Nice hotel. Location was convenient for us and close to supermarkets. Would stay here again.

The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 10-15 minutes walk to the i site and the government parks and Fenton Road is one of the main roads in town, so the hotel is convenient in location. Walking to the spa is not far away and there are many restaurants in the area. Nice stay and value for money.

My husband and I only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was a good size, value for money - no complaints. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in NZ.

This hotel is adequate for a night or two. It is clean and has minimal amenities. I did like that they had a computer I could use to check e-mail for free. The desk guy was very pleasant and helpful when we checked in that evening. The day girl was not so pleasant. I requested a late check out of 12:30pm, but they said the best they could do was 12pm […] (like 1/2 hour was such a big difference.) Then the maid came knocking on the door around 11:30am. I told her I had a late check out and I would be leaving in a 1/2 hour. She said OK. Then, as I was walking out the door at 12pm, I had a phone call from the unpleasant girl at the desk and told me to get out. (She literally said, "You need to get out of the room.") I told her I was on my way, but I stopped to answer the phone. I felt like I was harassed over 1/2 hour. When I went downstairs, I told her it was NOT necessary to call me. She said that the maid was inquiring. She lied. I had already spoken with the maid. 더 보기

The hotel is nice, centrally located, and across the street from a supermarket. Many of the locals get confused as it used to be the Ventura Inn. In fact when we booked it, it was called the Ventura Inn, and when we stayed it was called the Quality Inn on Fenton. Be sure to take your proof of a free breakfast on your reservation. Evidently there is […] some confusion in the change over. They do not keep records. Overall it is a nice hotel and would recommend it. Just be aware of the recent change over in name and affiliation. I guess is is pretty common in Rotorua. The names change all the time in these seasonal hotels. 더 보기

This hotel was ideally situated within easy walking distance of the town centre where bars and restuarants could be found. Nice to have car parking facilities. Continental breakfast was an added bonus, just enough to keep you ticking over. Clean, tidy and good value for money

This was a great place to stay. What a treat to have breakfast included and free internet! Located close to the downtown and wharf, close enough to walk, but out of the hubbub.

the front desk personal were very knowledgeable . They helped with some problems with other hotels we had and knew where the sites we wanted to see were. very clean rooms and breakfast was good.

This hotel is a basic hotel that is clean and the people are friendly. It is a bit of a walk to anything and the immediate surroundings are like an american urban mall strip. Its located on a busy road and rooms on that side are noisy at night. Depending on your needs this is a fine hotel, its just basic and not in an exciting location.

The condition and comfort of the room is above average, but beware misleading information advertised, i.e. only very basic breakfast is provided (no real juice, only cordial and no cooked breakfast). Only one small outdoor pool is available and it was not really open for use. This is only a 3 star hotel, but we discovered another 4 star hotel nearby […] actually charged less and provided better value for money, i.e. a variety of real fruit juices, cooked breakfast, bath, spa and sauna. 더 보기

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel plus plenty of free parking. The room was large & very comfortable. Flat screen tv, fridge,iron & ironing board & large bathroom were all appreciated! We would stay here again & recommend it to others.
