We only slept at the hotel for a few hours. So i didn't really get a chance to interact with staff. Besides the furniture in the room being dusty it was fine.

Very clean & comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows! Nice breakfast set up.

Convenient off I-10. Breakfast was OK. Complimentary cookies were a nice touch to an otherwise negative experience. The room was too small for the furniture, we felt very cramped but were so tired we just went to bed and left as soon as possible!

This is an old hotel and the room air conditioner rumbled all night. When we complained about the noise they said all the air conditioners sound like that. The bedding was shabby and carpet old and worn. I would never return.

Excellent service. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable room. I have booked again this weekend for another stay this weekend!

Customer service at the hotel was courteous and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again and refer to others.

I don't think it was a good value for the money. My first time in this hotel. Normally stay a Embassy Suites. Iron attached to board made ironing clothes impossible. Inconvenienced for a $20.00 iron? I visit Tallahassee often and will stay elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, not as convenient to FSU as we would ike but good value and easy access to highways, did not like taking left out of hotel to get on Mahan. Breakfast included was a good value, linens were fresh and clean. We asked for a replacement chair in room but never got one but would recommend as a good value at the price we obtained.

What a pleasant stay! The room was exceptionally clean and very large. In addition, I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I wish I had it in my own house. Love that this is a non-smoking establishment. The staff was great. The included continental breakfast was good. The hotel was OK for the price - but king bed room is so small it was claustrophobic. Moved to 2 queens which was better. No bottles of water in vending machine and was told have to wait until the vending machine person returned. No interest from the desk staff at being helpful. Pool was murky - was not at all clean so we were afraid to go in it. Other […] than that - OK is the best I can say. I will look for an alternative next trip. 더 보기

What a pleasure. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Nothing like being greeted with a smile and a laugh. Would have liked to stay longer.

big comfy room!

Overall this was not a very appealing hotel. When we checked in, Donald, was much more concerned with impressing our teenage girls than actually helping us. I never did see a desk attendant the morning that we check out (before, during, or after breakfast) so I just left our keys on the desk and had to assume that everything was taken care of... When […] we made the reservation we requested all three of our rooms be together. Upon check-in we were informed that they don't handle special requests like that and the best he could do was to get us all on the same floor - and I quote, "You should be happy about that". Also, none of the air conditioners in our rooms had been turned on so we were forced to sit in hot rooms until they cooled off (middle of July in Florida - not exactly cool). The two bright spots were that it was extremely easy to find and accessible to the interstate and the nice breakfast attendant, Laurin. My room was at the end of a hall next to the pool. The pool filter made a horrible humming noise. I thought I could sleep through it. Wrong decision. I should have asked for another room.

Clean room for a very cheap price. Also the complimentary breaky is perfect when one is up and at them. Sausage, eggs, biscuits....;) I'd stay there again, but the pool needed some chlorine and a scrub.

This was our first stay on our way to Tampa and it was an excellent hotel. It was a bit out of the way, but when you consider how clean and comfortable the rooms were....i'd stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and well situated next to the I 10 the room was very good and clean and the breakfast was good too and included on the price, i think for business or to rest one night is an excellent choice.

Very nice hotel this was my second time at this location. The only complaint is the lack of shower water pressure.

We spent two nights at the hotel while we visited friends in the area. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and I was able to exercise in the fitness center each day. The computer in a quiet area off the fitness center was perfect for catching up on emails while the kids watched a movie in the room. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with an always friendly […] and helpful attendants. I especially apprecaited the hardboiled eggs and yogurts, a nice change from the usual carb heavy offerings. I strongly ecommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean and very friendly staff. The management was very helpful and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was reasonably priced and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel is beautiful, and the location is great if you are passing through on the interstate. The major problem was that the desk clerk had her family hanging out in one of the rooms the night I chose to stay there. Her children were running around the hotel the entire night, and harassing my children in the pool area. When I tried to call the desk […] to correct this problem, I got no answer. After trying 3 times, I went down stairs and found her outside hanging out with her husband. I tried to discuss the children at the pool with her, and that's when I found out they were her kids! There was gum on the floor and heat in the room when we arrived. Internet was challenging and front desk staff was slow. Felt like I was itching all night from the bed in the room.

I stayed here a week while my father was in the hospital. Nice rooms had a 2 queen room almost impossible to find anywhere. They had a summer promo that made this a no brainer. Great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

This could be a nice hotel but it is poorly run. Corridors and stairways were dirty and not vacuumed, bed was poorly made, breakfast area was cramped and always running out of food. Do not stay here on a university weekend as they more than double prices.

This hotel is horrible. The employee who checked us in was disinterested and would have preferred if we hadn't showed up. There were only a few cars in the parking lot and the clerk said there were very few guest, so I don't understand why they gave us such a horrible room. It is a non-smoking hotel but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was […] a huge burn mark in the middle of the floor from an iron. The sheets kept coming off the bed. The pool was not operational despite the fact that the tempature was in the 90's. If I were you I would choose another hotel. 더 보기

I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights and was very pleased with our stay. I have an 83 yo mother battling cancer and this was a visit to meet a relative from Lousiana. The property was very nice and the staff friendly and very accommodating. I was in the hotel business for over 30 years and can attest to the quality service and cleanliness of this hotel.

I was very pleased with my recent stay at Country Inn & Suites, Tallahassee, I-10 East, FL. Staff was very pleasant, room very neat and clean, as was the whole hotel. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Old beds, rooms are very basic - some minor bug issues - dusty, old... It was about half the price of other similar hotels so I got what I paid for.

Hotel was Great for the price paid.
