Rooms were clean , it was hard to find the hotel. Beak feast was good. Everyone enjoyed it.

Everything was good - except one thing. There was a power outage at 4:05 am - which was unfortunate for me because my wake up call was for 4:00 am. The room was COMPLETELY black - no emergency lighting at all - which was very creepy. I had to get the 4:30 airport shuttle, so I left the room quickly - which was only possible since I had a flashlight […] on my iPhone. There was a flood of the fountain in the lobby due to the power outage (they had emergency lights in the halls & lobby ) - so that was tricky. I'm sure all would be well on visits with no power outage - but I think it is very unusual that there is NO emergency lighting at ALL in the rooms. Most people would not have noticed since the power came on after approx 30 minutes. 더 보기

Always up to par every time we stay here.

Needed to stay one night because flight was coming in late and I was taking train out in the morning. Great hotel with a wonderful friendly staff, shuttle from airport and next morning to Via Rail station was quick and very convenient.

I landed in Montreal and had to wait in the rain for a shuttle..they have no shelter in that area for some stupid reason. When I called the hotel Hotel's.com only gave their confirmation number so the hotel had no idea what I was talking about and said I had no reservation which ticked me off until I got there and found reservation under my name. This was an acceptable hotel for a quick stay. However, the bed was too soft and the bathroom was set up a bit oddly - the sink blocked the access to the tub meaning I had to enter directly under the shower head. Also, there was a screw loose on the bathtub spigot, making it difficult to turn on the water. There was dirt or damage to the wall opposite […] the bed. On the plus side, there is a pretty good (and free!) hot breakfast and the hotel seems to have been updated somewhat, as there were hardwood floors in my room. 더 보기

Excellent choice!! Great room, clean, modern, fabulous breakfast included. Parking is free and very abundant. I would stay there again

I booked our daughter into this Hotel on her final night after 9 months in Montreal & USA. I had read all the reviews and it seemed to be not only new and modern but convenient to the Airport. She was leaving in the morning for the long journey home to Australia. She said the Hotel was excellent. She was able to relax using their pool, spa and sauna. […] She said although there was no Restaurant there was a good choice of Take Away with delivery to the Hotel at a reasonable price. She ordered "Sushi" and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was also convenience items available at Reception. Having free Internet was excellent and a must for all travelers. Thank-you for allowing our daughter to have a great rest prior to a long 30 hour journey home! 더 보기

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent and helped with every request. The hotels park and fly service was prompt, and very convenient. I found the room comfortable and welcoming, the only issue was that the air conditioner may keep a light sleeper awake. Overall a nice experience.

For a hotel in a industral area with no restaurants in the area and all the facilities in the building I think it bad management not to provide the service. All service is delivered from outside and the breakfast is minimal.

We arrived late @ night, but everything was great and very clean. I like the modern decor, laminate flooring, and the fresh clean bed spreads! It was everything I wanted in a hotel. The location is great before our flight home - only a short drive to the airport and to drop off our car rental. Easy! Thank you!

The services are ok and location is not good. We stayed for 2 nights. Pool was closed for scheduled maintenance without any prior notice. Room was good. Buffet breakfast was boring and same everyday. Overall a average hotel and stay.

Great hotel close to Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport in Montreal. Hotel had 24 hr shuttle to airport. They also provided a great breakfast. HIghly recommend.

WOW, what a hotel and only 2.5 stars?! The hotel is brand new and shines from cleanliness!!! I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I was most satisfied with this one! fairly new hotel in very good condition, location is a little tricky to get to as it did not show up in my GPS. Free hot breakfast had plenty of choices and was very convenient.

We had an excellent time at the hotel and it was very quite and convenient for our stay, we will pick up the Holiday in express again in the future

The holiday in Express was a very nice hotel for the price. A rep from hotels.com said 'don't let the star rating fool you, guest ratings are what really matter'. He was right. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. The location is near the airport but not great if your looking to be in the heart of the city. And there are no food options in the […] area late at night. We just came back form Canada. The hotel was very nice, although it wasn't super clean and we changed room becuase the suite we originaly booked was too small for our family (5) and we were moved to the luxury suite (or whatever was the name) That suite was very bright, and confortable. When I booked the room, I asked if the living room is separated […] from the BR, they told me there is a door, which turned out wasn't true, so we moved into the bigger suite. (FYI if you need specific info about the hotel, call the reception) It seemed that they only have one maintaince person, who also the shuttle bus driver and the cleaner. So he was kind of busy, but he did the best he could. The hotel is very close to Montreal, about 10-15 minutes. Lots of restaurant and shops are close by. Breakfast was great, but we had to wait for the refills, or ask the kitchen staff to fill up the bacon, egg tray. Pool was clean. Over all, I would recommend this hotel, we had a great time. This hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. we booked two rooms with two queen beds but they changed to the suite with one king bed and one queen sofa bed. And the airconditioner is very loud.

We were happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and feel of the hotel. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the hotel staff did nothing to quite down a group of young boys playing and yelling in the hall at 7am. We have close friends in the area, one of which got married saturday night, and we wanted to sleep in a […] little on Sunday. We called the front desk requesting they do something about the noise, and the response was "we already said something to them" and did nothing more. Driving 7 hours home to the US with little sleep was quite stressful, and on our next visit we are likely to stay elsewhere. Very clean hotel room - complementary internet is a huge plus. Location is convenient only if you need to be close to the airport (flying out early next day), otherwise, nothing much to do in close proximity. As far as an airport hotel is concern, this is a good one.

We arrived quite late (or early) and phoned the front desk from the airport hotel contact kiosk. The hotel shuttle arrived about 15 mins later as it runs on the half hour. The young lady at the check-in desk was very pleasant and efficient and we obtained our room keys quickly. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was […] also very good. We arrived very late and the shuttle from the airport picked us up quickly. The driver was very nice. check in went quickly. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. No carpet in the room makes it feel clean. Only complaint there was that you can hear people in the hall and doors slam shut. The hotel was in new condition. The bed was very comfortable. The TV seervice was very good on the flat screen TV. The complimentary breakfast was good as well.

i booked this hotel for one night because all the good ones in town were already packed for a NASCAR event. it is located about 7 miles away from downtown, which is easy enough to drive. it is clean and simple, with a lot of space for a standard king room. nicer than what you typically think of for a holiday inn. other than location drawback being away […] from the city, there also doesn't appear to be any dining option, and there is no in room safe. We chose the Holiday Inn Express Montreal Airport mainly because the couple we were traveling with had to leave by plane the following day. I turned out to be a good decision. The hotel is beautiful and ended up to be a very good deal. It is a 25 minute drive from downtown Montreal, with huge, clean, well appointed rooms and lots of parking (free). […] We got two handicap-equipped rooms because that was what they had left, which was fine with us. You can never come even near this downtown for even double the price.......Breakfast was good and fresh, staff was great. The neighborhood is just an airport vicinity commercial area with nothing to offer, but who cares? It was a great value! Nice room, great pool and a good breakfast before catching a flight.

The location of the hotel is not the best, it is far from Montreal Downtown, about 30-40 minutes taking a bus and a metro. The hotel itself is pretty good, beds are very comfortable, the room was clean. We went for the Montreal Grand Prix weekend. I have to say that we liked it very much, after a full day of walking and going around town and the GP […] track, to get to a room with such comfy beds and relaxing environment, we loved it. The room was nice, however when I went to use the bathroom, I found two wet used washclothes hanging on the shower rod. The queen beds seem smaller than the one I have.

Not much of a view from room, no resturants within walking distance.

This hotle is brand new. Since it's next to YUL airport they thought enough to start breakfast early- 5:30am. They also sell beer and wine (and micro food) at the front desk. I was also pleasnatly suurprised to find they have a bar- very nice for a HI Express. The only downside is that there are no real restaraunts close. Even in a 2 mile radius it's […] quite limited.
