VERY EASY TO GET TO, VERY CLEAN AND PERSONABLE...LIKED THE FRESH BAKED COOKIES AND BREAKFAST.....VERY CLOSE TO THINGS NEEDED AND ARENA IN BUFFALO......WOULD MAKE A REPEAT STAY WHEN IN BUFFALO AGAIN....

My husband and I were only in town for one night. This location was convenient for the trip we planned to Niagra Falls this past weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel was well done, although I didn't use the restaurant or room service. For the cost of my stay, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the service and friendliness of the staff, and the size and condition of the room. The only small issue was a little difficulty in regulating the temperature of the room.

Attended Springsteen concert in Buffalo NY. The Comfort Inn was a convenient 10-15 min cab ride from the First Niagra Arena. The room was very clean and comfortable.Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast on site was great!

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable queen beds. The breakfast had many options, including eggs and sausages, as well as make-your-own waffles. Warm cookies at the front desk in the afternoon, plus free coffee, juice and fruit all day. Easy Thruway on/off. Perfect for a trip to visit family with the kids. Very nice clean hotel. Continental breakfast was satisfying and kept well stocked during hours of operation. Only draw back was the check in personal were not very polite or hospitable. This hotel is great for the money and had a nice variety for breakfast. We would stay here again.

Nice spot clean , staff very nice , the bed was great , but the location did not work for me . I f you are a shopper mall is a couple of miles away its what you are looking for .

This was the cleanest mid-range motel I have stayed at in quite some time, and the staff was cetrainly professional and courteous. My only concern is that the A/C Unit was a bit loud and there were no dining options nearby. Other than that I would recommend this motel without reservation.

Love this hotel. The price is good. The rooms are clean, large and updated. Their complimenntary breakfast is plentiful and the staff are professional and pleasant. We won't run the risk of trying a new hotel.....they are that good. We go to buffalo four or five times a year and will be staying here each time. Thanks for doing a great job!

Hotel was nice and the rooms were great. However, there were 3 of us staying in the hotel room and we all had ice cold showers in the morning. We told hotel staff at checkout. Sounded like they heard that complaint a lot and just said with capacity there was nothing they could do about it.

The room was in great shape with new furnishings including granite counter & tub enclosure. The beds were very comfortable. There was even a refrigerator. We had a musty smell upon arrival but we left the a/c on while we went out & returned to find it mostly gone. If there were more decent restaurants nearby this would be a really great place to stay. […] This was the only hotel listed near the airport with two queens instead of doubles - that's why we stayed here. The hotel was very clean and newly renovated.Pool was small, good for young children. Convenient to highway and nearby mall.

Our hotel room was renovated and clean upon arrival. Not having enough hot water for 1 person to shower in the morning was unacceptable. When this was mentioned at checkout, the front desk staff was not willing to do anything about it. What terrible customer service. Also, we returned from shopping, carrying many bags, and went to the side entrance […] and discovered that the keys were both not working, even the one that was left in the room. I'm sure they were disabled by the staff. It was very frustrating to have to walk all the way around the hotel to the main entrance to get the keys fixed. 더 보기

When thousands of future lawyers descended on Buffalo and booked every room in the over-priced hotels next to the convention center, this was a nice back up. Its about a $20 dollar cab ride (which you can split with someone else since everyone is going to the same place at the same time). They have a free breakfast in the morning which was much better […] than I expected. Its in the middle of nowhere, but only about 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins from downtown. Unless you're staying at one of the major hotels downtown for the bar exam, this place is a decent, inexpensive, and CLEANER alternative than any other place in its price range. 더 보기

The staff at the Comfort Inn in Buffalo was great and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with 1 exception. It was bitterly cold outside and the room was almost as cold on our arrival because the heat had not been turned on. My wife and I were very happy that our room was prepared and awaiting us when we arrived. The staff were efficient, courteous and helpful and we felt right at home from the beginning. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was definitely a plus and we enjoyed what was being offered. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was very clean , the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely nice. The breakfast was stocked well and very good.The waffle machines were very easy to use. There were a lot of people in the berakfast room, but every thing was available and fresh.

Friendly check-in staff and free snacks make this hotel one of my favorites! Small salt-water pool also very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and very nice employees. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close enough to downtown Buffalo. I picked the hotel on a whim and it turned out to be a great choice.

The hotel was next to a Mexican restauran/bar and lot of people milling aroung our car during the night, made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was "make your own", there was a long line to make waffles, so we opted for something else. It was Labor Day weekend, so extra busy time.

The staff at the Comfort Inn Cheektowaga was so kind and accommodating. They made special arrangements for me and some other guests to get into Buffalo (we were taking the bar exam), were responsive to requests, and even took me to the airport when my cab driver canceled on me. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired: there are very few restaurants […] and there's only one bar, but I had a lot of fun on my trip nonetheless. No complaints about the cleanliness of my room either, although it would have been nicer if the windows opened. I liked the free internet and the waffles at breakfast very much. 더 보기

The hotel was great the hotel staff where friendly and helpful. The rooms where clean for a hotel that allows pets it did not show. The surrounding neighborhood was nice, was not bad at all. We where there July,4th,09 let me tell you the neighborhood put one hell of fireworks show it started at 8:00 PM to 11:00PM. There is also a donut shop name Dickies right […] buy the hotel great donuts open 24 hours, you won't be sorry. 더 보기
