explained it all to us. If you get to the breakfast in the last 30 minutes it is offered, there isn't much food left to eat! 더 보기

This hotel was clean and quiet (surprising since it is close to the airport). The only major complaint I have was the uncomfortable beds! The location is close to shopping and convenient to the major road in Wichita.

Very nice hotel for the price. Location is very convenient, staff was nice and accomodating, it is an old hotel but they keep it very clean. Oh, a plus, dvd players in the rooms.

Günstig gelegen in Flughafennähe. Einkaufmöglichkeiten un Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kein Luxus aber saubere Zimmer mit Flachbild Fernseher DVD Player Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei.
