This hotel is just like every other Hampton Inn -- friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice clean rooms, but in the middle of nowhere. It's right on I-95 so it is very convenient to get in to New Haven from the hotel. There is also a Texas Roadhouse next door for decent food/beer. The hotel is in a nice location. The room was very comfortable and spacious

I was very happy with my stay. My only complaint is the room had a very strong smell of air freshner. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. would absolutly stay again.

We loved our stay. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast outstanding. Our kids had so much fun in the pool. We would go again!

We stay at Hampton Inns a lot when we travel, and this was well run with excellent service. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but our suite was ready anyway. The staff were very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. The bed pillows were so soft they didn't provide much neck support, but the staff brought us a few extra which made it better. We loved the cleanliness of the room, which is most important to me, the fact that you wash the coverlets each time , I really appreciate! The breakfast and friendly staff is a real plus.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn New Haven South (which is really in West Haven) during a trip to visit Yale and we had a great experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. My daugher had an important event at Yale University, and I needed to find accomodations for the night before. The hotel was convenient, easy to locate, clean and comfortable. We needed one extra hour before checking out and the hotel was nice enough to accomodate us.

My main complaint was finding the hotel late at night. I was relying on my smart phone GPS and knew I was getting close but there was no clearly visible sign near the road, and the hotel is at a lower elevation than the road so you can't easily see it. I had to call hotels.com and then the Hampton to get clearer directions.

Warm welcome, very comfortable room, nice pool, and a great texas roadhouse next door.

Everything was great except for the pull-out sofa bed. The mattress was awful! Didn't fit the bed frame; bed on a "tilt" downward.

Clean comfortable room, excellent value. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. No refrigerator in room, but plenty of ice available.

with the quality of the hotel. Spacious with comfortable layout of the room. Flashing light on smoke detector a bit annoying. Alarm clock confusing to set. Best feature - NO PETS or animal smells! Very Clean. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel recently, while on a trip to Yale University. The room was very clean, fixtures looked new. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were added bonuses. The complimentary beakfast and ample parking were also are good benefits. It is within 10 minutes driving distance to Yal and downtown New Haven.

In seiner Klasse das beste P/L-Verhältnis. Da gibt es keine Negativpunkte.

Vi havde booket et værelse til 5 mennesker, 2 voksne, 1 teenager og 2 børn. Værelset var bestilt med 2 ekstra store senge. Da vi kom var det et meget lille værelse med 2 små queensize beds. Vi bad om roll away, men kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Efter at have brokket os fik vi dog en nyindkøbt luftmadras, så de prøvede da at hjælpe os. Synes dog stadig at […] det er noget vrøvl at skrive 2 ekstra store senge. Udover det er hotellet pænt og rent, poolen fin og morgenmaden OK unden at være prangende. 더 보기
