The room was small compared to other "suites" hotels. Breakfast was good. The lady taking care of the breakfast was outstanding. The pool was under construction and did not look like it would be useable anytime in the near future. We will stay at the other suites next time we visit Rome

I thought this hotel was really nice and clean. The room had space for a family of four and the staff was very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the breakfast bar that morning and would surely stay again.

We got to the hotel after driving 14 hours. The check in was smooth and Ashley was super. After we went to get a bite to eat and got settled in, the room was just what we expected a Holiday Inn Express to be. We have never been disappointed with HIE.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quite part of town: no hwy noise. Service was great.

the hotel was very clean, and the room very comfortable. it seemed fairly new and have modern amenities. the breakfast was also very nice, it had plenty of choices and definately better than free breakfast at other hotels.

Nice hotel, not very old, fine for my purposes. Room getting a bit older looking already with wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was extremely noisy with several 6 year old baseball teams that the staff made excuses for rather than dealing with the situation. They also allowed a large group to party outside the front door. Smoking and drinking until 4:30 in the morning. This was very well located to Rome and the activities. The pool was under construction, so that was a disadvantage, but the lobby and room were clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay.

Nice, new, quiet, clean, comfy. What more could you ask for?

This is a very new hotel (still undergoing construction, in fact, because the stairwell by our room was off limits for construction) and was extremely clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was great, with several hot items (bacon, sausage gravy, biscuits, and warm cinnamon rolls). We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean and quiet. I wish that they had a restaurant and some smoking rooms but that is being very picky.

The hotel was in amazing condition. Still felt new. The room was very clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very big and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I had a conflict with the hotel over my bill, and it took several phone calls to resolve. And it was not resolved to my satisfaction. I will never stay in this hotel again.
