"Best Hotel in Saraland-Satsuma area"
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Only 2 negatives:First, the toilet was stopped up. Maintainance man wouldn't be there until 1 pm. My husband asked for a plunger and he unstopped it himself. Not a problem really. There isn't a vent fan in the bathroom, which may or maynot be a problem. There was a school ball team […] staying there. They were noisy and slammed doors until late at night. This could happen anywhere. 더 보기

We arrived about 12:00 midnight, and the person that signed us in was very polite and got us everything we needed to get o our rooms. It was very nice and at that late at night a very welcome site. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Mobile area.
"Holiday Inn Express Mobile/Saraland"
Prepaid for two nights stay, hotel was right off the interstate and easy to find. Room was clean, and hotel seemed newer or recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable with choice of firm and soft pillows. After falling asleep, I was rudely awaken very early by a wake up call I didn't request. Later that morning, I started getting ready and jumped […] in the shower. Bang, bang, bang! I came out of the shower and replied, "Yes?" The lady on the other side of the door said, "Do you need your room cleaned?" I said no, and jumped back in the shower. I attended a family function, and returned to the hotel later that evening. I go up to the room, and both hotel key cards don't work. Great. Remember, I prepaid for two nights stay. I go back down and receive two new cards. No biggie. Finally back in the room, and of course no one has come in to make the beds, add toilet paper, etc. I did say I didn't need the room made when I was getting dressed early that morning, but I kinda figured someone would come by later and check again while we were gone. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable, and because of the location, and newness of the hotel, I'd recommend it, but the service needs to improve. 더 보기
