햄프턴 인 & 스위트 하이랜드 (Hampton Inn & Suites Highland) - 하이랜드

Hotel was ok. Shuttle to casino very convenient. Its not 7 miles from the lake as the website states. We over sleep and some1 knocked on our door at 11:30 - never happened to me b4. Bed was amazingly confortable.

This is a very nice hotel far above the average "bargain" chains in terms of overall cleanliness, comfort of bed, digital AC thermostat, deluxe breakfast, cable TV, strong wifi (even in bathroom), friendly staff. The only negative is the location: it's very close to the San Manuel Casino, but most other attractions in the IE require at least an additional […] 4-5 miles trip from Highland down to the 10 Frwy. Exceeded expectations. hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are large and comfortable with up to date features. This is a really nice place to stay. Pool is very small and no Jacuzzi so if you're looking for that, this is not your place. But other than that, it is a wonderful establishment.

Relatively new hotel. Very clean and spacious. The clerk worked with us on room options.

Toilet plugged up,No cement stops in parking lot on hotel side in front of medical clinic,my truck went over the curb, had a hard time backing it up after I went over the curb. Quite a drop.

We had a great time snowboarding and playing in the snow at Snow Valley(30 minutes away) and Snow Summit(1 hour away) that weekend. Hampton Inn and Suites Highland was close enough to the fun but more affordable than cabins closer to the resorts...and cleaner! Everything was perfect, but our room was a non-smoking room and when we got there the first night it smelled a lot like cigarrette. The breakfast was excellent.

Clean and accommodating. Great breakfast and coffee - definitely a step up from most hotels. Staff was courteous and accommodated our request for a late check out. Highly recommended.

This was our fisrt trip to the Highland area. We were looking for a central place to stay between Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead and the Casino. The Hampton was the perfect location at the perfect price! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, from checking road conditions to suggesting where to get tire chains at a reasonable […] price. We stayed in a 2 Queen Suite and it was awesome! Totally Spacious, clean, quiet, and relaxing. We were there for a wedding and it was a wonderful surprise to have such comfort at a reasonable price. We would stay there again for sure!

Restaurants across the street were nice, good service. Hotel had good service, but the furniture is a bit older. I was told my hotels.com that there were couches in the room, but there weren't, and the front desk told me that it is the most common complaint they have with hotels.com.

We only stayed for one night but it was very nice. Casual and confortable. Perfect for a family. Breakfast was included and it was very good. My child enjoyed the pool and would want us to come back. Overall it was very pleasant.

I was very impressed with this hotel. All Howard Johnson's should be like this one... The staff was friendly, teh hotel was nicely appointed...BUT the BEST part.. the rooms! i started in suite which was really, really nice and upon extending my stay... had to move to a standard room (they were sold out) but it was still very nice. The Beds are too die […] for and the suite had everything you could ask for! I ate at the local mexican food place and it was delicious. I even took a dip in the pool and I had it all to myself! Coffe pot lid was broken and when I called for more hangers, they were not delivered until after we had gone to bed with the don't disturb sign on the door. One day we would have no reg. coffee all decaf One day we would have one sugar/cream package We left at 6:00 a;m the first morn. and returned at 8:00 p;m to fine our room had not been cleaned. The […] maid said we were not on the list so every subsequent morn. I told the front desk we were leaving for the day and would like our room cleaned. Overall ok but hated the fact that I paid and booked a King room and was put in a Queen studio. Hotel didn't even offer to make up the difference. After a repeat customer to them I think they lost me as a customer.

Loved it!! got to meet Martin Lawrence in the lobby. The staff were helpful. The bus to the casino was on time accurate and fun people on the ride. Nice 24 hour get away.

The hotel staff was very disrespectful especially the front desk. Right when I arrived to check in, the front desk clerk "Andy" warned me not to party and not to mess up the room. Who does that? Also, I had booked two rooms (so enough for 8 guests); my group of friends and I (8 total) were walking through the lobby to the elevator when I was called […] to the front desk by Andy again. He told me that I could not have that many people in my room and they would have to hang out in the lobby. Not only did he forget that I had booked two rooms and thus was not in violation of any policy but he again disrespected me. I would not recommend staying here. 더 보기

Very nice hotel. When I am in Redlands I only stay at the hampton. It's clean, quiet, and they always have a nice free breakfast.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The convenience to shopping and gas was wonderful. It was close to Arrowhead and it was reasonably priced. The only problem we encountered was the AC. It was either too cold or if you lowered the temperature it got too warm. Overall for one or two nights , it is a great place to stay.

A very nice hotel. Great breakfast, polite, helpful, and accommodating staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked the pool and the exercise room as well. It worked out perfectly for us.

NOW FINALLY I CAN SAY THAT HOTEL.COM HAS OUT DONE THEMSELVES I GUESS THE FOURTH TIME IS THE CHARM. THE ROOM WAS GREAT, THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND I ONLY GOT 3 1/2 HOURS OF SLEEP MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME IN THE ROOM. Unfortunately, the hotel double-booked and were offering to transfer to another hotel that was older and not covenient. Bottomline front desk was disorganized but finally got it together and was able to get our rooms later that evening.

Easily switched to a different room when we were concerned about the noise in first room, which was over the pool area.

We loved our stay breakfast was very fresh thxs 4 a great weekend.
