We found the hotel to be VERY clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast is Bagels, cereals and muffins, OJ and Apple juice and coffee. I think for it being free its sufficient. For those who say the neighborhood is "scketchy" or "Ugly" or any other negative word, its just very racist. It is a predominantly black and hispanic neighborhood and just because […] of this, it doesn't mean that you must duck to dodge bullets or knives. The train noise, I only heard it when I woke up. Good, clean, friendly hotel. Breakfast was good, but get to it early. The neighborhood seems worse than it is. Very convenient for Yankee Stadium. A nice reasonably priced option, unless you want to walk around. No problems. Would stay again.

This hotel is impressively clean and the staff is nice. The neighborhood is not (the desk clerk is behind glass). You can't walk to anything, but as there are very few hotels in the Bronx it is convenient if you need to stay there. This hotel is new and well cared for. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The neighborhood looks a bit intimidating at first but it is a family neighborhood and safe enough. We would return there.

The woman who checked us in could not have been more accomadating. the entire staff was helpful and friendly. they made our stay a pleasure.

The proximity to Yankee stadium is the really only plus of this room. Rooms are extremely small. Light get through the front door making sleeping an issue. No business services as advertised. The location in the Bronx is questionable at best. It would be a plus if they offered a shuttle to Yankee Stadium.

The convenience of the hotels location was perfect for staying the night after a Yankees game.

We chose this hotel because of the Yankees game. It was small but very clean and the staff was great. The neighborhood is not the best to walk though at night if your from a small new England town.

Days Inn Bronx is pretty much what I expected from the other reviews that I read prior to booking. My son and I stayed there because we were attending the fight at Yankee Stadium. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was an easy walk from The Stadium although the neighborhood seems a little shady. The only thing this hotel is missing is a fridge and microwave. Other than those 2 items, this was an excellent hotel to spend a week's vacation.

This is a very clean and well kept hotel. The only issue really is that it doesn't have extra amenities like a gym or pool or place to eat. They do serve breakfast in the morning but that is about it.

This is the closest hotel to Yankee Stadium although we ended up taking a taxi to and from anyways since neighborhood is sketchy and it's still a mile to walk. I would not book again because room was ghetto in our standards. Furniture is decent and clean but rooms in basement are claustrophobic. clean room if going to yankee stadium within walking distant parking is tight neithborhood is questionable

We went to NY for a Yankees game and stayed at Days Inn because it's supposed to be within walking distance of the hotel, but unfortunately, it was not. That and the iffy neighborhood are the only complaints I had about the hotel. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at this Days Inn. Nakita and the entire staff were very cordial, professional, and helpful. I definitely look forward to staying here again the next time I have business in this part of New York.

An oasis in an iffy neighborhood. Neat, clean, helpful staff. Parking tight.

This hotel was excellent, despite being in a iffy neighborhood . The staff was suprisingly pleasant and eager to be helpful. The room and bathroom was spotless. I had a large wide screen hi-def lcd t.v. with lots of channels. A great adjustable shower head with all the hot water you want. You also get a digital radio/alarm ;iron/ironing board ; hair […] dryer; coffee machine and anything else a decent hotel would offer. But.... despite ordering and getting a smoke -free room , it reeked with cigarettes. The manager sprayed an aerosol to no avail, however, running the a/c on high helped considerably. ホテルの従業員の方々が笑顔で、これまでアメリカ国内で泊まったどのホテルよりも対応が良かったです。 壁や天井が薄くて騒音が結構気になったのは、まぁお値段を考えれば仕方ないかもしれません。 ちょっと治安の悪い地域にありますが、一応、最寄のメルロース駅からできるだけ明るい通りを選んで帰ることはできました。 メルロース駅にはMetroNorthが通っていますが、２時間に１本程度しか止まらないので、注意が必要です。
