위치상 공항과 자동차로 10분 정도의 거리이며 직원들도 친절합니다.호텔과 공항을 오가는 무료 셔틀버스가 30분 간격으로 있는데, 예약을 해야 이용할 수 있습니다.호텔 주변은 그다지 관광할 곳이 없더군요.아침 뷔페에 전기머신으로 굽는 팬케익도 있습니다만 매우 간단한 뷔페라고 보시된 됩니다.객실은 청결하고 넒은 편이고 LG LCD TV가 있더군요.

The elevator and the room were a little smelly, like an old hotel, the rooms were clean and the views were terrific. Made-to-order breakfast was awesome and very delicious. The pool warm and relaxing.

The staff at the Hawthorne Holiday Inn Express were very polite and effecient. Shuttle service to LAX very convenient. The surrounding area is kinda seedy. The hotel itself was just okay, all the furnishing seems updated but extremely worn out already. I would say it is fine if you're not very picky and just need a place to sleep before or after a flight. […] Definitely wouldn't stay for a vacation. Free gated, secure parking was nice. Great place, great price.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very basic breakfast. Walk a little to get to the parking garage but relatively safe. Would stay there again if needing a hotel near the airport.

Great Value! Includes breakfast and shuttle service to and from LAX. The neighborhood is a bit shaddy at night but no issues during the day, even for a family of 4 including toddlers.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice. The only complaint I have of the place is the computers. There are two computers for use for the guest and both computers were super slow in uploading web pages. Got frustrated and just left without printing out what I needed.

Very considerate service.

Clean, well located close to LAX, free secure parking lot, close to the highway, breakfast is very good. Highly recommended. Clean, spacious and new, great hotel.

I used this for parents weekend at Loyola Marymount University and it is very close. Quick trip to LMU. The room was very clean. The neighborhood looks a bit rough but security was good. There were only two real problems. First, the room was a handicap room (I am not handicapped) which might be why the rate was $10-$15 cheaper a night. Not for the romantics. […] Second, the free Wi-Fi was VERY spotty. I could not use it to watch videos on my I-Pad. If I was on a business trip, I would not be able to work with my corporate system. Neighborhood not nice or friendly. Had to drive several miles to get a decent restaurant outside the hood. Hotel pleasant and secure. Room big and comfy. Close to airport but sketchy neighborhood.

great location, clean and appears recently renovated. the parking garage is a bit of an inconvenience if you plan on multiple in and out trips. shared garage for HIExpress, Candlewood and one more hotel with 20 feet of each other. Other than that it was perfect. the whirlpool was a god send after a tiring day of biking on the beach :)

For LA area, this hotel is at a really good price. The neighborhood is so-so, but we were only 15 minutes from Westwood / Beverly Hills area which is our real destination. There is a secured parking garage (and also free) which is a big plus in LA area. Breakfast was included in the rate. We checked out on Monday Morning and it was absolutely packed […] at the time we came down (8:30 AM) to a point of no tables / seats being available. The restaurant staff was nice and and let us use the lobby table for breakfast. Overall a decent hotel at a very good price and I would recommend it 더 보기

great hotel, great location, great front desk staff, great brakfast, what else... ah yes, free parking and internet ! Very pleased with this hotel. Airline staff myself I would advertise this place to my collegues and stay here next visit to LA. Xtine

Hotel is clean, very comfort. The shuttle service is add on....breakfast is good too.

We would not recommend. The van that picked us up at the airport had a broken door which made it difficult to load luggage. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room on the other hand was not so good. My husband walked into the bathroom and slipped on the floor!!! I had taken off my shoes (thankfully had socks on) […] & went to see what happened & the carpet outside the bathroom was wet! I immediately took off my socks and put on flip flops, which stuck to the floor. Thankfully we only had a 12 hr layover in LA, and were not staying there for an extended period of time. This has been the only bad experience we have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. 더 보기

We were impressed by the large comfortable rooms, slept great, large bathroom with bath. Used the fitness room which is small but adequate, and the outside pool and hot tub which was quiet and relaxing. Our daughter loved swimming in the pool which was warm enough in Feb. We just stayed here the night before we flew home out of LAX, but wished we stayed longer. Very friendly staff (they made us a breakfast to-go since we could be leaving before the included breakfast), great beds, large rooms. Its a little far from LAX, but only took 15 minutes to get there (at 5am).

Parking is in a parking garage which is close by but which serves three hotels. Must find a spot to unload car when checking in, deposit luggage in room before parking car because there is no lobby staff to protect unattended luggage and then return to park car. While this hotel may be in what would be considered in a 'sketchy' area - its very convenient for LAX travelers & freeway access to other LA sights. The room was very clean, bed super comfy. My SO has a bad back so we requested extra pillows which were provided with no 'grief'. The shared location w/the Candlewood Suites has a 'pantry' of food items & sundries for Holiday Inn guests - Picked up a few sodas there - MUCH better than the vending machines - .50c for a coke! Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but worth it to be in a secure structure (gated w/a security code provided), given the neighborhood. But checking in at dusk, there were visible security men around which made me feel safe till my SO arrived. I THINK THE HOTEL CAN DEFINITELY IMPROVE ON OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST & QUALITY OF WHAT IS BEING SERVED... Neighborhood a tad dicey, but not too bad in area around hotel. The hotel is quite nice for the price (around LA), and I would stay here again. The breakfast buffet could be better, but it was plenty sufficient, especially for being included in the price. They do not check for valid guests, so I imagine some non guests dine. It was quite busy most […] mornings, and sometimes you cannot immediately find a place to sit. The pillows could have also been a bit better. Just plain cheap pillows, but they will do. The ones at holiday inn garden hotels are very nice, but then that is a step or two up in class and price. The wifi Internet was fast and reliable. Breakfast is great, good service, good varieties. Location is safe but 1/2 hr from most attractions. Free parking is a plus and will definitely recommend this place.

I stayed here because I wanted to be between West Hollywood and the Cruise Terminal for Carnival. It was very convenient and the hotel is in brand new condition. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was Great!

Hotel stay was ok...but frustrated by the wifi... the wifii totally sucks...i was in third floor and couldnt connect most of the time..and when it connects it stops again...have to start over again with passcode ..sucks..i called the front desk..they say some blbhlbh and say they have the wire to connect to the wall. Huge rooms, free breakfast, free shuttle, free car parking and free wifi. No faults. Great hotel and very convienent for airport.

Close to airport, clean hotel and value for money.

Our room had a problem with Toilet flush where we had to flush 3 to 4 times everytime we used it.

the hotel was nice, aswell as the customer service. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay at this hotel when needed.

We've stayed at about 6-7 different hotels near the LAX airport and THIS is the best find for the price! The hotel is up-to-date, clean, has spacious rooms and the people that work there, are most accomodating. We got extra blankets for my kids, and a great breakfast with eggs and biscuits and gravy. The breakfast area is larger than most hotels have. […] The only down-side is the surrounding neighborhood that looks kind of run-down at night, but the building is very new and updated. 더 보기
