This was my 2nd time to be in the same hotel. Each time I stay there , i like it more. The Location is excellent , the hospitality is great however the free WIFI at the reception was not stable and the hotel had to call the Telecommunications Company on a daily bases to solve the problem. The other small issue was that there were no Strong WIFI network […] in the rooms (on levels above 20th floor) . i was getting the signal from the 15th floor which was obviously weak. 더 보기

Parece mentira que con un hotel de estas caracteristcas y el precio de la habitacion, todavia haya que pagar tanto por usar internet en la habitacion.

Hotel molto bello, camere pulitissime molto confortevoli e servizi all'interno dell'hotel organizzati benissimo...personale molto qualificato e disponibilissimo...anche il ristorante al 2 piano insenso molto buono e il personale ottimo specialmente Karim una persona molto cordiale e simPaticissima, come d'altronte anche il personale della reception […] disponibilissimo. Service zéro pour un hôtel 5* parking gratuit mais avec un service voiturier payant

Prestation agréable et personnel très chaleureux - nous avons fortement apprécié le service de voiturier très sympathique , nourriture excellente dans les 2 restaurants - accueil chaleureux - la pisine interne devrait être amélioré - eau assez froide ...et localisation de l'hotel sur le boulevard Zirtouni un vrai cauchemar ( aucun bruit perceptible […] dans la chambre par contre) Oui il faut y aller sans trop d'hésitation. 더 보기

oltre il problema del parcheggio (l'hotel si trova nel centro di un incrocio sempre 'ingorgato') per cui bisogna attendere in media 15-20 minuti per avere la propria auto a disposizione questa volta ho notato una strana politica dell'hotel che non era presente fino a qualche tempo fa: 1) è stato messo internet wi-fi gratuito solamente presso il bar […] della hall (nella camera è obbligatorio acquistare una card alla reception). A parte i pochi posti disponibili i prezzi del bar sono un po gonfiati: per una pasta e una 1/2 d'acqua mi hanno presentato un conto di 9 EUR... in una delle migliori pasticcerie di casablanca non avrei speso piu di 2,50 EUR. 2) quando cambi la valuta alla reception stranamente non hanno mai da darti il cambio esatto: gli mancano sempre 50 cent / 1,00 EUR. i ve booked this hotel for 2 nights for my husband before mhen my sister booked one more night for me as a gift the night of my wedding and then i booked another night for me and my husband before our trip so for the 2 first nights no problem the room was big enough with a view and clean the around hotel you will find everything first problem stopping […] me on the door asking do i stay there then my last night a girl from the reception calling saying that the reservation its made for one person i need to pay 500 dh more before she start talking she was yelling who are you with whom im talking i ve been working in customer service for years and one thing i know when u call u introduce yourself first when i asked why are u yelling she said because with the walls there is eco sound i didnt get it i asked for 2 person because i booked with them she said u can just talk to me im the reception manager i m ill still surprised how can she be a manager in a hotel 5 stars she doesnt know even hoe to talk after hanging up on me i called and the guy on the reception he said i cant talk to u about the subject because u already start it with her so they put me on hold calling for the 2 time he said we talked to ur husband he agree to pay more i asked my husband he said never and then she comes and sa id if u dont pay i will not allowed u to enter i was tring to explain that how can i book 3 nights same rate and with via this website and for the 2 first night its ok and the last one its just for one person my godi cant explain enough how mean she was and how unprofessional i took the form toccomplain and they told me all of us we are one hotel and whoever u give it we will know can u beleive it i was so scared that something may happened to me so we checked out me and my husband and we paid because we were so scared and we were newly married we just wanted to run from that place customer service its reallllllllllly something they need to look at Never again also i forgot on the lift 더 보기

Hotel tres confortable avec vue sur Casablanca et/ou avec un peu de chance sur Mosquee Hassan II et la mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de baim est très pratique.

Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse, beau mobilier et literie de qualité, immense surface vitrée qui permet de bénéficier d'une vue magnifique sur la ville, salle de bain luxueuse. Seul bémol : le bar situé au 28 ème étage. La musique y est horrible (mauvais goût et volume sonore bien trop élevé).

séjour très court dans cet hôtel mais agréable dans l'ensemble avec un personnel courtois et prêt à rendre service, hôtel très sécurisé, dommage restaurant fermé le dimanche soir...mais le panoramique agréable le soir...pas eu le temps de profiter de l'espace piscine, spa et fitness

bien situé, propre et chambre exécutive est spacieuse. Par contre les employés ne sont pas assez serviable et manque de professionnalisme, parfois même ils ne comprennent pas ce que vous dites mais ne vous demande pas de répéter ou d'expliquer alors vous avez quelques surprises...
