Check in was difficult due to desk clerks heavy accent. Morning shower at 7:30 each day had only warm water, not hot. Bed linin was not replaced when requested but was done quickly after call to desk. Room was small and was unable to upgrade due to reservation through Expedia.

After a long drive to Orlando it is always a great place to stop with the kids. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi is great for burning off a little energy and relaxing. The breakfast is good and the room is excellent. We have stayed many times in other Lake city hotels and this is by far the best one.

The room was cleen, however it was very small. There was several girl ball players in, so the breakfast was a little cramped. The hotel was behind a camper dealer. and removed from the main stream of life.

we stayed here after a day at the Ichetucknee springs. what a nice hotel! front desk staff was friendly. they had "Mandarin night" at the lobby during our check-in and we had free dinner (fried chicken, macaroni and potato salad), and they even offered a free ice cold beer. they also had cookies and coffee at the lobby. the room was spacious and very […] clean, updated, bathroom was spotless. the indoor pool was nice. we rested in the hot tub/spa while our son was playing in the pool. breakfast offered plenty. they had muffin and biscuit sandwiches to go. will definitely stay there again. 더 보기

The hotel was great. Extremely clean and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel is new and comfortable. Staff is helpful and you can't go wrong for the money. Only thing that would make it better is if it had a lounge/bar.

I've stayed here twice. When I checked in, there was a well-attired gentleman named David behind the counter. Very positive, professional impression that you don't always get these days. Hotel is superb. Nearly new. Rooms first rate and clean and crisp. It's a little tricky to find it, but you can see it from the highway. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel to complete paperwork to move my father to a hospice unit. It took longer than expected to complete the paperwork and process at the unit. The hotel mgmt offered to hold a room for me at no charge if I would call by 6. I ended up staying a 2nd night. The only minor complaint was the bed was a very soft bed. The hotel was very easy to get to from the interstate. There were lots of resturants nearby.

Hotel was very clean and almost new. Beds were very nice. We were traveling with two little ones. The indoor pool was great for them. They have lots of very close resteraunts and other needed stores. Next time we are traveling thru we will stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was nice and the staff was great.

This was my third stay at the Fairfield Inn near Lake City. Nice big breakfast area, good-sized pool, Internet in the rooms, and easy access to I-75 made this a comfortable place for me. As a solo female traveler, I felt totally safe and at ease. Only complaints were: there is still no sign on the road for the hotel. Its' driveway is sandwiched between […] an RV retailer and another hotel; it's easy to miss the turn. My bathroom also contained an empty facial tissue box and no new one to replace it--not usually a big deal, but I had a cold so I noticed. 더 보기

Hotel stay was great! Rooms were comfortable and clean, however the breakfast attendant made me feel as though I was a criminal. I was watched every minute I was in the lobby for breakfast. I felt very uncomfortable!!!
