Like other reviews I have read about this hotel I would agree that if you only have one night to stay this hotel is a hesitant okay. It's very close to the airport and they do have a shuttle bus that is timely. The breakfast is alright. The room is shockingly small for the price and if I had not travelled all day I would have seriously complained that […] although I had asked weeks in advance for a room with a view of the ocean and on a high floor... Very convenient since it is close to the airport. Rooms should be cleaner.

The shuttle sporadically shows up at the airport. Make sure you are on the lower level because no sign tells you where to pick up the shuttle. I stayed here on 2 different nights of the week and my first room was facing the road and it smelled like smoke. It wasn't as clean as I would have wanted. The 2nd night, a week later, my room was impeccably […] clean facing the swimming pool. There was no noise- the breakfast in the morning is really good. The only thing I can complain about is that there is no fitted sheet so you slide all over the mattress all night and it seems completely unsanitary knowing others have touched the mattress too. The other thing is they do not provide wash clothes. So when taking a shower you have to deal with not feeling completely clean. I guess one more thing is that they don't use comforters so if you are cold by nature you will freeze your butt off with a light blanket and your two sheets. 더 보기

O hotel levou mais de 24 horas para reconhecer a reserva 100% pre-paga feita pelo Hoteis.com. Mesmo exibindo o email da reserva, o hotel não o reconheceu e exigiu um bloqueio no cartão de credito do valor das diárias para permitir o check-in. O staff do hotel não demonstrou nenhum empenho na solução do problema. Sabendo que Caracas nao é uma cidade muito turística, ficar hospedado perto do aeroporto foi conveniente, e com o serviço de shuttle, nem precisamos nos preocupar com taxis.

El hotel está muy bien en cuanto a instalaciones se refiere, y si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto de Caracas, la ubicación de este hotel es perfecta, pero la comida y el servicio en cuanto a restaurante y cafetería se refiere deja mucho que desear. La comida está fatal, por no decir incomible, y un simple café nunca llegó.

Hotel muy bien ubicado (5min Aeropuerto). Instalaciones en buen estado. Restaurant un poco descuidado en apariencia y servicio, aunque la comida es buena lo veo un tanto costoso. Posee servicio transporte hotel aeropuerto y Wifi incluido en la tarifa

La verdad, estan realizando unos arreglos de la edificación, que nos ocasionaron muchas incomodidades, no hubo agua en la habitación por 5 horas, y hubo mucho ruido por demolición de paredes...

Este hotel es realmente un desastre, desde la fila al llegar para que te entreguen la habitación, hasta el peligro que corres de que te abran la habitación contigo adentro sin tocar la puerta , a mi me lo hicieron, de no ser porque coloqué el seguro, la hubiesen abierto. Por otro lado solicité servicio al cuarto y tardaron mas de media hora solo para […] llevar dos botellas de agua. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. 더 보기
