Nice all the way through! Great location, great staff. Comfortable and clean!

The front desk people are rude and not helping at all. The house keeping woman enters your room even you put don’t disturb in your room handle.

I ended up being ill and spending an entire day in my room, which proved to be very comfortable and homey. The complimentary WiFi was speedy and reliable, and the bed was surprisingly soft. I ended up extending my stay an extra night, which was a quick and painless process at the front desk. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a few days on business. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Probably the best value in that area.

very nice hotel but only the problem the internet was slow.

room was nice and big. also had a large bathroom. room itself was very modern with a refrigerator and microwave. flat panel hdtv with lots of channels on cable box. only complaint was i had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping is knocking on the door at 8:30am on a sunday.....checkout is 11 am....whats up with that? would def recommend […] this hotel. 더 보기

This is the most safe, clean and comfortable hotel in the area.

I have been travelling to the Mahwah/Ramsey area about once a month and usually stay at another nearby hotel. I decided to take a chance on this one, which was in a better location for me and was about the same price. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very nice and cheap regardless of when you check in. Cozy atmosphere and high quality tvs. A good stay especially for the price.

The hotel staff was exceptional as I was lost and he directed me with patience and professionalism. The room was much better than expected with a very comfortable firm bed. The tub area could have been cleaned a little better, but overall, I will always stay there when visiting family in Nanuet, NY.

It was very comfortable to live there. The room is large , provide the breakfast and free parking. It was good!

The staff of the hotel were really nice and friendly. It was an easy check-in and the breakfast was outstanding. Although the yogurts need flavors other than blueberry and vanilla.

I was very pleased with my stay. I noticed it is rated as a 2-1/2 star facility, but I would rate it as a 3-star facility. Very clean, modern facilities, continental breakfast great!

This hotel was great for the price, and the breakfast was a bonus!

Great room and stay (I slept to 9:30 am which I never do). The only complaint is the room is advertised as having a select comfort mattress which implies a sleep number bed which it's not. Otherwise great stay.

Arrived during a October snowstorm. We had reservations. Hotel booked up quickly. The room was good. What was expected from a Comfort Inn. Overall, it was acceptable. Very busy breakfast area due to the hotel being full. The staff did well trying to keep up demand.

We stayed here at the night of 1st snow in Oct this year after visiting NYC. The hotel is amazing clean and the room is big enough for 2 adults plus a baby. Complimentary breakfast is nice with different choices. I will stay here next time for sure!!

Easy check-in, accommodated us with late check out, MP3 sound dock, very roomy suite, decent breakfast choices.

I stayed at this hotel one night on our way to visit one of my daughters wth my other daughter and 16 year old granddaugher. My granddaugnter was happy to have a comfortable sofa bed to sleep on. Our other two beds were comfortable. My daughter is very picky about cleanliness and this room passed her 'white glove' inspection. I travel a lot in my work, so I see a lot of hotels. For the price, you are not going to find a better place to stay. The room was clean, the wifi was free and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The rooms at Comfort Suites are so comfortable, Comfort Suites is the perfect name. I love the separate areas, bedroom, sitting room, it is possible to spread out without it being overly spacious and therefore expensive. The desk staff has been nothing but professional and extremely courteous each time I have stayed there. The area around the hotel is very developed and all highways but not in an obtrusive way and anything you may need is nearby. Would def recommend and stay in this hotel again, it was a pleasure the hotel was clean and breakfast was way better than expected.The only problem was our tv kept freezing in some channels but otherwise a great place to stay.
