great place reasonable price.

Quality of room is improving, however staff did not about parking nor seemed that concerned.

The only problem we had was finding somewhere close to hotel to eat when we didn't want to dine at the hotel and finding that the restaurant was shut on a Sunday (they opened it for us).

Free in-room wifi is not included!! Not acceptable.

The room we were allocated was fine but very small for three adults to stay in. we also tried out the restaurant and found the heating inadequate. It was a very cold wet night and the dining area was freezing and when we asked for a heater the waitress did provide one, however, the provided heater put hardly any heat out and could not be set higher […] than 18 degrees. Also the roof in the restaurant was leaking and there were several buckets in the dinning area. Despite all this the food was fine. 더 보기

Great hotel in centre of Wellington, friendly and helpful staff, room was small but very clean and good size bathroom, would stay again.

At first I wasn't thrilled because the lady checking me in didn't acknowledge me, but once I got settled I really liked the room. It had dishes and cutlery so I could make minor meals, a nice bathroom, big bed, desk by the window with a view and satellite tv. The rest of the people working there were helpful in finding me the buses to interislander […] ferry and the cable car to botanical gardens. Location is quite centralized near lots of shops, places to eat, and sights. Although my stay got off to a rocky start, I would definitely stay here again as it was very comfortable and quiet. Great place to stay for a couple, we had our adult daughter with us who had to sleep on a sofa-bed which was very uncomfortable.We understood there would be a single bed also in the superior room but there was not. Would stay again if it was just my husband and I.

Very nice and friendly hotel in the very center of Wellington

Completely up to our expectations and far better than Travelodges in the UK. Cenrally located within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see. Breakfast in the restaurant was not brilliant but adequate for our needs. Ideal for the few nights we stayed.

Very close to the venue for a family 21st & right in town with quick access to shops, restaurants, waterfront etc. Reasonable size room for short stay, comfy with good facilities.

the hotel is perfectly located for business, entertainmen &,shopping. I am so pleased I decided to stay here.

Veryhard to find. Room quite noisy in high wind (on 22nd floor).

We recently stayed for one night at the Travelodge in Wellington. The hotel was very centrally located in the city and our room was extremely clean and modern. The accommodation was good for one night, but it would have been too small for a lengthier stay.

This is a fantastic place, only let down by by the lack of free/low cost wifi which is a given these days around the world. Also, the printer was broken at the bank of pay computers, but hotel staff offered to print it off if we emailed it to them. The staff are superb!

The bed was comfortable, but there was no room around it much for luggage of two people, the bathroom didn't have enough places to put things and didn't have an exhaust fan for the shower.

Nice Hotel, with good car parking just beside it. Reasonable rates! The personnel is friendly and professional!

Took my 86 years old parents for a night was worried the 3 of sharing a room would be really cramped but it was really good. Even my sofa bed was comfy. Good location for the city but the rain and wind was too much for my parents to do too much. Getting down to Lamton quay with the moving stairs was great but on our return the shops had shut including […] the escalator so a few stairs to get them up. Pretty happy with my choice. Overall a very good stay in the Wellington Travelodge. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was clean and as expected. Staff were very accommodating in allowing storage of our larger bags both prior to check-in as we'd arrived a little earlier than scheduled and after check-out as we had a later plane, to allow us to cary on exploring Wellington. The only issue I had with this hotel was the cost of internet access. I did not expect a cost to begin with, considering this is a Travelodge, so I was surprised by a cost being charged for internet access to begin with. However, a cost of $30 a night is insane and a rip off.

We choose this hotel mainly for its centrol location and value for money. We found all the staff friendly and helpfull and the room was of a good standard. Access in and out was easy, allowing quick access to centrol shoping and main centre venues. we would reccommend this hotel to others and would return there ourselves.

This hotel is very well situated. For those who loves shopping or to discover the city of Wellington!! this is the place to go to! very handy. The bus Stop to or from the airport is within a walking distance. 10 minutes to the water front and 15 minutes to goverment building. The staffs at the reception are very helpful and friendly. This hotel has a very good location and it was easy to navigate around Wellington. The rooms were average comfort wise and pretty small, but they were clean. While the staff was nice, they weren't overly knowledgeable about where things were located in Wellington. Also, their internet rates were expensive in the room and then they had 3 coin operated […] computers in the lobby that went out of order while we were there. Hotels should not charge for internet anymore, it should be a service that they offer, like clean sheets and fresh towels. It was easier and cheaper to go to an Internet Cafe and pay 3 NZ dollars for an hours worth of internet connection. Overall, convient location and clean- for the price it was ok. Room was ok, nice size & usual items included (fridge, cupboard, ironing board, hairdryer). Bathroom not huge, no bath, even though our reservation stated it would be. Staff friendly enough, apart from in the breakfast restaurant, who made you feel guilty for turning up at 9.30, when they close at 10am (on a Sunday!) all in all, decent enough budget […] hotel if you are not expecting anything fancy. 더 보기

The lift stopped working whilst we were staying there (on the 19th floor). It took so long to fix, we ended up walking up the stairs. The staff seemed unclear as to what was going on, which was frustrating.
