Staff were great couldn't be more helpful of friendlier

This hotel offers great value for the money. Super clean rooms, very comfortable bed and more amenities than you'd expect for the price. Highly recommend.

we requested a non smoking room through hotels.com but whren we arrived there the hotel only had one very smelly smoking room available for our family which includes 4 young kids. They said Hotels.com booked us in a smoking room. With a rental car it is very convenient to get around Tampa from the hotel. We were very pleased with the jacuzzi. It was very nice to be able to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi. We have stayed at many Hilton Gardens and have always been pleased. Until now. The staff was pleasant but the the room was not. the was a foul odor and the bathroom was disgusting. Their was hair in the tub, sink and on the floor.

Very close to Airport and extremely clean. Only problem I noticed was there were no soda/vending machines anywhre on property. They had a pantry next to front desk that was pricey but besides that it was a great stay. Will stay again.

The location to the hotel from the airport is very close. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt. Our room was spacious and comfy. Free computer, easy access, easy on. Restaurant was reasonable and good. We would definitly stay at the Hilton Garden again.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel after a cruise in Tampa. We had a couple of days before flying out and we decided to stay at this hotel which is very conveniently located right next to the airport. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating: We arrived at 9 AM and they let us store our bags there until we could check […] in at 3pm. (They also did not ask any question when a friend of us crashed in our room for a couple of hours). The room was big and the sleep number beds were so comfortable. I was only in the hotel one day! I requested an early check in and was granted it with no problem, keys ready! The shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was extremely friendly and funny! Heating and air never worked for 3 days. Never offered to move to another room.

The staff is astounding....always pleasant, always willing to go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. We stayed three days and by the second day the front desk staff was calling me by my name. Ritz service at a reasonable cost.

we stayed one night before an early morning flight out of Tampa. The hotel was about 5 minutes to the airport. The room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children but served its purpose for the night.

what a great relief to walk in and see 4 pillows on each bed, very nice hotel! price is reasonable could be a little bitter on the rate but...

My family and I had a reservation for the hotel- we were on our first cross border trip ever to see Disneyworld. At the airport, they asked us where we were staying. At that point I realized we had lost our prinout of our hotel booking refrence! I called around and the main switchboard but me in touch with a lovely lady at the front desk of The Hilton […] Garden Inn. She confirmed that we were booked there, and was the sweetest person when we finally got to the hotel for the check-in. The room was huge, the beds as comfortable as a cloud, and the fridge, microwave and huge bathroom was an awesome treat!! Stayed here before catching a red eye at TIA. Could not be happier with the condition, quality and value of this hotel.

Very convenient (at end of runway) to Tampa Airport. Hotel is on a new street so location doesn't show up on GPS, therefore print a map when making reservations. Parking in ramp was easy. Nice pool.

stayed 4/28 thur 5/1/11 friday night and saturday night from 2:30am til 5:40am both night these young people would come in from the clubs I guess drunk falling into the walls doors were banging in which they had the latch pointed into the door so they wouldn't have to use there keyless entry, so the doors would bang. We are talking about up to 24 young […] people on the 3rd floor there were so many calls to the front desk it was jammed up. the clerk came up to the 3rd floor 3 different times stating she was going to call the police she should have. done it the 2 time complained to the front desk saturday morning was given the managers number to call wasn't in left a message, and of course no reply from him that night it happen ago they should have thrown them out. There were airline stewardess, and pilots staying there those nights they came out of there rooms begging them to hold down the noise because they had to be up at 5 for work, they got cussed out and they were laughing at them. the clerk could not control them. Next time call the police. Never again, I should have just stayed at the hotel I have always stayed at whenever I visited Tampa The Hyatt in Westshore. 더 보기

A really nice hotel. Don't forget your card key when you leave... it is how you get out of the garage. Not many close restaurants, but that is the only negative thing I can say. I'd stay there again anytime. It was the only hotel I stayed at during my four days in Florida that lived up to its reviews.

There are many hotels in this neighborhood but I doubt any are as clean and comfortable as this. The food in the dining room is excellent. Cute little bar area. Outdoor pool is almost in the parking lot but lots of seating and very clean. It is in a business park and very close to the airport.

There was nothing flat out WRONG with this hotel. Just know I would not pick it again. The rooms felt like FLORIDA if you know what I mean. The morning Buffet was Great!

Best hotel value in the state of Florida

We came into town for a hockey game and needed a place to stay. The hotel was wonderful! There's plenty of parking because they have a parking garage. Our room's AC didn't work, but they moved us immediately to an even nicer room. The bed was so comfortable because you got to change the firmness to your choice. The hotel staff was so nice. This hotel was awful. I requested non smoking room and they only had a smoking room available. My boyfriend and I have terrible allergies and we could not sleep all night and had to buy glad spray in the room and spray all night. Great value for cost! Important to know parking for hotel is ACROSS THE STREET IN PARKING GARAGE which is not exactly noted by the hotel website.

We didn't request much in the way of service other than a 5AM wakeup call. The front desk politely asked if we wanted a second call at 5:15. Being that we had a very early flight and didn't want to miss it, I requested the second call also. When we woke up on our own at 5:20 AM without any call, you can understand why we were upset.
