Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Skip the hotel's breakfast, it's convenient but nothing special and they ran out of juice.

Very nice hotel in a suburb slightly outside of Paris. Seemed like a neighbourhood of immigrants but quiet and ok. Metro a bit too far but local train station quite close with quick connection to Paris. Clean and comfortable hotel and room. We (my wife came with me) weren't expecting too much as the price was very reasonable and we booked late, but it was exactly what was needed. For the most part the room was pretty much standard Cheap Hotel design and layout, but the kitchen was a real bonus, with a proper sized fridge, two cooker rings and a microwave, all of which were immaculately […] clean. For the business user this means you can get and cook food from the supermarket and not have to pay Paris restaurant prices.It is a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro - about 15 mins to Marie-de-Ivry which is not in a very salubrious neigbourhood and wouldn't be a nice walk for a woman alone, but there are bus stop nearby. The apartments are refurbished - very modern, well equiped and overall, convenient. The staff is friendly and can speak English. It has a secure underground parking for 9 euro per day. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was only 3 of us and all girls. Overall we felt pretty safe. The neighborhood is very friendly and there is a lot of family and kids around the area. Park right across the hotel that kids play in every day after school. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. People in the area are super nice. Telephone can't be used till the last day we had left, the light in the bed room and bath room can't be used before we had left 2 days. We were in a double room for four persons and it was really nice. The room was clean, there were new towels and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare something to eat. il est bien situer sur paris pour visiter 10 à 15 min de marche pour aller au metro, il y a de bon restaurant en bout du boulevard. Des épiceries, une boulangerie et un supermarché dans les environs on peut ainsi manger facilement à l'hotel ou se faire un resto après une bonnne journée de marche sur paris. Selve hotellet var meget godt fint i stand, samt der er mulighed for at betale sig til en p-plads. Værelset er småt men hyggeligt, fint hvis man bruger hele dagen på at se seværdighederne i Paris. Beliggenheden er knap så god. Eftersom den nærmeste metro ligger 25 min, på gåben væk, og derfra er der ydelig 30 min. før man ankommer til Châtelet. Lokal […] området omkring hotellet, er ikke gode til engelsk, nogen taler det ikke. Hvis man kan fransk er stedet optimalt, for der er meget lokal kultur at se. Arkitektur, kunst, musik og sport i nærheden. Jeg anbefaler dette hotel, hvis man ønsker at komme ud for at se hvordan personer fra Paris virkelig bor og lever. Generel god oplevelse. Der r dog ik rengøring hvis man r der +4 nætter. Ligger godt t toget og fint nabolag.

4- Bett Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig: zwei getrennte Räume (Schlafzimmer, Durchgangszimmer); großes separates Bad. Im Durchgangszimmer Möglichkeit zum Kochen (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Herdplatten, Geschirr für 4 Pers.(inkl. Töpfe, Schalen, etc.). Pizzerias in nächster Nähe.

Très bonne accueil, juste a côté du RER C , état propre et sympa ! Le nettoyage de la chambre est apparemment en supplément.

Toujours très bonne note pour cet hotel. Confort, propreté, amabilité du personnel de l'accueil avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. De plus un accès rapide au RER qui permet de se rendre sur les sites touristiques de la capitale en peu de temps.

Accueil irrégulier. Manque de rigueur. Petits déjeuners trop chers et pas copieux. Propreté de la literie à revoir/ dessus de lit tâché. Lit 2 pax beaucoup trop petit. Il serait bon de prévoir dans les studios supérieurs des lits de 1m60. Merci.

POSITIV + gute Verkehrsanbindung + Supermarkt in der Nähe + sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis NEGATIV - Zimmerservice nur gegen Extrabezahlung - Rezeptionspersonal kennt sich in der Gegend nicht aus (keine oder unbefriedigende Auskünfte zu Bäckerei oder Supermarkt, die gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe sind) - Duschkopf war defekt (aber das kann mal […] passieren) Ich war besorgt, das Hotel wäre in einer "gefährlichen" Gegend, da das andere Leute geschrieben hatten. Aber das Hotel ist wirklich nicht in einer gefährlichen Gegend. Aufpassen und Augen offenhalten sollte man natürlich überall. Und Geldzählend mit einer vollen Geldspange, einer Rolex und einer neuen DSLR um den Hals ist man in Wien, Berlin oder München zu Mittag an einem schönen Sommertag im Stadtzentrum auch ein potenzielles Opfer. Auch die Leute auf der Straße waren Tag und Nachs stets freundlich und auskunftsfreudig - auch wenn man nicht französisch spricht. Het eerste wat iemand over dit hotel moet weten is dat het sinds November 2011 van naam is veranderd en daarom nog borden op de gevel heeft hangen van de vorige firma Citea. In eersten instantie was het hotel voor ons dan ook niet te vinden. Van buiten ziet het hotel er vrij oud uit, maar zodra je binnen komt is hier weinig van te merken. De kamers […] zijn netjes en er hangen geen muffe luchtjes zoals we van de buitenkant verwacht hadden. De kamer was niet enorm, maar voor ons doel was deze genoeg, slapen en douchen. Er was zelfs een heus keukentje aanwezig en het zou mogelijk zijn geweest om zelf eten klaar te maken. De locatie van het hotel is goed te doen met de metro en RER. het is 5 minuten lopen van het station Ivry sur seine en hier komt geregeld een RER langs die ons naar het centrum bracht. Indien je als bezoeker geen metropas neemt, is het natuurlijk een stuk lastiger om in het centrum te komen. De buurt van het hotel is goed, er zijn verschillende bakkers en kleine winkeltjes, daarnaast is er op 10 minuten afstand een grote carrefour voor de grotere boodschappen. Het ziet er natuurlijk allemaal wat oud uit, maar dit is normaal voor de buitenwijken van parijs. Over het algemeen zijn we zeer tevreden over het hotel het heeft ons een leuk weekje parijs bezorgd. De receptie was ook erg vriendelijk en sprak goed engels. Het enige nadeel van het hele hotel is dat er maar één keer per week een schoonmaker naar de kamer komt. Dit heeft dus als gevolg dat er dus niet dagelijks een handdoekenwissel plaats vind. Mocht je dit een probleem vinden zijn er tegen betaling nieuwe handdoeken te krijgen bij de receptie. Dit hotel is zeker aan te raden vanwege de goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. 더 보기

Top Preisleistungsverhältnis und wirklich gute Anbindung durch die RER an die Innenstadt. Zimmer waren sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Hotel pratique et calme, métro à 10 minutes, périphérique à 5 minutes. Parking extérieur possible avec prix des parcmètres très abordable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Si l'occasion se représente, nous reviendrons

Très bon hotel, parking gratuit, studio propre. Très calme. Pas vraiment pratique si vous avez prévu de prendre les transports en commun. Pas de ligne de métro a proximité, uniquement le RER.
