우선 공용욕실과 공용화장실이고 방이 열개 정도 있는층에 샤워실 세칸 화장실세칸... 샤워실 한곳은 문이 없고 샤워커튼....익숙해지면 괜찮으나...그렇치 않으면 방을 옮기고 싶어지죠..첫날을 절실했는데 하루지나니 사용할만했어요. 참고로 제가 묶은 방만 그랬는지 모르겠으나 냉장고 없었구요. 전기포트...있으나 속을보면 물을 끓일수 없는...그런게 있어요...거기에 끓인물 먹으면 수명이 1년은 단축될듯....나머지는 뭐 괘안았습니다.아...위치 안좋아요... 관광하고 지친다리를 끌고 가기엔 굉장히 먼거리였어요...

공용 화장실을 이용하기 때문에 남자들 끼리 저렴하게 잠깐 들르기엔 괜찮은 게스트 하우스임. 솔찍히 하루이틀 불편할거 감수한다면 더 저렴한 게스트 하우스를 찾을것.

가격이 저렴해서 설마설마 했는데.. 화장실이 공용이라는 사실을 모르고 숙박을 하였습니다. 그점만 뺀다면 여자들만사용하는 층이라서 좋았습니다.^^

깨끗하고 저렴한 호스텔임. 몇 분간의 도보로 주 도로와 버스를 탈 수 있으며, 도보 반경 15분거리내에 전문상가들이 위치하고 있어 주야로 볼 만함. 보통 식당 및 상점에서 영어 능통자가 없으며, 바디 랭귀지에 의존해야 함. 한자를 잘 알거나 중국어 사용자에게 유리함. 룸 에어컨을 켜거나 아침에는 다소 시끄럽다. 도로변에 인접해 있음. 구룡공공도서관 옆에 위치하므로 찾기 쉽다. 호스텔내에 세탁, 다림질, 독서 및 회의실 임대 가능하고 로비에서는 wi-fi 로 인터넷 접속 가능함. 제목처럼 저예산 여행자라면 추천할 만 함. 처음부터 게스트하우스라 별 기대 안하고 7일정도 묵었는데 그래도 이만한 가격에 이런 곳이 또 어디있을까 할 정도로 괜찮았던 곳이었어요. 위치도 야우마테이역과 가깝고, 밤 늦게 돌아다녀도 크게 위험한 지역이 아니에요. 아파트, 학교, 도서관 등등 치안은 좋아요. 제가 성격이 예민해서 공동욕실을 못 쓸것이라고 걱정했는데, 의외로 사람들과 부딪히지 않을 정도로 별로 사람도 없었고, 샤워실도 물도 잘 나오고 좋았어요. 또 방은 매일 청소해주고, 침대도 청소해주고, 비누,샴푸등등 알아서 챙겨줘서 좋았어요. 카운터에서도 물어보면 정성껏 가르쳐줘서 고마웠어요. 단점이 있다면 길가에 위치해서 오토바이소리나 차 소리가 좀 컸지만 크게 자는데 […] 불편은 하지 않았지만 좀 뒤척거렸어요. 이만한 가격에 이정도 서비스면 만족했습니다. 더 보기

We chose this place because hostels were the same price at the time. This place is pretty much like a hostel with the shared bathrooms that are also home to water flies. A good option if you are looking for something relatively cheap in expensive Hong Kong. The neighbourhood isn't shiny and squeaky clean, but it's vibrant and the hotel is reasonably close to the metro. The staff are helpful and assist with a shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is in Kowloon, but it is situated very far out. There is about 3,5 km from the hotel to the water front. When I stayed there Hong Kong was cold and rainy and the room was not heated at all. It is not a five star hotel but it had everything I wanted on a vacation. Pleasant efficient staff who spoke english, good food in the restaurant, clean room (wasn't planning spending much time in the room) and when I was, it was quiet. If I go to Hong Kong again, it will be the first place I look at staying at.

1. Towels changed daily, which was good. 2. Staff was friendly but can be more knowledgeable and senstiive to guests' needs. E.g we were only told abt mini bus (5M) on 3rd day of our stay. This shd have been told to us the first time we enquired abt getting to and from the MTR's. My 9yr old boy found the walking distance to MTR's too much. Hotel was clean but the blind of the windows was in a very bad shape. We have to share the public bathroom. It was expensive for the price we paid. I guessed since a lot of people are visiting during the time of our stay so the price of this hotel was raised for the demand for the hotel room in Hong Kong was very high.

Front desk staff: great, everything else is as minimal as can be. If you must save money, you are OK here.

It is a uncomfortable hotel only one public toilet and big bathrooms shared with each other each floor. And also it was not enough toilet papers each floor that I found. My toilet was repaired on that time, so I went to upper floor. Each toilet key is only used on the same floor. A sex lady walked out after bathed with towel.

Location : A good 15 min walk from Yau Mai Tei MTR (exit D ; walk onwards from Waterloo Fire Station). YWCA is located at a slope of a hill, so it's not for the elderly or for those with big luggages. Tip: take a shortcut thru the basketball court. Nearby : Plenty of small shops and 7-11 across main Waterloo road. Recommended eats at Victory Avenue […] across street : Dim sum (11.30 - 12mn) & Porridge (8.30am - 2.30am). Room/Reception: Room very clean but spartan with old furniture w/single-split aircon which is very noisy that rattles. Rooms facing Waterloo Road also face noisy road traffic. Ear-plugs a must for light sleepers. Hotel corridors and furnishings badly need a change and fresh coat of paint. Hotel staff were however very pleasant and professional. They speak good English and gave good sightseeing and food recommendations. Overall rating is fair and only stay there if you're on a tight budget. Value for money hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms. Though not located in central locations, it is a short 15 min walk to the MTR and is accessible by buses.

The Hotel was near the shopping distric of Mongkok and needs just a few minutes walk to the MTR. The rooms were not so tidy especially the blinds in the window. beddings were ok. If your looking for a place just to sleep or rest your tired body after a hectic day of shooping then this plce is good enough .

YWCA - The Ann Black Hotel is in nice location. There are buses stops, supermarket, restaurant, and bakery in two or three minutes walk. I booked common bathroom room category and it was worth for money. Everything was good. The only problem I faced was going to Kawloon station, which I tried to go by bus but failed and at last I took taxi and reached station.

Stay at this hotel on 2 occasion during my trip to hong kong. A very tidy place with good air conditioning. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. The service was very professional and there are cleaners that tidy you room on a daily basis. The security is reasonable as the staff are always awared of the people that enter the building. […] Stayed in both normal room and superior room. Normal = bed, tv, air condition, bathroom sink... just have all the essential. Upgrade to a superior room and you get a bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub/shower) and fridge in addition Its situated reasonable close to mongkok MTR (about 10 minutes walk, if you know the way). The night markets are also about 10 minutes away from the Hotel. Give you something to do at night. Mongkok area can be a bit dodgy when compared with other areas in Hong Kong. Good front desk reception service, but inconvenient because the room I reserved didn't have bathroom, I have to use public bathroom and take a shower there. Good location, be sure to download hong kong subway map before you take the trip, otherwise it will cost you $300 hk dollar to get to hotel from the airport.

The hostel is old but yet well maintained. It's pretty clean considered that it is an old building. The counterstaff and cleaner lady in particularly were all friendly and courtesy. Hv a enjoyable and pleasant stay indeed. Conveniently located and well served by all public transports. Will definitely come by again in my next trip.

The price is good since it's really cheap. Everything is very old actually. The house keeping knock your door very early in the morning if you don't put the DO NOT DISTURB on your door.

overall it is ok

front desk looks very nice when you first walk in...also the receptionist are very helpful....but all the good parts ends there...its shared bathrooms although its relatively clean i'd much rather have a private bathroom...tried to asking for a room with a private bathroom but said there was none available...it would have been ok for a budget hotel […] i just didnt like having to share bathrooms...also no hairdryer and only give you one adapter for your electronics... 더 보기
