다른 Swissotel에 머문 적이 있는데, 이곳은 같은 기준이 적용되어 있지 않다. 서비스는 괜찮았지만, 스탭의 따뜻함 속에서 발견한 고유한 품질은 있었지만, 놀라운 시간의 비율이 부족했다. 나는 다른 대형 체인에 갔더라면 이라고 느꼈다.

저희가 이곳에 아이들을 데리고 간 것은 이번이 두 번째였습니다. 저희는 Karon에서 Katathani와 Horizon에서도 투숙했었습니다. 가족에게는 이곳이 단연 탁월합니다. 이렇게 매력적인 객실은 푸켓에서 찾아보기 힘듭니다. (큰 침실 두 개와 부엌, 거실에 LCD TV가 세 개가 있습니다.) 게다가 저희는 모든 것이 다 갖춰진 객실을 어디에서도 이 가격에 이용해본 적이 없습니다. 또한 호텔 뷔페도 최고였습니다. 아이들이 수영장과 미끄럼틀을 너무 좋아했고, 다양한 메뉴를 갖춘 일류 레스토랑은 아이들을 위한 요리도 제공했습니다. 가격도 아주 약간 비싼 수준이었구요. 사람들도 정말 멋졌는데, 아마 거대 휴양지가 아니기 때문일 […] 수도 있습니다. 멋진 비치가 걸어서 5분 거리에 있고, 400바트를 내고 뚝뚝을 이용하면 5분 안에 파통에 다다를 수 있습니다. 멋진 마사지 업체와 의류 맞춤업체가 바로 앞에 있습니다. 저희는 벌써부터 다시 방문하자고 이야기하고 있는데, 오직 Swissotel만을 고려하고 있습니다. 더 보기

원래는 매리어트의 Courtyard체인이었는데 2012년 4월 1일부터 이름이 바뀌었어요. 이쯤에 푸껫이 더워서 Swissotel 이 에어컨이 있는 공공장소가 있었으면 했어요.(식당이나 바) 리조트가 훌륭한 업무 처리와 고객 서비스가 있네요; 매우 가족적이고; 방이 2개 있는 객실은 가격대비 최고네요. 해변이나 주요 거리에 있지는 않지만 위치가 편안해서 미니 마트나 세탁장, 마사지, 렌터카, 스쿠터 대여를 서비스 등을 할 수 있네요― 옷 수건까지요!― 현관만 나가면 은요. 아주 좋은 현지 음식들. 직원들은 숙련이 잘 되어 있고 예의 있고, 기대에 차 있으면서도 주의를 기울여 주네요. 다시 방문할 가치가 있네요.

Stayed in the swissotel for a week and a half in March 2013 and generally found it a most pleasant experience. Main gripe was that we were given a much smaller room than expected so had to ask for the bigger room (which was pictured on the website) which we were duly given. As we did not have children with us we spent most of the time on Kamala Beach […] which had the perfect balance of restaurants and bars etc whilst not being too busy. I found it incredibly unusual that when checking in and having already paid in full online that I had to pay more cash upfront for each day that I was there in order to cover for in Hotel purchases. Swissotel at Kamala Beach is a great place to stay. The front office staff are always ready to help with a smile. It is a little out of the way from the Patong and the Phuket town centre but taxis are always readily available to take you there. I think it's catered more to families but having said that, it would be a nice place for couples as well.

Very good Hotel, great service, very clean, good food and great clientele, fantastic location. The only negative was the power went out at night for quite a few hours, the hotels generator power does not extend to the room therefore was left in absolute darkness. This was late at night and didn't affect my stay. I would recommend this place.

We experienced a tsunami evacuation during our stay and the staff were exceptional. Even the general manager was hands on. Took care of us with food, water and towels while up the hill. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met. Loved our children. This is a great family hotel. Was earlier Courtyard by Marriott, name changed from 1 April 2012. Since Phuket is hot round the year, I wish the Swissotel had public areas (bars, restaurants) with airconditioning. Ideal for families with a great kids club and water slide that kept them occupied for long periods. Shops near to the hotel were useful to buy bits and bobs as well as local trips. Spa in hotel was great and gave a discount before 11am. Whilst breakfast was pricey - about 400 bht each the lunches and evening meal were reasonable and varied though. まず、周辺に何もありません。ホテル前に、お土産屋さんが数件だけです。マッサージは、ホテル前の道を直進し、左折したところにあります。タイマッサージ・オイルマッサージとも、１時間300Bです。とてもいいです！！食事はホテルでしました。それほど高くないと思います。味もまあまあです。周辺に何もないので、それがいいか？悪いか？です。ビーチまでは、歩いて５分。とても静かですが、のんびりして泳げます

Prima Resort met prima restaurant en 's ochtends goed ontbijt buffet. Alle kamers liggen langs het grote zwembad. Er zij voldoende ligbedden voor alle gasten. Zwembad heeft ook nog een leuke glijbaan voor de kids. Er is verder een goede fitness ruimte en een prima creche voor de kleinste gasten.
