별 3개 반이라고까지 하기는 좀 그렇지만... 7만원 초반의 가격대를 고려하면, 매우 좋은 선택이 될 수 있음. 방도 크고...아침도 괜찮고.. 동네 분위기도 조용합니다..

At check in, I was asked what floor and what view I prefer. This impressed me. Got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. Was given a new room with a view that was different than what I was originally given and requested. At check in, they also give you a $1.00 coupon to use in the lounge. I requested another coupon for having been given an un-cleaned […] room. Made 4 trips to the lounge between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and there was never any staff tending bar or anywhere around. I went for sushi at an awesome restaurant up the road. I booked the room because the rate was good. Will stay somewhere else next time. 더 보기

Breakfast was minimal. Air condition did not work. Tv did not work on all channels (picture but no sound). Vent in bathroom did not work well. Door shut behind you. No way to cool bathroom down.

It was nice and clean that staff was extra helpful juss none of the vending machines worked!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is quite beautiful and very contemorary. It was easy to find, and the service at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Our room was really nice too. It's the first hotel we've ever stayed in with hardwood floors. Surprising the floor was warm to our feet the whole time. We definitely recommend staying […] here. 더 보기

Front desk service was unfriendly, 2 male receptionists were not well trained for both customer service and multi tasking. We requesters quieter room, however heard big truck passing by constantly through out the day and night. Very nice hotel for the money. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Didn't try the continental breakfast but it looked typical. Area is mostly industrial park. I would definitely stay there again.

I love staying at this hotel...the rooms are large and spacious, feels almost like a small apartment. Great location in Ontario. The staff is friendly and accomedationing. Rooms are clean and up to date.

the hardwood floor was the best and the breakfast ,no i mean waffle ,cereal,juice really, and know where close to eat you had to get back on the freeway and drive to the next exit , not good and people working there just a little nice not much, room could have been clean better

the pictures are exactly how it is. our room was the deluxe & it looks just like the picture. super spacious and comfortable. only thing is the occasional sounds of airplanes but thats about it. definitely coming back here.

Great value that you wouldn't see unless you were staying in a 3Star, hotel; their rooms give you the impression as though you are vacationing in Western, Europe.

The hotel seems fairly new and has some nice amenities. The room had decent furnishings, however the room was very dirty. There were hairs on the beds every day, the fixtures were comming loose or broken. Sink fixture broken, electrical outlet cover missing, staff not very friendly. Since cleanliness is my #1 priority, i wouldn't stay here again!

Loved this hotel! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Super trendy, clean and spacious rooms!

Very nice clean and comfrtable, we stay at a hotel about once every three months all over the state of California and this was by far the best. FYI this is my first review I had to leave one. Tony

Need some IT help with wifi and get HD cable with that new HD TV PLEASE!

The bed slope to the side. You needed to sleep in the middle so you don't slide off. Staff was friendly and room was clean! Breakfast was included in the price.

Clean stay, comfortable bed, soothing showers. The decor is bright. The desk help was spotty. No Microwave in the room. Minimal breakfast. No resturant nearby. Pool was closed for maitenace during stay.

Friendly staff and comfy beds, but could've done without the jukebox in the dining area blasting rap music. Some deferred maintenance evident too.

The staff was very friendly and grounds were clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent.

All of the staff were pleasant and accomodating. The bed in Rm 320 was "broken down" on the side closest to the bathroom. Because it was a kind, we could move away from that side, but it needs to be replaced.

The television had a lack of television channels and some channels didn't have audio. The Internet was very weak to nonexistent in our room.

I was rather impressed with this hotel, in addition to being a good price the room was large and very comfortable. The desk staff went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and offered suggestions about local activities.

Nice room, but neighboring room was loud. Staff promptly reacted to our phone call and solved problem.

My room was nice when it came to space but the way the space was used was a waste. Bed seemed to be broken in the middle and quite noisy when I moved around. Hard wood floors make the room noisy and cold. The breakfast lady was very nice and helpful.

I was pleasantly suprised with this Hotel. The decor was great, loved teh wood floors and the cleanliness of the room was a definite plus. Overall a VERY comfortable stay, definitly will book this again!

Hotel was great, clean, modern. Really nice rooms, the wife loved them, the breakfast was good too. The only thing negative was the bar/restaurant was closed on the weekend. Which was kinda why chose that hotel, but just a small setback nothing that ruined the weekend. Would go again....

Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel staff was very accommodating. The only complaint we had were there were no places to eat in walking distance. We flew in and took the hotel shuttle having no car to get around in. I will most likely stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel, it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down fall was there are NO places with in walking distance to eat or shop. you have to make sure you have a vehicle. But the Hotel was perfect

We had a comfortable stay at the Ontairo Grand Hotel. We had a suite which was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included fresh waffles which my family enjoyed.

The price was really good, but I soon realized why. The had a refrigerator but no microwave. Hotel was new and comfortable but I really missed not having a microwave when you have to go out to get food.

The Grand Inn and Suite was so much better than we anticipated. We have been disappointed before when we booked a room at a similar rate. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space to unload and unwind
