I wasn't sure what I was going to get when I booked this hotel. I was very surprise to find that it was centrally located for what I wanted-close to the university and not far from shopping and downtown. The place was very clean. it was A GREAT STAY

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay.

In town for the NY State Wrestling Championships. Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Requested a cot when we checked in around 9pm and it was sent up promptly. nice, clean and quiet hotel.....can't ask for anything more.

The staff was friendly and courteous, my room was clean and comfortable but the food on the dinner menu was LESS than desired. The breakfast buffet was an excellent value at $9.95 for the variety of foods offered.

Good room, fair rate, very accessible from the interstate.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now in the last 3 years. Great hotel, great staff. They always have fresh cookies complimentary at the front desk. I will continue to use this hotel as my hotel of choice whenever I have to go near SUNY Albany.

Everything was typical except the curtains would not close all the way.

Typical of Hilton Garden Inns. Very nice hotel and rooms. Comfortable and modern. Only negative is close proximity to highway. Noise from highway awakened me before 5 a.m. Try to get room as far from highway as possible.

Close to shopping and across the street from Albany campus. Will stay again.

Comfort, cleanliness, service. Can't be beat. One of the very nicest places I've stayed in

hotel and room were very clean. hotel staff very friendly and helpful. easy access to thruway.

Only negative is a hort supply of parking spaces when the hotel is full.

Everything was great except for parking . We had to park in a handicap space.

The front desk staff are particularly friendly and always ready to offer advice on the best tourist sites/restaurants to visit. I stayed there during Hurricane Irene, and the staff were so helpful and reassuring. I'll definitely, stay there again.

Our hotel was convenient to the interstate. The room was clean, except the floor had not been vacuumed prior to our use, or it was just a poor vacuuming job. The rest of the hotel was clean. The restaurant was sufficient for breakfast. Didn't have an opportunity to dine there any other time. I would recommend this hotel.

So glad to get to our hotel after a long day, and to find it very clean and comfortable! Definitely would recommend.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean room and beds. Buffett breakfast in the morning was very convenient.

We came to see Siena College and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the appearance of the hotel. The service was very good and the 24 hour pantry was very convenient. If my daughter chooses Siena College we will definitely be back for many more visits.

I thought it was a little dumpy.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn for the New York State Wrestling Tournament being held at the Times Union Center. The hotel was a short drive from the center and extremely comfortable. The hotel is located just off the SUNY Albany campus making it a great spot to stay if you have family attending the university. Downtown […] Albany is just a few miles away. Overall, the location puts you in the city without being directly in the city. The only problem we encountered was parking. There is a parking garage, but only enough room for 30-40 vehicles. The parking lot is shared with a neighboring hotel and although was not an issue when we stayed, it could fill up on a busy weekend. Overall, very pleased with our stay. 더 보기

This was a very clean hotel and comfortable. Nice big room with microwave and fridge. Great shower. no complementary breakfast - but a decent buffet (about ten bucks). I recommend it!

We've always stayed in the cheaper motels, but due to my son's allergies and the potential of smelly smoky hotel room, we decided to spend thirty dollars more and stay here. It was definitely worth the few extra dollars. The room was clean, it didn't smell, and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel provides a quality stay in the Albany, NY area! The decorations are modest, and cozy, and the room is spacious without being lavish. The rate was reasonable and the amenities provided were adequate. (Two recommendations for improvement: Expanded breakfast dining hours and round-the-clock cookies available at the front desk.)

there are fun little niceties in the room, such as an adjustable matttress, ergonomic desk chair, and comfy dressing chair. Also the decor was pleasing.
