Excellent choice for transitting through Zurich, excellent breakfast and overall great hotel.

Despite the good location almost inside the ZH airport Terminal, the service was very poor talking about the room service. I arrived at 11h50pm and there was no restaurant open. The only thing on the 24h in room dining was a "club sandwich" they just threw in the micro wave for almost 50USD... just unacceptable for a 5* hotel deserving Zurich airport […] which by definition has late and hungry travelers. Rooms were ok, well maintained but when room service comes and knocks on your door at 08:30 am... you wish you had stayed at the next door hilton... Won't use Radison Blu again. 더 보기

Great location at Zurich airport. Just pick up you bags with the baggage carts and go straight to the hotel, 2 min walk from baggage claim. The hotel breakfast is very expensive however if you pre pay at the front desk upon check it is only 26f instead of the 35sf. Loved the hotel and service. It will be our choice when traveling through Europe.

My wife and I stayed here on our last night in Zurich before flying out to the US very early the following morning. Since we had to be up early and didn't want to mess around with a taxi or shuttle to get to the airport, we booked this hotel. It has a direct walking connection (even indoors all the way) to the airport terminal, which was great for us. […] The room was comfortable enough, though my wife hated the avant garde European shower, which had only a half-width glass door (as many hotel bathrooms in Europe do), as well as a partially frosted glass window from the shower into the sleeping area. We didn't try the hotel food at all, though they have this strange "wine tower" with women in angel costumes who bungee up and down the tower on cables to retrieve wines. Anyway, the place is incredibly overpriced relatively to the size and luxury of its accommodations, but that's Zurich for you. If you need easy access to the airport, then book this purely for convenience. 더 보기

We stayed here the night before our return flight home. We thought it was an amazing hotel and very convenient to the airport. It made the whole airline experience so simple. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Blu is modern, spotless and conveneiently located to the train station/airport for those needing an overnight in Zurich. We stayed twice; before and after some further Europe travel. It was very new, hip, but the bathroom "window" and half shower door are just weird. We ate only in the hotel's Italian eatery, Fillini, I think was the name. Surprisingly […] good. They offer a breakfast buffet which was more than adequate, but for the price they should have offered some gold bars... I'd stay again if I had to overnight at the airport. 더 보기

This is a perfect hotel...get off the plane and it is an easy - well marked in door walk to the hotel... You can easily get into zurich by train which is also right there. Lovely breakfast, free shoe shine machine on each floor, fast fast fast internet with no charge! the hotel is connected to the airport, so it is easy to walk to the hotel without going outside. the staff was friendly, the lobby has a very cool wine rack where staff dressed as angels use a wire to get specific wine bottles. rooms are modern, with really comfortable beds, bathrooms are also recently updated, and they have wi-fi. although the location […] is not great to see zurich, the airport has a train station attached to it so you can easily get a round trip to central station if you want to explore. 더 보기

If you need to sleep in style with a minimum of transfer time, this is it. The Radisson Blu at Zürich International Airport is literally within a few steps of the arrival area of Terminal 1. The rooms are big, comfortable and sound proof. the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, professional and elegant. Is just across the airport, therefore to catch an early flight is very convient

This was a wonderful Hotel for someone needing to get on a flight early in the morning at the Zurich airport. Not close to Downtown and the taxi is 70$ to get back to hotel so be sure that you just need to be at the hotel.

The Radisson-Blu, Zurich is a truly first class hotel for the weary traveler. Very modern, comfortable,with a good staff, great restaurant, and just a short walk to the airport terminal. It was a wonderful end to our trip.I would recommend it to anyone. The price was excellent too.

The Radisson Blu is a luxurious hotel and could well be located on a beautiful beach. The rooms are large and immaculate. The lobby is visually appealing, especially the Wine Tower and the elevator. The staff are perfect.

This is the only hotel directly at the ZRH airport. It's incredibly convenient, because you can walk indoors from baggage claim directly to the hotel, check in, take a shower, and go to sleep without losing any time. For your first night after arriving in Zurich, this place is ideal. However, the breakfast was not included and was extremely expensive. […] The Burning Man-esque flying wine fetching girls in the lobby bar are cute for about 1 minute, after that I thought it was pointless and sexist. My only real dissatisfaction is the price. After 1 night we switched to the Movenpick airport hotel, because both it and the airport Hilton are equal in quality to the Radisson but about $100 less, and they offer free shuttles to and from the airport every 15 or 30 minutes. The Movenpick has an excellent outdoor restaurant too. So I recommend one night at Radisson for convenience, then switch to Movenpick or Hilton after that to save substantial money. 더 보기

The staff at reception were extremely discourteous, with unhelpful directions for parking, elevator system. It was not busy, yet she treated us poorly, whether because we were Americans, older women, tired from driving, who knows, but in all my years traveling, that was the worst check-in receptionist. This is a high end hotel right in the Zurich airport. It is perfect if you are arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. It is 2 minutes by foot to all the check in counters, Highly recommend this hotel.

If you are traveling out of the Zurich airport, wow, great place to stay. It was so convenient for our flight the next morning and walking around the evening before in the food court was great as well. If you want to cut cost, eat in airport.

This hotel is beautifully maintained and extremely convenient (attached!) to the airport, which was wonderful. However, two things marred our experience. One was their internet service in the lobby. It didn't allow us to check our particular airline without paying. When I swiped my credit card, it started timing for payment but never connected. After […] attempting it twice, I asked the woman at the desk about it. She was extremely condescending and stood hovering over me while I swiped my credit card once again. She was momentarily taken aback about how the connection was not being made. She then tried something else, made a dismissive remark, then left. VERY rude. Also, the restaurant prices there are astronomical by any standard. Their breakfast was about 35 Swiss francs. Ouch! We went to the airport for a "bargain" breakfast. This hotel is very conveniently located right in the terminal of Zurich airport and also only 10 minutes away from central station.

I was very happy with the location and proximity to the airport for an early flight out of Zurich. It was also very easy to use the train to go into downtown for lunch / dinner. The only problem was the thermostat. It was not adjustable to a low enough temperature at night. It was too hot in the room. No top sheet, only a giant duvet.

A plus as the only hotel in Zurich Airport. Qualifies as five star. Logistics of arrival with baggage from a flight or to check in for departure between airlines and Radisson Blu can be a difficult process especially for families with children or seniors with compromised mobility. The staff is most courteous, friendly, and accomodating.

Excellent location, pretty hotel with gimmicky restaurant. However, room cleanliness was subpar and there was an open pack of cigarettes and strong smoke smell in my non-smoking room.

We would only stay there to be close to the airport. Lobby atrium is impressive, check-in staff friendly, but corridors leading to rooms are most depressing: dark grey, poorly lit, could hardly make out room nos. Rooms are smart and contemporary, totally sound insulated, but the bathroom had shabby worn tiles on the floor, a banged up broken waste basket […] and a broken sink drain. Towels were the skimpiest, smallest and thinnest we have encountered in recent years. Food: breakfast is bland, and not worth half the money charged. Dinner: pretty bad: prices sky high and so-called Italian food hardly better than a chain restaurant in the US. After we commented on the lack of quality, the staff tried their very best to provide better food the second night. (We were forced to stay on due to volcanic ash activity.) All in all a convenient spot to stay prior to an early morning departure, but for my money I will try another hotel the next time, even if it means a shuttle ride. 더 보기

Nice and quiet with two good restaurants, but be prepared for the extremely high prices if you have to eat there. Also, the bathroom has a partially smoked glass window out to the room, for those who may have an issue with that.

This hotel worked out perfectly for us as our airline cancelled our flight and we now had a full day layover. We arrived at 7AM and were able to get into our room early. In addition, they offered us a room with a window on the 4th floor at no extra charge. Although most of the view was an on-ramp and parking lot, there was a piece of green parkland […] and it was wonderful to have the sunshine in the morning. Access from baggage claim/arrivals is well marked and an easy walk. We took the train into Zurich and purchased those tickets at the hotel reception. The bed was very comfortable and linens divine. We did a hunt and gather for breakfast at the terminal and brought all back to our room for a nice picnic. Certainly not as romantic as being in Zurich, but not having to lug suitcases on the train for a room in town was truly a convenience. 더 보기

We used this hotel as our last overnight in Switzerland before we took a morning flight back to the U.S. We could not ask for better convenience. To be able to just walk to our flight after having a delicious breakfast was just what we were looking for. On top of that, the design of this hotel is world class.

My wife and I had some trouble finding the hotel despite its proximity to our arrival gate. More obvious signs in the airport would be useful.

I booked this hotel because it was attached to the Zurich airport. Turns out, it is a great place to stay. The staff were all very pleasant and spoke fluent English. The room was nice, clean, and had a cool design with a nice big shower. The lobby bar with wine tower had a cool vibe and some entertainment.

Die Luftzirkulation im Hotel ist nicht gut da es nur mit Klimaanlage funktioniert sowie können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Daher ist die Luft sehr trocken und stickig!

チューリッヒ空港に到着したのが午後8時。 成田を出て約13時間のフライトでしたので、心身ともに疲労困憊でした。 当初はチューリッヒ市内のホテルに宿泊しようと考えていたのですが、他の方のレビューを見て、利便性を考えて当ホテルに決めました。 結果、その選択が大正解。 ホテルまでの案内経路が至る所にあり、迷わずチェックインすることが出来、すぐに疲れを癒せました。 朝食のバイキングも内容が充実していて、オムレツはオーダーしてその場で作ってくれるサービスも。 お値段以上に満足することが出来ました。 夜にチューリッヒ空港に到着する場合には、このホテルを利用するに限ります。
