비흡연실이나 묵은 카펫 냄새가 진동... 환기가 안되어 문제가 많습니다. 다른방도 비슷. 에어컨 소리 크고요. 더욱더 최악인 건 침구류가 보풀이 심하고 눅눅하다는 거. 참 어이가 없더군요. 다른 걸로 교환해도 비슷하다는 거. 조식도 형편없다고 한소리 들었네요.

세부 워터프런트 보고 예약했는데 최악인듯... 디럭스룸에 숙박했는데도 불구하고 미니바도 없음 한마디로 최악

저는 남자구요. 완전 깔끔쟁이 아니시면 청결에도 전혀 문제가 없구요. 특히 베개가 너무 편해서 숙면 취했네요. 걸어서 5분 거리에 로빈슨이라는 큰 쇼핑몰있고, 15분정도 걸어가면 마닐라베이도 있고, 리잘공원도 가깝고..암튼 벨보이 서비스도 좋고 다 괜찮아요. 조식은 그냥 보통이구요. 카지노에는 현지인들이 대부분이고 사람 북적북적해요. 마땅히 갈곳 없는 시간에 카지노가서 실컷 놀았어요. 카지노에서 이뿐~ 아가씨 가수가 라이브 노래도 들려주고, 음료도 공짜로 무한제공, 입장에도 아무 제한이나 요금 없고, 시간 떼우기 좋아요. 공항까지는 택시로 약 30분, 요금은 200페소 안팍입니다.

파빌리온 호텔은 주변이 다소 혼잡스러운 면이 있기는 하지만 가까운곳에 여러식당들이 많아 자기 취향대로 음식을 먹을곳이 풍부하고, 여행중 시간이 나서 따분할때는 호텔에 있는 카지노가서 심심풀이로 시간보내기도 좋다, 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 각 방에 무선 인터넷이 가능하다고 하지만, 일부 객실의 경우는 인터넷신호가 약해, 로비로 노트북을 가지고 내려와 인터넷을 해야하는 불편이 있다, 호텔조식은 그런대로 먹을만하긴 하나 4성급 호텔인걸 감안하면 다소 질이 떨어지는 느낌.

외부의 모습은 세련되 보이지만 오래된 호텔의 모습은 객실에서 나타나고 특히 창문이 열리지 않는 구조로 되어 있어서 불편함 특히 흡연의 경우 매우 힘듦.조식으로 부페를 먹는데 아주 훌륭한것은 아니지만 충분히 아침식사로 만족할듯 하다고 판단되며 단지 아쉬움은 김치 비슷한게 있지만 맛은 떨어짐. 그러나 가격대비 만족하고 주변에 로빈슨몰이 가까워서 쇼핑과 간단한 식사를 해결하기에 좋은면이 있슴. 주변의 일반 맛사지도 가격은 저렴하다고 판단됨.호텔앞 중국식 해산물식당의 맛과 가격에 상당히 만족하고 나이트문화를 누리기에도 위치적으로 상당히 좋은듯함

로비는 그럴 듯합니다. 최근에 리모델링 한것 같아요. 부티크 호텔 느낌도 나고. 그에 반해 객실 처음들어가 보고 놀랐습니다. 너무 오래되고 청결하지 못하다는 느낌이 팍팍 느껴집니다. 카페트는 여기저기 얼룩에 가구며. 싼게 비지떡 이라지만 이정도일 줄은 몰랐네요. 장점은 카지노가 있는 호텔이라는거 정도네요.

위치는 참 좋았어요. 근데 애들 데리고 가실분은 좀 생각하셔야할듯싶네요. 업소아가씨들이 많이 드나드는것같더라구요. 그것빼곤 가격대비 만족이였습니다.

영어도 못하는 저혼자 휴가를 가고자 인터넷 예약후 갔었는데.. 뭐 가격대비 훌륭하네요.. 위치라든지 시설이라든지.. 다만 객실이 좀 오래되서 그런지... 살짝 아쉽긴하네요..

가격이좋아서 자주 묵습니다. 위치상으로도 매우좋습니다. 하지만 객실수준은 별로이니참고하셔요.. 조식도 나름갠찬습니다 로비도 갠찬구..객실만 쪼금더 좋다면 참좋은 호텔인대 아쉽습니다.

위치는 너무 좋습니다...호텔앞에 맥도날드 24시간도 유용하고 위치도 좋습니다.. 카지노 이용고객에게는 더욱더 좋으면.. 호텔 수영장은 별로입니다.. 조식도 갠찬습니다.. 호텔 객실수준은 가격대비정도이며..아주 훌륭하진 않습니다..

프로모로했더니 미니바에아무것도없고. 진짜지저분하고. 사람있을곳이못돼내요 진짜 한국에 90년대 모텔수준입니다 이불도다해져있고.

buffet breakfest best of all hotels we stayed at

I booked 2 nights in. Have stayed here a few times over the years as well as some members of my family. It's great for it's location, everything is with a short cab ride away if not a stones throw. The hotel staff are all accommodating and very nice. And a Casino in the hotel is a bonus. I didn't sleep much because I was adjusting to the +7hr time difference, […] so I decided to stroll through there. They did show the champions league re-runs in the bar so that was great for me. Breakfast buffet was good, it does seem that they have removed the continental selection. Room was pleasant and satisfactory and nothing special. Decor in the rooms really need updating and a little more effort will surely push the rating up if things changed. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would probably book another night or two before my return flight. My score 7/10 더 보기

The hotel is close to a lot of heritage and cultural sites. It is very accessible to a lot of public transports that would help you navigate the surroundings.

The hotel is really dirty, and the rooms smell like mould. Pictures from the hotel on web dont match the reality. I dont know how they can keep the room prices sow high!

This hotel has had its days. The odor on the floors is stale and suffocating. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere. There is no such thing as a non-smoking rooms. Trust me, I was switched 3 times. The last room I simply went out and bought my own spray to cleanse the room. Another thing, buffet breakfast while generally good, would like to suggest monitoring of server utensils and change when necessary. It was impossible in some cases to use servers without getting food on the hands. Drinking glasses were seldom replaced except you asked for one. Another thing that’s not explained, and no one can answer is that although our hotel room cost included breakfast, we were presented every day with a bill for the cost of that breakfast, that we were required to sign. The carpet is really old and smelly. As i get of the elevator to the 24th floor I could not even breath. Really it is undiscrivable very dirty carpet with stain all over the floors. So dirty.

It's been a very disappointing stay, first they gave us a wrong bed then when they gave us new room, room stink badly with cigarette smell so they move us again, I took- the 3rd room out of frustration. Yes I have seen all the reviews about the rooms and bathrooms need updating. Actually, the new owners have started that process from the top (22nd floor) down). But when it is done, I am sure the price will go up and with flow restrictors in the shower the water pressure will go down. i was charged for my son to dined in for breakfast on our first day. I informed the front desk that my reservation was for 3 persons includes breakfast but they still had a doubt on me.I still have to pay. I consult the reception area on the next day and i was right. The food is ok, but the room is very bad, smell bad and very old. Service is not really good.

Manila Pavillion Hotel needs a big time renovation. I had to change room 3 times because it was dirty, old and had water leak. The bathroom ceiling seemed liked it was ready to fall.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. We did not get the room or options we had asked for, the first room did not have the beds in it that we had asked for. Upon check, was "upgraded" by staff. Was told it "was newly renovated and had a queen bed" (original room requested was "King bed") but thought - hey, they're telling me this room is better, I'll take it... When got to the room it was two single beds and the TOILET DID NOT WORK... No problem, I'll let them know and go have some lunch while they fix […] the issue, before I left I spoke directly & nicely to the reception staff... Two hours later returned and found that NO ONE had even entered the room! After speaking with the staff they told me "we did not have access to the room since you weren't here" I then asked them "how do you clean the rooms?" I got no answer... I then spoke directly to the Manager - no room change was offered at this time instead, he wanted to send a maint tech with me back to the room to work on the toilet - I told him I will be back in a couple hours!! I stayed out for about 5 hours shopping, dinner & a little night life. When I returned - the TOILET STILL BROKE!!! Now there was a NEW MANAGER on duty & he too wanted to send a maint tech with me to the room - after about 5 min of this guy banging on the toilet - I kicked everyone out of the room so i could get some sleep... It wasn't until the next morning with a NEW duty manager that I was offered a different room!!! I share this story as a warning for other hotels.com members -- DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 더 보기

Staff were great rooms and bathrooms disgusting

The rooms looked old and the carpets in the corridor stink! The toliet bowl looked a dirty brown as if they have never been scrubbed. We stayed there for 2 nights, and the complimentary breakfast was grossly inadequate! Worse, they now go around checking your particulars, annoyingly, while having breakfast! We were checked 3 times on one breakfast.

This hotel was a bit disappointing. The room I stayed in was ok, and the hotel is in a really good area for easy access to everywhere in Manila, but I thought that the hotel room was alot less quality then the rating that it holds. Bad Points: (1). The shower spray was very hard, even when only slightly turned on. (2). There was major stains on the […] carpet along the wall that looks as those thats its been there for years and looks like its bee waterloged numerous times (3) The lamp on the desk has a problem with the switch as it constistanly flickers and won't just stay on (4) There was exposed power / phone connections that could be a hazard especially to children. (5) When it rained, the lift foyer smelt of wet mouldy waterlogged carpet. (6) The aircom was always on and there was no way to turn it off, even when it wasraining and cold (7) The walls had marks, cracks and stains on it. The service is excellent, the breakfast buffet is great (lots of choices, definitely high end) and the casino is the best in Manila. Rooms are not new but they are clean (this hotel used to be a Hilton) and wifi is included. The neighborhood is not that great but that's to be expected in Manila. This was my 7th stay at this hotel. Most of the renovations were focused on the lobby and restaurants. Rooms are fair but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and meeting/business facilities popular with locals.

Overall hotel is good justifies the 3 star grade. Room is quite clean, breakfast is very good, air condition works well. Worth the price. Location is excellent.
