We absolutely loved the place, the people and the price! I think it is the best hotel in Granada!

Hotel Villa Oniria is in an exceptional building and in a perfect location for those visiting Granada. BUT, the staff needs some serious customer service training (especially in the restaurant) and the owners/managers have let the property become a bit 'run down'. Carpeting in the two rooms we had was REALLY dirty and shabby; 'service' in the restaurant […] was non-existant and the food only average (or, below average). Heating/air-conditioning was also not functioning when we visited - extremely and uncomfortably hot in the rooms. A great location and a potentially nice property that needs a lot of work. 더 보기

The Oniria is a truly beautiful hotel with both public spaces and room designed with sumptuous fabrics and materials. It feels serene and one could easily while away one's time in the splendid lobby spaces and adjacent garden. The desk staff is courteous and helpful and the cleaning staff keeps the rooms immaculate . Only two aspects of this hotel prevent […] it from being perfect. First, strangely a very poor choice was made for the carpeting in the guest rooms and they are worn and filthy, a condition that can only be altered by there replacement. and that is we only spent one night here. Our room was fabulous! As with other hotels in Europe, the room wasn't large by US standards, but the decor and comfort of the room made up for it!

Villa Oniria is centrally located in Granada. We drove there and our car was unloaded and parked for us (at an extra cost). The style of the hotel is classical boutique - vanilla candles, orchids, muted colours - all very lovely. However and this is a big HOWEVER, the service was so indifferent that we could not recommend this hotel. There is no welcome, […] no warmth and no one seems to be in charge. A spectacular hotel. Elegance is everywhere, from the spectacular fountain that greets one in the lobby, to the exquisite furnishings throughout the lobby and rooms. The shower was super elegant. This is a small a beautifully designed hotel in the centre of Granada. It seems to be quite old, with central courtyard which goes up the full height of the building, now all sumptuously renewed with a fountain in the courtyard and spectacular white marble staircase, as well as modern lifts, showers, air-conditioning as you might expect. The interiors […] are outstanding. There is also a lovely garden outside with a shady dining area and water channels. It is immaculately maintained and cleaned. The serving staff all seem to be quite young and amiable. We didn't dine in the hotel, except for breakfast which was an excellent buffet, with options for ordering extras. The bar was small but very pleasant. The location couldn't be better. It is just off a main thoroughfare in a nice part of the city but quiet enough. It is close to taxis, buses and within walking distance of most major sights. The best thing about this hotel is its beauty. Clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into its renewal. For instance our shower/toilet room was modern and spectacular. The public rooms are delightful too, great style. One minor disappointment, the wardrobe/clothes storage is only adequate for one person staying a night or two - not two people staying six days. On a more serious level, we encountered amazing rudeness and a total lack of a swimming pool. We booked this hotel so we could explore Granada with great thoroughness. We are no longer young and knew we would be walking miles every day, and so chose a hotel with a swimming pool to help us stretch our limbs each evening. The hotel description says it has an indoor pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. The only indoor pool we could find was in the spa, about 12ft square and hot water with waves. We found no outdoor pool. We asked the receptionist where the swimming pool was and he demanded to know if we were staying in the hotel! He asked for our room number, checked the booking then told us the Spa 'wasn't in our packa 더 보기

This hotel was a lovely surprise at it's price range. Beautiful rooms. Modern Bathroom. Great Airconditioning. Comfortable beds.... And in the heart of the old city. The staff was wonderfull. I would recommend highly.

Nice room, nice environment

Beautiful! Very peaceful atmosphere even though it is located in the center of town. Great location, close to all major attractions. The hotel staff were great at arranging tours to the Caves of Sacromonte and La Alhambra. Fantástico hotel en el centro de Granada . Cerca de todos los monumentos . Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y dispone de un spa . También tine cun salón con chimenea por si te apetece tomarte un café después para entrar en calor después del frío que hace en Granada .

Prettig hotel, midden in winkelstraat met cafes voor ontbijt, vriendelijke receptie.

ホテルは、わかりやすい位置にありました。 ホテルは、きれいで朝食もまずまずでした。 WI-FIがつながらず、ロビーの近くでしかアクセスできなかったのが残念でした。また、トイレやシャワーがベッドから曇りガラス越しに透けて見えるので、新婚さん向けのホテルかなとおもいました。全体として清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

Een fantastisch hotel midden in het centrum, maar zogauw je binnen bent alleen maar rust. HEERLIJK. Mooie kamer, goede bedden en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Het enigste minpunt is dat gebruik van het zwembad voor 1 uur vreselijk duur is. Dit wordt niet op de site vermeldt. Jammer..

Excellent hotel très bien situé pour accéder à tout le centre historique et à l'alhambra. Hôtel très soigné, très spacieux; avec des encens, des bougies (c'était noel) et un très beau hall d'accueil avec patio, fontaine, bar et salon avec petit feu de cheminée. Les chambres sont très bien décorées. Si vous souhaitez du calme je crois qu'il faut préférer […] les chambres situées sur l'arrière de l'hôtel (chambre de 106 à 110 et de 206 à 210 de mémoire... nous étions ds la chambre 210... super! Vaste salle de bain, douche avec grand jet et baignoire, très bonne literie... Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et nous étions en retard pour le petit déjeuner du lundi, mais une charmante serveuse , parlant français, nous a malgré tout servi! Bref, que du bonheur... Deux mauvais point... accès internet... payant... dérisoire à notre époque! et surtout le spa: pour 25 €, trop cher par rapport à la prestation; en effet, le merveilleux jacusi est... Froid!!! Bon courage! il n'y a que deux jets sympa ds le spa... bref, pas la meilleure prestation de l'hôtel... Ils devraient proposer un tarif total pour le séjour. Hotellet var vackert inrett i behagliga färger. Det doftade gott i trapphuset och rummet var rent och snyggt. Sängarna sköna, frukosten dyr men god. Fina råvaror och varierat med alternativ. Parkeringen var också dyr men som helhet så var det värt pengarna. Personalen var rätt så osynlig men fanns tillhands när man ringde på klockan, perfekt! Uitstekend hotel. Enige minpunt: menukaart in restaurant uitsluitend in het Spaans. Commentaar hierop gegeven en antwoord was: wij krijgen nagenoeg uitsluitend Spaanse business men als gast. Wel werd mondeling toelichting gegeven als compensatie voor het ontbreken van een Engelse tekst.

We (couple, 25 years) This small boutique hotel is a great place to stay in Granada! Perfectly situated, close to all main sights of the city. Easy to find, even by car, despite the facts that it is in a small, cramped street (thanks Google maps!). The rooms were magnificent, great interior, great bed, and most important in the middle of July - great […] airconditioning;) The hotel also has a small spa, we had a look but decided to skip it since it had hot pools and saunas. I am convinced that it is the perfect ending of a slightly colder days then the ones we experienced in Granada. Very friendly staff who gave us a free city map and pointed out all the main sights and insider tips on where to go, where to eat etc... All we can say is WOW, for both the city and the hotel. 더 보기
